Still a great facility. Roomy, great terrace with view. Traditional Italian feel.

Fantastic view and roomy inside

It would be good if the shower upstairs could have a bracket on the wall rather than hand held only. No Instructions for use of coffee machine. No Provision of tea towels and soap.

Lovely house. Comfortable. Clean. Balcony good. Small mini markets with fresh produce closeby. Not too bad a walk back up to house from beach. Private transfer company referred by accom to trainstation is recommended

great place. highly recommend. be ready for plenty of steps up and down in Positano.

clean and spacious. had all the necessities you would need. A/C worked great. and of course the view is great.

very enjoyable with lots of walking.

it has all home facilities so you can self cook. lady who met us for check in was very helpful across our stay.

shower curtains protects only a small space so big sized people can spray water around.

Carmela reached out to me before my trip and introduced herself and gave me an idea of what to expect. She was so kind and helpful!

The stairs! But I think all places have a lot of stairs in Positano.

It was a great stay!

The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and the view from the terrace was nice too. I loved the character of the apartment! I am a light sleeper and was a little worried that it would be noisy because it’s located on the main road, but the noise was really minimal and I rested very well. There were several supermarkets just a few steps away which has been very useful. Carmela, our host, gave us plenty of recommendations and managed to sort out our transfer to Pompeii on a very short notice; she also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok - she was lovely.

The location was very good - it took you 5 mins max to get to the beach. But a lot of steps to climb down and then up, we needed a couple of days to get used to it.

Great property with lovely views over the town.

very spacious property with a lovely balcony and views over Positano. we’ll equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

Nothing really, visitors should be aware the property is located above the beach and main square so there are lots of steps to get from the property to the main centre. you need to be reasonably fit and mobile.

Very good

it was very roomy

Everything was very good. Carmela was very sweet!!! The only thing I didn’t like was having to use the one body towel for 4 days. A lot of stairs for my mom which was very difficult

Very very nice!!

Everything! Nice and clean, very clean. Modern kitchen, toilets, hygienic. AC in all rooms. A huge terasse. Really huge!! And a lot of nice lamps, and cozy lightning. 🙂 And the fantastic host Caramela. Wonderful person, always on the line if you have any questions. Helps with dinner reservations, cabs.. Everything!

Of course there are stairs and slopes in all Positano, and the same in to the apartement. Just good to know if you have disabilityproblems. If not, then its just an extra workout. 🙂

A short but delightful and relaxing vacation.

Carmela - the assistant of the owner- is simply great: she is very helpful and prompt in replying to any queries. I hope I will be able to come back sometime soon.

I found more than once the front door open and I felt was not really safe for this. Rather than this, everything was truly excellent.

Princely Houses is a very nice apartment with perfect view and good location.

Huge terrace with amazing view to the city. Two bedrooms with king size beds - two bathrooms - big living room- fully set up kitchen. Very good location, easy to reach the downtown by walk - just a couple of minutes. Our host Carmela was super nice and she made our trip memorable. I recommend for everyone who wants to visit Positano.

Superb

Spacious apartment 15 mins walking distance to Positano beach, nice view from the terrace. Very convenient mini market close to place. One of the few places where we could book a parking space (we traveled the coast by car). The parking is not by the apartment but close by, and Carmela helped us with the reservation. She also recommended nice - and not so touristic- place for dinner.

5 star Service

The property is perfect for a family with kids. The balcony has an outstanding view. Grocery store is 50 mts away. But what we liked most was Carmela’s service. She really gave us a five star level experience.
