The service was horrible. The Hotel was run-down. The walls in the rooms were peeling . The cleaning people do not do a good job. I will never stay at this hotel again ..EVER!!! They charged me fir a small towel (the very small towel 7x7 towel)!!!

I did not like it! Horrible service! Check in was a nightmare! First room we git was dirty, air conditioner did work, the door to the room didn’t lock properly. The door knob to the bathroom came off! The second room they provided to us.. the paint is peeling off! They barely leave you toiletries…

3 day Trip. From Sinaloa too colima. Only stood here because it was a Sentric. Hotel walking Distance From everthing Restaraunt Next door. Has Good Food. Its older Hotel so Dont expect 5 stars. It also. Has 2 rooftop Bars / restaraunts. Bed is not the most comftarable, tv was acting Up, they sent someone the next day. Too fix it.. Over all. Stay was nice! Location location…. Its what made it up

I am handicapped, so when making the reservation I inquired if there was an elevator, and they said yes...What I should have asked was "Does it Work!". If you can go up three flights of stairs with suit cases, than stay.

This hotel is located right at the center of the plaza. It is near a convenience store and many restaurants. The rooms are small but very clean. Staff is very nice as well. This is my second time staying here and will continue to book with them in the future.

Great location and wonderful staff. Highly recommended. Staff helped finding a local guide and enjoyed our stay. Make sure to check out the roof top bar and restaurant overlooking the town square (Jardin)

We loved this beautiful old historic hotel. So much charm and character. Located right beside the square (jardin) which quite often had entertainment, and is one of the most beautiful squares we have seen in Mexico.. The hotel did not have the damp smell that some older buildings tend to have. It was spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was lovely as well. There was at least 6 (that we found) rooftop bar/restaurants all around the square. We didn't have to go far to find lovely meals and drinks, most with views of the sun setting over the mountains. Will definitely stay here if we come back to Colima.
