Pool was great View was great Hosts were lovely Space was great with 2 bathrooms which was a bonus

Shower was dirty which was a shame It's quite the hike back up the hill especially in 40degree heat so allow for taxis or sweaty walks ;)

Amazing views Staff were very helpful and welcoming Good space in the apartment Could control living room and bedroom AC separately Lovely swimming pool with towels, loungers and umbrellas provided

The massive hill No baby feeding chair available as someone else was using it Bathroom was slightly rundown Only one small mirror in the whole apartment

fantastic arrival and check in...amazaing staff .... incredible View and pool

Bed a little too soft .... Maybe a mattress topper available on request . Would be nice to have the option to buy a welcome box....waters , coffee & Shower watch etc

Nice views, not so good location for other things...

Nice apartment, clean and comfortable with fantastic views. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

Location, Location, Location... Access is up a narrow, steep road, as the apartments are perched on the hillside. It's not particularly convenient to the centre of town or beaches unless you are prepared to drive or take a taxi. The booking/registration process is a bit like government bureaucracy. They request to much unnecessary information and make you sign your life away it all seems a bit over the top..

Lovely staff and great views but please beware of the hill

Maria and the cleaning staff were great and very accommodating. The apartment was self contained, quiet with good facilities and fabulous views and the pool was great bonus.

Its was a shame that the sun was only on the balcony in the morning (gone by 11am) and only on the pool till 2pm, the hill, as everyone says is a hike but we didn’t get a taxi once apart from leaving for the airport. The accommodation does have facilities to cook but is very limited with utensils and only 2 rings on the hob but workable.

Amazing stay.

Stuff is extremely friendly, view is amazing, clean, spacious balcony, pool. Also Ljubinka helped us to rent a car - she called the agency and we settled everything within 10 min. They brought the car to the structure and came the next morning there also - very comfortable. Yes, it's on the hill, so you need to climb a bit to get there, but it worths it definitely. Although it's on the hill, it's still very near to everything you may need in Budva. So, 10/10.

Stunning views with fantastic hotel team.

The view from this apartment is amazing. Check in was very simple and othing was too much trouble for the team at the property. Because of the elevated position you have a panoramic view of the old town. This place is great to relax in peace around the pool and then visit the night life and restaurants on the night. Definitely will be returning.

The sunbeds around the pool are wooden slatted ones so quite uncomfortable. A cushion for the beds would make all the difference to guests. The internet was a little slow but sufficient.

the best view, i had among rented apartments! Friendly and helpful administrator. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All necessary stuff was available - towels, shower gel etc, dishes, iron, even corkscrew and towels for kitchen. Everything was clean, some stuff even new and well done. Modern design and comfortable furniture. Highly recommened

a little bit difficult to get the appartment by walk from the city center because it is located on the hill, quite high. But the excelet view compensate it! Moreover if you are traveling by car, no problem at all.

Exceptional

Very comfortable, stylish, and clean apartments with everything required for a long stay. The view from the balcony was just breathtaking, you can see the old town and the entire Budva bay. There is also a nice open pool. Apartments are placed on the hill but no worries, it is possible to take a taxi, which costs 3-5 euros to the city center. We enjoyed our stay even more thanks for manager Ljubinka who was super helpful and welcoming.

Truly recommend

The apartment that we booked was amazing. The view from both rooms (living room and bedroom) was breathtaking - the panoramic view of the whole bay (Budva Old Town, Budva City, Sveti Nikola Island, etc., even Sveti Stefan). The apartment has everything that you need. The building is located on the hill within walking distance of the old town, city center, bars, restaurants, and beaches (old town, city center, Mogren beach is about 15 to 20 minutes walk down). The way up is more challenging :) good cardio for sure :) If you are not into walking you can always take a taxi for a few euros. Above the building (at the end of the road) the hiking path starts, so if you like that kind of activity you can also enjoy beautiful views from the hill. If it is about the personnel: the manager - Ljubinka - is more than a kind person. We were warmly welcomed by her when we arrived. She was helpful during check-in and check-out and during the stay. When we had any questions she was of help. Thank you Ljubinka! Truly recommend this place.

Wonderful apartment! Thanks to the administrator who settled us and was always interested in how our vacation was going or do we need something! Thanks to the staff who cleaned the apartment once a week! Location and view from the windows of the room is one of the best in Budva The apartment is very spacious and always very warm

High-end accommodation with spectacular views of Budva and the surrounding bay

A new, high-quality apartment building with super-friendly staff, spectacular views of the Budva bay and private parking. Also, there is a sizable on-site pool if you are traveling during the tourist season. But it was closed when I visited at the end of November.

The hill-side location of this property is a physical challenge if you don't have a car and are not inclined to taking taxis everywhere.

Apartment is quite spacey and the view at Budva is marvelous!

Approach to location: tremendous uphill, horrible road!!! Bathroom: no accessories - no shampoos, only 1 tiny soap. No spare towels. No spare toilet paper. Not clean... Bedroom: windows cannot be opened - no fresh air. No spare linnen for extra bed (despite being announced). Kitchen: scarce dishes, no accessories at all. Not quite clean...

We would definitely return

The best part of the accommodation is the amazing friendly staff. It’s in a great location to stay with outstanding and breathless paramedic views. On arrival while being shown around the room we was given a lot of rules to follow within the apartments and grounds, which did take us back a little but did not affect the stay. It’s located at one of the highest points in Budva with views of the old town directly below. The walk down is about 15 minutes, a happy taxi back is about 3/4 euros. If we were to visit Budva again we would definitely look at staying at the same resort.

Some of the furniture and other areas look a little tired and worn but usable

Great place to stay in Budva

I'd like to thank Ljuba, who is a great host! Everything was just perfect. We'd like to visit the place again. It's clean, modern, comfortable to stay at this apartments. The pool was a great bonus and with this view. Just amazing. The location is good. Max 15 minutes to the old town walking. Going back with a Happy taxi for less than 2 Euro. Beware of other taxi's. They want 5.
