Sasa is a great person, very polite and helpful.
The houses are nice, situated in the nature.
The policy of the property not include cleaning of the houses during the stay of the guesses (not even once for a stay of 8 nights, when we asked it became clear that only for additional pay the houses can be cleaned). I kindly suggest that this be clearly stated in the booking description.
Also, it’s impossible to adhere to the keep quiet policy after 11, as the houses are very close one to another and if so much as speak inside with windows open, the neighbours hear you.

The location is very nice, but you do need a car to go to the beach, because otherwise is 20-30 minute walk.
Sasa is an extraordinary person, very kind and helpfull. She paid attention to all our needs, 11 out of 10 for Sasa.
The house is nice and clean. Wonderfull terrase with a mountain view. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 upstrairs (one bedroom with a double bed and one couch - that is not very comfortable), 2 bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor and one down stair in the semi-basement. There are 2 living rooms, one on the ground floor and one in the semi-basement.
The kitchen is small for a large groups, but you can work with it.You have almost everything you need.
The closest beach is Elani beach, which is absolutely fabulous with pine trees and clear water.
What I didn't like particulary are the spiral metal stairs that connect the floors. They are not confortable and if you have children under 7 years old (which wasn't our case) the house is not suitable.

Very clean on arrival, very well equiped kitchen
The access was not that easily and it is situated in Elani not Siviri; we couldn't use the barbecue because of the national fires situation

Very nice host, Sasa helped us with some issues and also brought us very good cakes :)
Very quiet location.
Missing of washing machine.
Narrow and steep stairs inside the house.

We spent a magical week with the family in the beautiful villa Katerina! :) The host was extremely cheerful and helpful and we kept in touch as we traveled there so she could meet us on the spot and give us a proper tour of the house. We were impressed by the sweet surprise (a very nice dessert) that she had left for us in the house when we moved in! The villa is very spacious and clean, has a large green yard with beautiful plants, and the barbecue area was a great convenience for cooking in the evenings. 10-15 minutes drive from the villa there are many beautiful beaches - the villa itself is in a quiet area just outside of Siviri, surrounded by nature, and from the second floor of the house you can enjoy the beautiful view of the forest. The villa had everything you need for a comfortable stay - air conditioning, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a large, quiet and comfortable place for the family to spend a wonderful vacation. My heartfelt thanks to the host Sasa, who made our vacation even more sunny and unforgettable! :)
Our stay was really wonderful! The only small downside may be that the beach is a bit far for walking there, but on the other hand, when you are in Greece, you should visit as many beaches as possible, no matter how far away they are! :)

The host is very nice and thoughtful. The villa was perfect for 2 families: 4 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, a terrace, everything that you need for a nice vacation. If you like the nature and want a safe place for the kids and no music all night long, this is the perfect place.
A little bit too far from the beach, but on the other hand the location is great, on a quiet and peaceful hill.
