We had a wonderful time at Bojana. The apartment was spacious, convenient, with super comfortable beds. We loved the shady pool and the great location for breakfasts and dinners. All food was delicious, a lot of choices to select from! The staff was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay in Budva. The whole environment was excellent, in a convenient walking distance from the beach area. We definetely consider to go back whenever we can!
Parking the car was a bit difficult but the staff could always resolve it, so it was not a problem.

Comfortable and calm family-run hotel.
Staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
Our room was sparkling clean.
Good breakfast with many vegetarian and few vegan options.
Effective air-conditioning.
Only 15 minutes walk to the old town.

Very big room, comfortable bed and functionable A/C (very nice in such scorching weather).
The pool is great too, however, it attracts children so if that is something you don't want during the vacay- just be aware.
Amazing breakfast! Yummy pancakes!
Everything was fine.

Villa Bojana has a friendly atmosphere which is what we like from small hotels. The location to the bus station is perfect if you've travelling by bus like we did, it's literally a 5 min walk and really easy to find. We couldn't really fault the rooms they are modern and clean, the shower was powerful but was just an attachment not a proper shower head. The view wasn't very good in front was a half finished apartment block (not the hotels fault) and to the side was the mountains.
The rest of the hotel is quite dated which didn't really match the interior of the rooms and the apartment corridors/stairs. The pool area is nice and was what you needed in the heat after the walk back, its a shame it wasnt in the sun for longer! About 3 hours per day then the shade.
It's quite a walk to the centre of Budva where all the restaurants and Old Town is it takes about 15 minutes. But for a central hotel your looking to spend alot more, Villa Bojana is good value for money.

I really enjoyed the stay. The room was REALLY big, it had a well-working A/C (although it started dripping water on the last day). My favourite thing was the fact we were personally welcomed by the owner's daughter (who only spoke English). She explained everything to us, she gave us a nice family vibe. She also offered a drink on the house at the arrival, which was so nice. The breakfast was actually good (but mostly on the last morning as then there were more guests so there was more choice). The swimming pool was nice. The place is easy to find, it's a two-minute walk from the bus station. There is a nice Asian restaurant right around the corner. It's a bit further from the sea but it was still a walking distance to me. There's a supermarket right around the corner. And it was quiet at night. You can pay with a credit card.
You get a kitchen in your room with cupboards and a cooking plate but there are absolutely no plates, the cupboards are almost empty. It's a bit weird. The bathroom was very hot, like a sauna. There were three bath gels but no shampoo. And the WIFI is not the best actually. These are minor things though, as overall we enjoyed the stay.

The villa is a very beautiful cozy oasis located in the central Budva. There is a pool with salty sea water and sunbeds offering both a comfy place under the sun and shadow under the green trees and plants.
The rooms are exactly like on the pictures, very clean and modern offering a balcony for relaxing evenings or a cigarette. The staff cleans up every day and changes towels.
The food is great and served on a terrace in the backyard under beautiful shadowy plants.
The owner is a lovely man who is happy to help his guests with any question. He and his son speak many languages and the friendly atmosphere is inviting for a small talk with a chill drink in the evening.
All in all I felt very comfortable and would recommend Vila Bojana as a great stay in Budva.
Within 15 min walking you can reach all central places like beaches , the old town and a shopping mall.
There are also grocery shops and restaurants around the villa reachable within 1-2 minutes.

Big room on the top floor with large balcony off the lounge and terrace off the bedroom, which was cleaned every day.
Pool area was nice and quiet and well maintained.
Free water always available in the restaurant.
It was a short walk into the centre of Budva. This didn’t bother us too much but may bother others as it’s not as central as other hotels.
There is also another building in the process of being built right next door, which although not being worked on while we stayed, did spoil our view a bit.

Perfect breakfast! Very kind people! Nice Pool
