Overall it was a decent stay

It was spacious, it had all the basic amenities - fridge, gas, cookware, water purifier, AC, microwave.

1 of the room had a very murky smell. Place could be more clean.

Good maintaince House keeping boy (BADAL) is good person Actually we are breaking daining tabel glass That coast is total @2500 We are going locla glass store amd buying same size glass tolal₹2500 include transport Some manager and receptionist are trying to cheating me they are demand 4500/5000 For glass😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The care taker and everyone related to the property are genuine. Service is really good

nothing as such, just the hotel menus kept inside refuse to provide deliveries if you provide them the villa number

Please don't book the the Property.

It was really Bad experience, as the Property Manager didn't available on the location when the AC was not working and breakfast was utmost pathetic. The Swimming Pool Guard was completely unprofessional and was asking to get out of the swimming pool time to time.

The Backside of the property was untidy, AC was not working at all, and property manager didn't took action after reporting about the issue. There are n numbers of complaints which can not be expressed in words.

this is the waste villa as I aeen in the Goa if there is negative posting I have given they servers tea in plastic cover

please keep the on time. and please change you host Rajesh he is the vast host I seen. see how they serve the tea which have been attached

No Breakfast and only 3 rooms

Staff was good. Clean place.

In ad it says free breakfast. I booked it hoping for breakfast but when we reached they said they don't serve breakfast. This changed our whole plan for the day. In ad it says 4 bedroom. But villa has only 3 bedroom.

The care taker was prompt and helpful

No intercom, weak wifi - kept on disconnecting. Breakfast was included in our stay but quality of breakfast arranged was very poor. Place was too far from any nearby restaurants, even online food ordering couldn't be delivered at the place since it was too far.

We included breakfast in booking but host is not aware of that.

House is good. Silent place.

No intresting places nearby. Common pool. Worst part is no communication between booking.com and host. We included break fast in booking but host is not aware of it. He js arranged some bread and eggs after having discussions.. Its not worthy. We almost paid 150 per head and had 50rs break fast.
