Excellent service, great location.

The receptionist is always very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to address any question you might have.

Stadf and location was great, as well as facilities.

The beds need a latex topper and the bathroom needs better lighting- cant see to put makeup etc done

Wonderful, very much enjoyed, would recommend

Check in was easy, they let us check in early at no extra cost and when we requested additional towels and blankets they were happy to provide them.

The only thing I would say is the coffee could have been stronger and owning I am a coffee hound.

So bad experience and very desapoin.

NO SERVE BREAKFAST AND ALSO THE RECETION PERSON SELL INFORMATION FOR GESS. AND ME AND MY FAMILY WE ARE kidnaping in our room. We have to call the police to they help us to go away. And the request money to my family. Was a brave.

Not make any business with the hotel And is not recomend for any person .

Quiet little hotel in the middle of town. Love this place!

Very clean and friendly staff. Small hotel located right in the center of town. Walking distance to all sorts of shops and restaurants. I have stayed here 2 times now and would recommend. Rooms are decent sized and comfortable with AC units in the rooms.

Just wish they had a restaurant on site, but still love the place. They do have coffee and pastries set out in the mornings.

Service above and beyond

The property is clean and well managed and the service is excellent. We had a problem with a lost iPhone in a taxi and the staff drove us to the location where the taxi was and we got our phone back. They provided all of the translation and helped us find the location. We couldn’t ask for more. We will be very loyal customers in the future.

What a wonderful little hotel.

We like pretty much everything. Great location, nice room, very comfortable facilities fast Internet and everything else that you could ask for. And very close to all the shopping and restaurants in the area. Beautiful park across the road The staff were really professional.

Nice terrace, happy staff, great value.

The hotel is in front of the main park in downtown Colima, it has a beautiful view from the terrace, the rooms are clean and the staff was helpful and nice. There’s a lot of places to eat around it with delivery.

San Pablo Hotel value for money.

Good value for money. Réception staff helpful and speak English. General cleanliness and quite newish.

No in hôtel restaurant however there are a number of good ones within 10 to 15 minutes walk. No fridge in room.
