A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Number one, the place was relaxing which was exactly what I was looking for. It was very social having our large family in the 'boys;' and 'girls' units so we could visit, share lunch on the BBQ, and just pop over the hill to the beach. I could take my coffee to the end of the street and look over the lagoon.

The stove was a little under-powered. However, all of the other kitchen appliances were new and efficient.

Loved the area, the town, the walks and especially the lake and beaches.

Location excellent. Kids loved the WI-FI when we were in the apartment. I loved the fact they had a coffee machine.

Great location perfect for a family and was great to be able to have our dog with us

Beds were a little uncomfortable, but I do have a bad back overall was very good value for money

Good value in a great location

Great location. The apartment was fairly basic but it was clean, comfortable and good value for money. Easy walk to the beach

Some of the kitchenware was a little dated. The sofa could use some cushions

if your looking for somewhere in fish pen to stay that is pet friendly I would highly recommend admirls lodge

nice clean cosey apartment, quite and close to the water. loved that there was the little things were included oil, salt and pepper the necessities that you need but don’t particularly want to buy while on holidays

Some disappointing elements particularly TV's

Location, unit was clean

On arrival we found both TVs not working, appeared to be aerial problem. Advised owner on contact number and a gentleman attended our unit to advise trying to fix problem. We are not avid TV watchers but nice to get the news and a show in the evening. Appeared nil works done on aerial during two day stay. Renovations in unit 2 doors down very disruptive. Dank drain smell in kitchen or directly outside back door needs action. Fridge blocking egress to back door is against safety fire code. Probably would not stay again.

Set in a lovely quiet location in beautiful Fishpen an easy 1.5k walk into the centre of town. The pool and bbq facilities at the property are also excellent. We booked here because it is dog friendly.

Very sad, tired and run down. The whole unit needs a really deep clean. The worst thing for us was that one of the 6 other units was being renovated, so throughout our stay we were woken at 7am to the sounds of trades working with power equipment which continued throughout the day. They parked directly outside our the kitchen window and sometimes even I the common areas (see photo). It really spoiled what should have been a very peaceful stay.

Perfect dog friendly getaway

Location! Fishpen is the best area to stay in Merimbula. Comfy with all the facilities you need for a stay with your four legged family. Very well equipped kitchen and the entire apartment was very clean .

Quiet stay in excellent location.

location was fantastic. Wonderful grassed are outside apartment. Lovely quiet court with track to beautiful beach and pier plus morning coffee.

Bathroom tired but all other areas updated

even though the unit is a little dated, it is extremely comfortable with everything you need for a fabulous weekend away

excellent location, great to be able to have our pupper there with us.

it would have been great to have a fenced off area to make it more pet friendly but that is the only small thing.

Ok but could improve a lot with a small bit of attention.

the location was great and it allowed pets. bbq area was clean and sheltered.

the property wasn’t properly clean on arrival. shower has mould (so does roof of bathroom), carpets had sand and sequins…only 1.5rolls of toilet paper provided for a family of 4 for a week and no tissues or cooking oil. there were blankets thrown (not folded-scrunched up) into the cupboards (that we wanted to use), cleaning equipment taking up the rest of the cupboards (that we wanted to use). the backyards are all joined and the gates have bars that are too wide for small dogs so pretty useless for our dog.

Good location in the lovely Fishpen area with a great beach for swimming & surfing, inlet for SUP & fishing, park , fish n chips & 2 coffee shops. Unit was very clean.

Nothing I didn't like..it's a very no frills unit, as was expected

We were happy to stay here and would gladly recommend this place in future.

The apartment was very clean and in a great peaceful location, note it was not during school holidays. It was fantastic that you supplied a few coffee pods for us and washing machine capsules for us to do more than 1 load of washing.

On this trip we stayed in quite a few apartments while travelling so we can compare. Our apartment shared a wall with another and you could easily hear the tv and people talking next door, even when we had the tv on. It would be good if the kitchen included a couple of other basic essentials such as a small amount of oil for cooking etc. I also bought a candle to cover an unpleasant odour that was noticeable inside when we arrived. May I also suggest you using fragrance diffusers to help with this in future.
