Nicht alles perfekt

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Zimmer ist äußerst spärlich ausgestattet. Wenigstens einen Flaschenöffner hätte ich mir gewünscht. Das Bett war steinhart. Manche mögen sowas, meins ist es nicht.

Excellent value for money in Bangkok

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are excellent value; clean, spacious, modern and simple. Large fridge and small bench space which is nice. Free tea and coffee downstairs in the clean local style common area which is nice compared to being in large sterile hotel chains. This is a family friendly hotel and they even have a pet floor which I think is fantastic! Great location to shopping all along Rachada and an easy 6 minute walk to Rachadapisek MRT (can hope on a passsing 10 baht songthaew to get there and back too).

The pool is lovely but the area around the pool needs a little spruce up.

This our second stay here. While not on the cheap side of the equation the proximity to the Ratchada Pisek MRT is the bonus. Equal distance to BKK, DMK, Mochit 2 and downtown makes the hotel an ideal location for travellers. Several small but tasty restaurants(we eat local Thai style) nearby, 7/11 next door and another on the route to the MRT(12min walk). Great pool that our kids took advantage of. This is a good stay for families as they have a few different room options and bed types. Bangkok doesn’t have that many choices for families that check all the boxes that are affordable, after hours of looking online during the bus ride into town(a chore I am enjoying less and less) we decided to stick with what we know because of the aforementioned reasons. We will come and stay again.

Overall,i am quite please and happy for the owner to accomadate late check in & check out.

The family suite was what exactly i was looking for,02 single bed for my boys in a separate room with ensuite bathroom,connected by a connected door.

There was only 1 tv provided for the 02 room suite and it was not even an english speaking channel. No international channel,only local thai channel

Nice family room, close to the MRT station. Quite far from the city center.

We had a family room which was like two double bed rooms connected. One with two single beds and one with a double bed. Each had a bathroom and an air conditioner. Also one fridge and some kind of kitchen was included. The beds were comfortable and clean. As well as the towels. The staff was friendly and kindly drove us to the closest MRT station after we checked out.

There were sufficient chairs and a couch in the rooms but most of them were worn out or not cleaned properly. Took them quite some time to get a printed bill. Also you have to place a deposit for the room (which we got back without any trouble).

Good value for money, close to MRT station

The place is a modern condominium, but still has an authentic style with the traditional furnitures and statues in the entrance, and the lounge around the pool. The pool is really nice and refreshing. Room is basic but has everything. MRT station is a 7 minutes walk, Chatuchak park is just 3 stops away, big shopping malls are 2 stops away (Union mall and Central Ladprao), Sukhumvit is around 15 minutes by MRT. The family who runs the place is really nice and always available to help :)

A microwave in the room would be nice, so long term guest wouldn't need to go down to warm up food. I would dedicate a floor for long term guests only, as I heard people moving in and out in the nearby rooms every day.

It was far from the mrt. The road to it was narrow so very dangerous if walking on the side of the road room was ok but not many restaurants close by to eat at. there was no tv in the room

Bien situé et bon marché, avec une piscine

Quartier populaire et situé non loin de la Blue Line du métro. Le personnel et sympathique et arrangeant. La piscine est un plus. Depuis cette année, l’établissement bénéficie d’un restaurant avec une terrasse agréable pour prendre un verre.

Problèmes d’écoulements dans certaines salles de bain.

اسوء ليله عشتها في هذا الفندق انا وعائلتي

في رائحه كريه وصور مطابق اللون فقط الغرف صغيره الحمام اصغر وريحه كريه جدا والفندق كله ممرات مثل حواري صغيره تحس بسجن ويجود حشرات وبرعصيه كثيره صراصير ونمل والاصوات الغرف الاجنبك لايصلح للعائلات وفيه شي غريب قليل عليه سيئ بل وصخ جدا

Good stay for the price

Bed was comfortable, large room with a full refrigerator, kitchen sink and lots of storage. The AC went out our last night but 4 guys showed up and got it working in about an hour. About a 10 minute walk to the MRT and down the street from a great cafe called Homies (with a wonderful owner).

Staff wasn’t very friendly and its a huge apartment like complex. Hallways are echoey so you can hear anyone who comes and goes.

Amazing place to stay.

Very hospitable and friendly staff. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Aunty was especially very helpful. Clean rooms. Clean bathrooms with enough amenities. Would like to stay again in the future.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’accueil de cet établissement ainsi que les diverses attentions des hôtes tout le long de notre séjour. La chambre était propre et confortable dans l’ensemble. À disposition, cafés, boissons équipements de sport et piscine… Possibilité de se restaurer de façon traditionnelle juste à côté et un 7 eleven non loin. Nous recommandons ce lieu :))

Literie un peu dure sur les lits simples de la chambre familiale. Sinon RAS.

超出了我的预期！游泳池很不错，半露天的，游泳的工具很多，还有健身器材，客厅很大，有很多餐桌可以吃饭，还有公用的小厨房。房间很干净，工作人员都很热情，像在自己的家里一样！下次我还会选择来这一家公寓住宿！

距离公交站地铁有一点距离。

Loved it and would stay again.

The room was spacious and suitable for family. We had two bathrooms which was great since we had two kids with us. A small kitchenette was also in the room.

Everything generally was good and we enjoyed our stay. I suppose if anything there was a slight stench from the bathroom which we assumed from the exhaust not working too well but it was not an issue as leaving the exhaust on for a few hours cleared the smell.

Love it! Definitely book this place again. distance from MRT to Baan Tanwa is a mere 350m. you can walk or use tuktuk/lorry porter which cost 10Baht per person. 7Eleven is nearby.

Price of room changed on booking dot com immediately after we booked, 200 baht cheaper and hotel cannot do anything and blame booking. Com!

Short stay extended to six night stay due to comfort and location.

The room was larger than expected, nice little balcony, living area, kitchen space, and bathroom - with a separate bedroom. The pool was great - nice temperature and length. The seating area downstairs was also perfect for getting some work done, and socialising. There are also washing machines available to do laundry very cheap too!

The lounge in the living room was small for two people - but this really is being picky.

Average hotel near to undergroung

Location of the hotel is quite good. Room was nice. There is also a swimming pool, which looked OK. Next to pool was also some workout equipment.

Staff was not very kind and friendly. We also had to pay 500 TBH deposit, which was refunded but it's quite obsolete practice. Breakfast was under the average.
