The staff/ management were welcoming and friendly, explaining the times and rules.
I enjoyed the breakfast on both days, accommodating my 2nd day idea of scrambled eggs. There was a good amount of seating and the waitresses were friendly and helpful.
I was staying over for the darts and the location was brilliant for that. Also we were top floor which was good for the rain as didn't have to worry about floods.
The bar area was nice and comfortable with a pool table and decent amount of seating.
I thought the room was a little smaller than I was expecting.
The TV was basic and bad signal at first.
Also one of the plug sockets was loose which we reported.
Not a huge amount of facilities inside room, as no flannels, only 1 small soap, no shampoo or shower gel, not many towels and hidden/awkward plug placement for the phone charging.
Unfortunately me and my friend had a bad experience when coming back from night out in pouring rain, the latch was on front door so our keys wouldn't work, we were very fortunate that another group of lads had there dad staying there, otherwise we would have all been stuck outside all night in the wet / cold. This is not the hotel fault but certainly something that made our stay less enjoyable.

The Hotel, staff, location and food were all excellent.
Room spotless and beds really comfortable, with large flat screen tv in room.
Bar area was well equipped and prices very reasonable for a hotel in such a central location.
Although central, the road was very quiet with virtually no traffic noise at night.
There was nothing not to like, everything was great.

Compact, basic but comfy. Excellent location for reaching main attractions on foot. Breakfast super.
That breakfast is so late on a weekday! Not ideal if need an early start.

friendly, helpful staff and a great location just behind the winter gardens with plenty of car parking nearby. Decent breakfast too 👍
It’s Blackpool, not the Ritz, so lower your expectations of the facilities. Completely fine for the price paid though so no complaints.

No public toilets available after check out time of 11am. Though can leave cases in cctv covered area till train time 🙂.

Price!! And the staff were fantastic, really lovely! Well situated.
Unfortunately it's situated right next to the Winter Gardens so they have club nights that go on till 2 or 3 in the morning and the loud night club music is easily heard as there are doors to the club that are kept open. When I say loud, I mean window shaking loud! Really nightclub loud. Luckily the hotel had double glazing so windows HAD to be kept TIGHT SHUT! And the only heating/cooling was the hotels own general heating, and opening the windows for cooling. So in mid summer this WILL be an issue!
10.0
The location, friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast wasn't disappointing as it was all fresh and made to order with the option of helping yourself to tea, coffee, yogurt, apple and organe juice and a selection of cereals.
I couldn't find anything to dislike.
