Jederzeit wieder

Die Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage optimal zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof, der Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück soweit ok - hätten uns z.B. von der Küche Spiegeleier gewünscht - dies gab es aber nicht.

Toller Platz um Leibzig zu besuchen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Seht gute Lage in der Innenstadt. Parkhaus fussläufig. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Wer kein Frühstück benötigt, ist in dem Hotel gut aufgenommen. Aber es gibt jederzeit die Möglichkeit, kostenlos Kaffee zu trinken.

Wer in ein einem Hotel frühstücken möchte ist fehl am Platz. Frühstücksplatz wie in einer Mensa.

Der Aufenthalt war entspannend und wür würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit .Die Lage war sehr zentral.Wir konnten unsere Sightseeingtour zu Fuß erledigen.

Modernes, zweckmäßiges Hotel. Ideale Lage. Schnelle Anbindung der Verkehrsmöglichkeiten. Hatte ich, für den Preis, nicht so erwartet.

Schönes Hotel in Toplage

Die Lage ist sensationell um Leipzig zu erkunden. 10 min zum Zoo, wenige Gehminuten zum Marktplatz, Auerbachs Keller, Nikolaikirche etc. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und schmackhaft. Besonders gut fanden wir die Kaffeebar - Ganztags Kaffee, Tee und Kakao kostenfrei. Auch das Team ist super - immer freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das 3. und 4. Bett war eine Ausziehcouch. Für 2 Nächte in Ordnung, aber für mehr nicht optimal. Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus zwar nah aber mit 18 Euro Tagessatz nicht günstig. Hier wäre es toll, wenn es Sondertarife für Hotelgäste geben würde.

la ubicacion excelente

cuando llegue tuve que ampliar una noche mas y no tuvieron en consideracion que habia reservado 9 noches y me ofrecieron u precio elevadisimo. tuvimos un problema con la ventana que no cerraba bien y no pudieron resolverlo hasta el dia siguiente, estuvieron pedeintes todo el tiempo de solucionarlo y en compesacion nos regalon el desayuno del dia siguiente.

Spacious room, superb location, very nice and helpful staff, great breakfast; the nicest stay I had

Because I am walking on crutches I don’t have my hands free for other things. Therefore I needed help in the breakfast room, which was beautifully provided. Generally all my requests were fulfilled promptly. I felt well looked after. I am 81 years old.

In the bathroom I would have liked to have a shelf for my cosmetics. The small shelf that was provided was occupied by the hotel’s mirror and a box of tissues also provided by the hotel. I saw a silverfish running over the bathroom floor. It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room, in addition to the fancy one, which was not comfortable at all, but looked beautiful in the large room.

Great location but needs to iron out some service qualities

The location was really good, right in the center and just steps away from restaurants and bars

Room size was much smaller than anticipated and the balcony was not of much use due to a very restricted view. Front desk staff was not always helpful and left us baffled with their answers.

great location, excellent breakfast, very clean, helpful staff, distinctive decor, handy to a grocery as well as historic and tourist sites

no place to put toiletries in the minimalist bathroom, no comfortable seating in the bedroom (one huge weird chair).

Great stay in the heart of Leipzig! I recommend this place.

Basic breakfast, but good enough. Big plus for cofee machine and tea available for the whole day. Lovely art design and the amazing armchairs at reception :)) Great location at the centre of Leipzig.

Great place to stay when visiting Berlin

The hotel was very clean and modern with helpful staff. The rooms were very pleasant with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice

The hotel is located in what seemed to be in a rather run down suburb of Berlin and quite a long walk from the Metro station.

the location was perfect for going to the Christmas markets.

the first person to check us in was not very friendly. she was borderline rude. luckily there was a young woman there that was eager to be helpful and was very friendly to help her. that person should have been the face that greets you when you check in!

Very central location. Nice layout. Free 24 hour coffee machine. Nice rooms.

Couldn’t easily stream from IOS devices to TV. Didn’t have German World Cup TV channel. (small complaints)
