Great! Local experience

We could checkin at late time. It was great for us. All home was very clean and comfortable. There is coffee shop under the building. Host was very kindly and there were many gift like coffee or biscuits. They are very nice and kind.

It was cold and air condition extra 10 €.

Friendly host, very well equipped kitchen, very clean throughout the apartment. Useful information from the host at the beginning of the stay.

Superb

Nice and spacious apartment. Super clean. Very well equipped. So we enjoyed our stay there. If you arrive by car, parking is much easier with the "easy park" parking app. Use the Tranvia close by to get into the city center of Florence.

Exceptional

It was a one month stay in Florence and it was one of the best months ever! The acommodation was outstanding. The hosts were the most helpful with everything. I can recommend the place with all my heart.

Strongly recommend 🤌🏼

The host was very welcoming and helpful. There was a spot to park the car. Apartment was spacious with a small balcony. Full kitchen utilities ( such as coffee and tea) -separate bins for different recycling materials. Not too far from public transportation.

Great stay, great people and great amenities in and outside the apartment.

The family who own/run the apartment live next door and the apartment has all you need bar the kitchen paper tissue. The hosts ( I met both Alessio and his wife) were very friendly and helpful. Certainly worth considering the area as well as it has everything you need including: 2 supermarkets 1 fish shop Several bread shops 5 cake shops and cafés and plenty of other types of small shops: from toys to chemists, all within 200-400meters...it couldn't get any simpler or better. There is also a bus stop close by, a hospital, train station (800mt from Firenze Rifredi). The apartment is also very cool and even though it was 30+ outside I didn't have to switch ON the air con.

Just 2 very minor things that were compensated by everything else: 1. The fridge is a bit noisy 2. I would have put a small TV in the kitchen. What I did was use my laptop and, btw, the internet connection was easy to setup and fast.

Nice location for a couple of days in Florence

Cozy apartment

Super clean and cozy apartment. The owner is nice too and it's well located in a nice neighborhood.

The only thing we didn't like were the super annoying and loud neighbors upstairs!

Pleasant and confortable stay

The apartmen was full equiped with everything necessary. Also was very very clean. Alessio likes small details and the apartment results very charming.

A bit far away from the city center. However is very well connected with train, and the apartment is located in a quiet area.

Great place in Florence

The host was very friendly and she lives just next door so if you need anything or have any questions you can just ring their door. We had a whole apartment just for ourselves. The bedroom is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The location is very good too with a train station very close to the flat that takes you straight to the city centre. There are also plenty of free parking spaces around the building.

The only problem I could find was the shower that would sometimes turn cold all of a sudden for a few seconds and then back to hot. But this wasn't a major inconvenience. Also the air conditioning costs 10 euros per night while in other places we stayed in Italy it was included in the price of the room.

I would recommend it if you need accommodation in the hospital area.

Location very good in the hospital area. Very clean flat. Owners very warm and welcoming. Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in very good conditions. Very good value for money.

The flux of hot water (particularly in the shower) was not stable. Sometimes it became cold and took a while before getting warm again.

Very comfortable stay.

The hosts were very helpful in locating the places we wanted to visit and local restaurants. A bit of a walk to train, but was doable.
