너무 편안하고 아늑한 숙소

위치,청결,친절,시설 완벽. 잠도 잘오고 너무 잘 쉬었어요. 수건은 숙박일수 상관없이 4장 세트로 끝입니다. 추가비용은 잘 모르겠으나 원하면 추가는 가능합니다. 추천

Great and highly recommended.

The cleanness is exceptional. The apartment has all the items in perfect shape. Bed is very comfortable. Osvaldo, the host is very attentive and charming. He made sure our stay was very easy and comfortable providing lots of details as fruit and food for breakfast, toiletries, an umbrella, etc. We are very happy and grateful for his kindness.

Just to say something that may be improved, the light in the bathroom could be better for makeup purposes.☺️

We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. A great size, well appointed and very clean

The location was excellent. 500 metres from the main train station and in the heart of Florence. It was close to restaurants and all the main attractions. The size of the accommodation was great and the cleanliness was excellent. The location was excellent as all the main attractions were within an easy working distance, including getting to buses to do some day tours.

The key handover could be improved. We walked past the place a couple of times but didn't realise that it was our accommodation behind street doors. There was no signage.

Small apartment.. great location.. but no lift..

Its a small clean apartment with walking distance (approx 300m) from Firenze SM Novelle station…The owner Mr. Oswaldo is a nice and friendly person.. the supermarkets are nearby..

The apartment is located on the first floor and it has no lift.. it was a bit cumbersome to carry the luggage to the room…also the washroom is pretty small and has a very limited space to move around The bedroom blanket was used and seemed used by previous guests…

Perfect stay! Wish we were there longer!

we loved the location of the property less than 5 minutes from the main train station. we also loved the layout of the apartment. The hosts were very kind and creating a beautiful apartment with lots of personal and helpful touches. This place is amazing! There’s a comfortable queen sized bed. we loved that we can shut the window shutters and made the room so dark and quiet. perfect for a good nights sleep.

It was great! Very cosy flat, highly recommend to others!

The apartment was exactly in line with pictures. The host was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful! He met us on arrival with a huge smile to show us the place and give the keys. He was also great on the day we left allowing a slightly later check out which helped a lot as we had luggage.

Nice, well placed property.

It was a small unit with a good sized bedroom. Small living/kitchen that allowed separation from a partner who was still asleep. Bathroom was good. Only one floor of stairs. The owner was very helpful and great to communicate with. Very convenient to the station and close to the sights.

The bedroom faces a small street that is not a main thoroughfare. I’m a light sleeper and Thursday night was fine, Friday night saw a few tipsy people wandering past in the very early hours which woke me but they were soon past and could return to sleep. Saturday night saw a group of idiots gather in the street from around 3.30 until 5 and they sure weren’t whispering. Why? I can only guess they were waiting until the public transport resumed at 5.30 to get home in the suburbs and we got unlucky they chose our street to wait. Probably doesn’t happen all the time. Got back to sleep when they left. Anyway, I’d say the property was good value for Florence but light sleepers might be slightly affected.

Exceptional

Great apartment near Central station Santa Maria Novella, fully equipped excepting washing mashine and oven. Very friendly and helpful owner, live near, always on connection and ready to help. As a compliment for breakfast he gives juices, yogurts, water, beer, chips. Very clean, soft and stylish bed sheets, warm blanket. Disaign of apartment is stylish with good ergonomic. All made with love and care about guests! Amazing view from window in kitchen on private internal garden, looks very authentic and cute)) Thank you for great stay in Florence!

This property was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The host was very helpful. The location was excellent, close to the main railway station and easily accessible from the airport as well as being close to the river, the main attractions and good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Place to Stay in Florence!!

Conte Canacci was very clean, organized, and had everything we needed to make our stay in Florence perfect! The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which was much needed after a long day of tours and walking! The apartment is within walking distance of the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station and even closer to all the places we came to visit in Naples! Osvaldo took great care of us! He met us at the apartment and showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed! He even had a small anniversary gift waiting for us! It really was the perfect place to stay in Florence!

We loved everything about Conte Canacci!!
