Worst place I've ever stayed in all of my travels.

No air conditioner. Too much noise on the street. Couldn't sleep. Entry to the palace was trashy. Basically a bad experience.

great facility for a good price

Wonderful, cozy hotel in the very center of Naples, overlooking the beautiful Chiaia street. The internet works great, there is everything you could need, the breakfast is more sweet but plentiful and tasty with warm muffins and great coffee. The best choice at a great price. The service is simply amazing. We were able to leave our bags until the flight. I highly recommend it

We had a very pleasant time here. The manager Siri was excellent. He was very attentive to make sure we had a lovely breakfast. He ģave us a safe storage space for our luggage the day we were leaving.

Very enjoyable and would recommend it

There were excellent choices for breakfast. Siri was there to get u what u wanted.Great location and the room was spacious and comfortable. The only problem we had was the wifi didn't work in the room. You had to sit near the door or go outside into the hall in order to use it.

Great location, clean and spacious room with very accommodating staff.

Prime location, spacious room and bathroom, all conveniences super. We had to leave very early, and the very friendly staff even provided us with a nice breakfast before usual start time. Much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this B&B.

The building was very old and in didn't have a mini bar.

Great stay in Naples.

The room was really nice and very complete. The location was great and perfect if you want to visit the city. The man who works there was really helpful and kind. He explained everything perfectly and was very thoughtful. The breakfast was nice too. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The only problem that we had is that one of our towels was dirty. However the man who works there solved it really quickly and was really thoughtful. So in the end it was not a big deal.

City Center located and quiet room.

The location was super, next the city center. We only had a walk till the Quartieri Spagnoli or Piazza Plebiscito. The street where the apartment is locates is quiet. The host was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Staff. Room was very nice. Good location and simple but nice breakfast.

The entrance was very dodgy but the actual room was quite nice... I hated the bed. It made my back hurt a lot. Also they should put shower cortines in the bathtub because without, the water goes everywhere.

The location is great, very closed to all the sightseeing in Napoli Siri ( the man who helped us there) is very kind, helpful, smiling

Our room had street view with balcony ( which was great) , but it was very nosy, I fell asleep really hard, the night life in Napoli it is very nosy The breakfast is light, mostly a croissant, some juice and coffee.

Very convenient for shopping and quiet at night

Scaffolding ruined our view of the street from the apartment window. Especially when on Bookings.com it showed the street view. This information should have been provided on bookings.com.

very poor breakfast,very bad Wi-Fi ,there was no Smart tv so you are obligated to watch Italian tv, we have asked for a simple pain killer until the pharmacies were open and they had none

Very good

The location is perfect, near the main landmarks in Naples. There a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was kind and helpful. I'm thankful for all the assistance she provided. The guy who was there-Siri was very kind. The room was spacious with comfortable bed.

We booked a room with balcony, but there was no balcony. Very poor mobile and wi-fi zone connection in the room.
