Excellent location and great value

The location was perfect, so close to playa las canteras. It was much larger than I expected and a laundry machine was included which was so helpful.

My only complaint is that there was only one trash bin, there was not one in the bathroom.

Para repetir.

Todo nos gustó mucho. La atención en todo momento, el lugar donde estábamos, con supermercados cerca, estación de guaguas a 10 minutos y en la misma calle a la derecha (según sales) hay 2 paradas de guagua, la playa a 2 minutos a pie literal... A la salida me guardaron el equipaje porque tenía médico y estaba de lluvia, así que me vino genial esa gran ayuda, porque tenía que coger diferentes guaguas. La fianza de 100€ que se da en el check in en efectivo, te la devuelven sin problema tras revisar en un momento el apartamento en el check out. Te ofrecen todo lo necesario en la cocina, nevera/congelador, tostadora, baño con secador, 2 botecitos de champú y 1 de gel pero no sé si lo reponen al pedirlo (nosotros ya trajimos), toallas, tabla de planchar. Hay enchufes por diferentes sitios, y donde la tele hay un "adaptador" para 3 enchufes con 2 de ellos libres. Todos los apartamentos dan al exterior, y al menos el nuestro (la habitación) da a un patio interior con tendedero en la ventana. No sé si me olvido algo.

No hubo nada negativo. Lo único que en el salón se escuchaba ruido de tráfico, pero no es nada a tener en cuenta una vez cerradas las ventanas. Lo que sí echamos un poco en falta fue algo de decoración en las paredes del pasillo y salón, pero tampoco es una queja. Sí que avisamos de un par de detalles por si alguien se quejaba, pero que no nos supuso ningún problema: Nos quedamos en el 4°B, y los estores de las ventanas no tenían dónde sujetarlos, pero en la habitación realmente no era necesario porque las cortinas son gruesas, y en el salón, que sí daba el sol al desayunar, improvisamos una solución y listo, pero ya lo iban a solucionar. Y en la ducha, una de las puertas correderas hay que moverla con cuidado porque se suelta, pero se pone sobre la marcha, y de todas formas ya lo iban a arreglar también.

Excellent central location, apartment was secure, clean, well-equipped.

Excellent central location, very secure building, close to shops and beach. Apartment was very tidy, clean, well-equipped with everything you need. Particularly nice to have a cooktop, laundry, etc.

The main road is right outside the building so there is often traffic noise throughout the day and night. Not heard so much in the bedroom as it is placed a little further back, but continual traffic noise in the living / dining / kitchen area.

suffered a lot , but i know it’s not their mistake but they should notify you at least before you book 😔

Great Location clean and tidy

the property is next a construction site the digging and all the construction is next to you , you can’t stay inside the place from 7 Am till 5 Pm the vibration and the noise cannot be supported, had to stay outside most of the times because , not even possible to work from there or rest or sleep in the morning if , property should notify for this you book the place , or make special price at least , the construction site seems will be there for weeks maybe months , it’s an entire building under renovations

One of my best short vacations recently, great location, very good host and everything went to plan

My host Rene was very quick to respond to any queries, and he made it very clear and easy to get the keys and access the apartment. Rene was most helpful in every way and arranged my taxi when leaving

I was more than satisfied with everything. Nothing that I did not like.

Simple place, perfect for the beach

Location was really nice, very close to the sea. It was nice and quiet so had a very good sleep. Also, i was traveling with a friend and we needed extra sheets for the pull out sofa in the living room and the host accommodated our request very quickly.

The place is not the prettiest hehe. Looks a bit sad, but can't really complain since you're spending most of the time outside, and the sea makes up for the lack of cuteness in the place.

Facilities inside the appartment were simple and could be improved. There was a construction going on nearby that made noice and dust.

A place to forget. Para olvidar

To leave that hole. Salir de allí.

Everything. This was the last available place in Las Palmas, and nobody gets this honour for free. This place deserves to be the last choice for every traveler. Apartment not set up, lights no working (even though the landlordNot even the pictures shown in booking corresponded to hat place. I did not expect booking to work those kind of buildings and those managers, all that dirt, all the time waiting for the keys, all the time setting up the beds, no soap ... Era el último alojamiento libre en Las Palmas, y realmente se ha ganado el derecho a ser el último. Me extraña que booking trabaje con establecimientos de tan baja calidad, limpieza y seriedad.

nice part of las palmas but flat is badly maintained.

The sofa needs to be cleaned and stains removed, it was so bad i had to use the duvet from the bed as a cover on it. it also had no iron in the flat. Wifi non exsistent in the living room. No water bottle or anything for arrival.

Clean, well-equipped, great location. Recommended!

Very clean and comfy, basic but equipped with everything you could need (toaster, kettle, microwave, even a washing machine). Bed comfy, nice warm duvet for the chilly evening, brilliant location beside the beach. Host very helpful, good communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Interior apartment so no outside view, no parking and it's tricky to find in the area as it's so central but we knew there was none in advance.
