Locatie is fijn, alles is op loop afstand (ADO bus en centrum). Chitzen itza en cenotes kan je bezoeken met de auto (50 min). Receptie personeel is vriendelijk. Zwembad is fijn, je kan in de schaduw en de zon. Kamer is groot en fijn bed. Ik zou het hotel nog een keer boeken.

Veel mieren in de badkamer en het ontbijt is zeer weinig. 2 hapjes yoghurt en paar hapjes fruit. Ligbedjes zijn hard bij het zwembad.

Fijn verblijf op het matige ontbijt na.

De kamer was lekker ruim met een fijn groot zacht bed en een kleine keuken erin.

Ontbijt was zeer matig en niet wat op de foto's staat afgebeeld. Wij kregen dagelijks 4 kleine stukjes stokbrood in plaats van 4 boterhammen. Dit was dan voor 2 personen. Daarnaast kreeg je dan wel wat fruit en een zeer kleine portie yoghurt. Ook begon ze meteen de eerste dag te schooien om een fooi. De kleine porties eten hebben we aangegeven bij de receptie, waar vervolgens niks mee gedaan is.

- Zimmer sauber und geräumig - sehr gute Lage - schöner Poolbereich - Personal zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit

- wenn man inkl. Frühstück bucht, bekommt man nur ein sehr spärliches Frühstück. Die „guten“ und größeren Frühstücksmenus waren Aufpreispflichtig (aber dafür auch sehr lecker) - es wurde auf dem hotelgelände gebaut / renoviert

Good value for money but not relaxing

Everything was reasonably clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, there was a kitchenette and a pool, and the bed was huge

We had ants in the room that bit me at night. Also the pool in itself was nice but it was anything but relaxing. There were loud construction going on and incedibly loud and obnoxious music playing all day. We booked our room with breakfast included but was very limited and not satiating. They didnt even ask if we both wanted coffee. The free parking was always full so we had to park on the street

Neodpovídající pokoj

Personál docela v pohodě a vstřícný.

Dostali jsme úplně jiný pokoj než jsme měli booknuty. Standard neodpovídal požadovanému standardu a kompenzace ani výměna pokoje ze strany ubytovatele nebyla možná. Údajně byly všechny pokoje plné. Tuhle situaci už se snažím řešit s.bookingem.

Que tiene Tenia estacionamiento adentro de la misma. Estaba limpio.

Las duchas no andaban bien, salía poca agua y no alcanzaba el agua caliente para darse un baño. La ducha no tenia puerta, por ende mojaba todo el baño. La cama muy pequeña para un matrimonio. El desayuno dicen que es frugal, pero realmente es muy malo. Poca cantidad, no alcanza y todo lo extra que se pide tiene costo.

Satisfaisant et très bien situé.

La proximité du centre ville

Le petit déjeuné était trop succinct et aucun choix. Pas de réel équipement pour cuisiner. Le chauffe-eau devez être enclanché 10 minutes avant l'utilisation, il était demandé de l'arrêter ensuite.

Prima hotel dichtbij het centrum

De locatie van het hotel was goed, op loopafstand van het centrum met een grootte parkeerplaats en fijn zwembad. De kamers waren voldoende ruim en de badkamer was prettig. We hadden beide een 2pers bed. Het hotel heeft twee locaties recht tegenover elkaar. Wij zaten in de nieuwere locatie boven het zwembad. Op de kamer is een magnetron, koelkast en servies aanwezig. Er is op iedere kamer een balkon waar je gebruik van kan maken met uitzicht over het dorp. Ga om 22:00 naar de kerk aan het centrale plein om de video over de geschiedenis van Yucatan te bekijken!

Het ontbijt is mager met 5 stukjes toast en twee happen yoghurt met muesli. Je krijgt koffie/thee en een groen detoxsapje. Voor meer ontbijt kan je bijbetalen. Je moet 15min voor het douche een knopje omzetten en vervolgens is er niet voldoende warm water voor 2 personen.

