I cannot fault anything at the hotel, it was spotless, modern and had the comfiest bed we have ever slept in. Josie was fantastic and couldn’t do more to help. We didn’t have breakfast but it did smell beautiful.

Well,my expectations were met as I didn't expect the property to be very clean and tidy.
It was also well located to the tram station and close to the beach.
My boys were wowed by our room and the comfort they enjoyed.
Hotel owner was professional and polite. I think overall my holiday in The Kenley Hotel was the best.As for the sweets in the hallway,my boys really feasted on it.lol.
I will recommend the place for a restful peaceful comfy holiday hotel in Blackpool.
Nothing to say.

The Kenley is great - Josie is so welcoming and helpful. Lovely little touches like biscuits, tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room. The sweets on the way out were a hit too! The rooms are so clean and spacious and just have everything you need - bedside lamps, mirrors hair dryers, plugs by the bed, great shower, tv , good curtains that keep the room dark. Josies breakfasts were totally delicious too and so much choice served by the lovely Paul!
The only thing I wish I had asked was for the room to made as a twin - this was my fault though as the beds are super king which is two singles so could have been split.

Close to amenities.
Beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable.
Josie and Paul very friendly, made us feel very much at home. Highly reckomend this hotel.
Nothing.

The location is very close to the seaside for easy travel.
1. Dirty! My allergic skin tells me that the room is full of mites.
2. We opted for a three-person stay and only received two toiletries on the first day. Luckily, after my reminder, we got one more towel at the second day, but the dirty towels and sheets have not been changed.
3. Wifi seems available but the signal is too poor to use.
4. The stairs are too narrow and not suitable for carrying luggage.

Josie and Paul couldn't do enough for you to make you feel at home. Breakfast delicious and as much coffee as you wanted. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely immaculate room and communal areas.
the location was perfect (right beside St Chads
tram stop. Host was very friendly. Genuinely
couldn’t fault the place and will definitely stay
again.
WiFi wasn’t great. we were room 8 on top
floor and the signal dropped very frequently
so think it needs a WiFi booster to Carry signal.
didn’t ruin the stay though was really the only
issue.