Für ein paar Nächte ganz schöne, zentrumsnahe Unterkunft

Zentrale Lage zum Stadtzentrum, ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, schöner Pool, Zimmer haben Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle & Co, bequemes, großes Bett, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Empfangsdame, alles sauber

mageres Frühstück (etwas Obst, mini Schälchen Joghurt mit Müsli, trockene Brotscheiben mit etwa Butter & Marmelade, Saft, Kaffee), für nicht Kaffee trinker keine Alternative, Kakao wäre hier als Alternative schön, die Zimmer sind optisch sehr dunkel gehalten, keine Antwort auf die vor Ankunft gesendeten Nachrichten, wie leider überall in Mexiko sind die Zimmer alle sehr hellhörig

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Lage fußläufig ins Zentrum. Der Pool ist wunderschön. Parkplätze im Hof sind vorhanden.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, obwohl wir nicht direkt an der Straße waren hörten wir die Autos die ganze Nacht. Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein, es gibt zwar einen Herd, aber keine Töpfe oder Pfannen. Geschirrtuch für den Abwasch war ebenfalls nicht da.

Le lit était grand

Tout. Cet établissement est à fuir, on dirait un hôtel de bord d’autoroute. Il y a du bruit toute la nuit, on dirait que des courses de voitures sont organisés, les murs ont tremblés avec le bruit. Le petit déjeuner est infecte, avec à peine de quoi manger. Le personnel est à peine aimable

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Parkplatz sehr bequem, Service sehr freundlich. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Allerdings OHNE Frühstück.

Frühstück inklusive: das ist einfach ein Snack, kein Frühstück. Ich denke das Hotel soll kein Frühstück inklusive anbieten , sondern nur a la Carte. Dann würden sie von mir 10/10 Punkte bekommen.

+ super Lage (in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an der Kathedrale/dem Hauptplatz) + sehr ruhig + sehr großes Zimmer, sehr geräumig (verfügt sogar über Küche) + schöner ruhiger Pool

- Frühstück wirklich sehr minimalistisch (ein paar Früchte, ein Klecks Joghurt und ein bisschen Müsli)

Le lit est ultra grand et très confortable ! La pièce est assez grande

Aucune insonorisation, on avait la chambre juste à côté de la route du matin au soir on entendait la circulation. Petite déjeune horrible, un jus « detox » que je n’ai pas du tout aimé, des petits morceaux de pain avec une noix de beurre avec un café ou thé donc comme je ne bois ni l’un ni l’autre, une cuillère à peine de fromage blanc avec de petites graines 😐 L’eau chaude il faut l’allumer 15 min avant de se doucher, puis si vous êtes la deuxième personne à vous doucher il n’y en a plus. Une wifi qui saute toutes les 2 min.

Todo iba perfecto, siempre fue el personal muy amable, la comida del restaurante deliciosa

Todo estaba perfecto hasta que empezaron a salir cucarachas en la habitación, matamos 4 cucarachas, en la zona de la cocina y nos dijeron que era “normal” porque habían fumigado, pero para nada nos pareció normal, nos cambiaron de habitación y aun así nos salió una más, fue una lástima porque el hotel se veía muuuuy agradable

Het zwembad was een enorm pluspunt en ook de ligging van het hotel is goed

De kamer was donker, erg verouderde badkamer en keuken. De airco hangt boven het bed waardoor het niet prettig slapen is. Het ontbijt is erg karig.

Heel vriendelijk personeel en met een super manager die mee hielp waar mogelijk. Mooie kamers goede bedden. Mooi zwembad. Bij vragen werden die meteen beantwoord/opgelost. Erg aan te raden.

Hotel extrêmement mal isolé du bruit.

L'hôtel est bien situé et le parking est pratique.

L'hôtel est extrêmement mal isolé nous entendions absolument tout (même lorsque les voisins allaient à la toilette..) nous avons demandé à changé de chambre dès la première nuit en pensant que c'était un cas isolé mais la seconde était identique avec des cafards morts en supplément et une chambre sans fenêtre avec sur la minuscule terrasse vue sur, la réserve des bonbonnes de gaz... à éviter donc.
