Ripeto, sono stato molto molto bene

Il soggiorno, è stato tutto ok 👍, mi sono trovato davvero molto molto bene.

Secondo il mio modesto parere, personalmente, mi sono trovato bene, ottimo soggiorno, niente da modificare, secondo i miei gusti personali.

Colazione convenzionata con bar limitrofi, nulla di particolare, caffé o capuccino con una pasta, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più come in altri B&B. La posizione é ottima in centro e servita da parcheggio a pagamento, ma con costi irrisori (€1 a notte) dato che l'host é in ZTL. La camera é molto confortevole, ma il bagno privato fuori dalla camera di fronte ad altre stanze non é proprio il massimo! Le chiavi non ci sono e si usa il cellulare per le varie aperture. Il sig. Leonardo é una persona gentile, disponibile e molto educata.

Per il prezzo pagato sicuramente il bagno da rivedere perché non é carino uscire dalla camera per andarci. La colazione molto minimale.

Comoda camera in centro a Prato

Camera pulitissima, bagno esterno alla camera ma ad uso esclusivo, e posizionato proprio di fianco alla camera. La struttura si trova in una vietta dietro Piazza Duomo, in una posizione comodissima, perfetta per i concerti in piazza Duomo, dato che è esattamente dietro il palco, praticamente affacciata al backstage :-D Susanna è stata disponbile e gentilissima, ci ha dato tutte le info sul parcheggio e le indicazioni per la colazione, che è possibile fare in uno dei 2 bar convezionati ed è compresa nel prezzo della camera. Per una sosta a Prato è una sistemazione ideale!

In bagno doccia e sanitari sono posizionati su un piano rialzato con un gradino abbastanza alto, per cui bisogna fare attenzione quando si esce dalla doccia, sopratutto in presenza di persona anziane.

Tutto perfetto

Location comoda, bella pulita e silenziosa. Il mio compagno ha avuto un problema di salute e sono stati gentilissimi nell'aiutarmi e nell'offrirsi nel caso avessi avuto bisogno. Grazie ancora. La consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Very good

Nice host, good wifi and easy to reach and close to the train station, it's a flat with more private rooms in the centre of Prato, just a few minutes from the City Hall square and the main attractions. Pretty quiet, though you can easily hear the neighbours sometimes.

Small breakfast available in 2 bars close by, so you have to get dressed and get out, and if you don't eat sweet in the morning, only one of the 2 bars tries to offer you some other solution (Bar Formica, top staff!), while the bar facing the City Hall square has very unfriendly and rude staff.

Rough round the edges but fundamentally all right

Excellently placed and street pretty quiet for town centre until people start work in shops underneath, fairly early. Good sized room, clean, bathroom appliances pretty new, shower adequate size. Friendly staff. The property is a bit rough round the edges and see below, but fundamentally all right.

Big step along length of bathroom would make this room unsuitable for anybody frail and bathroom, though for sole use of room, is separate from the bedroom. The linen was ordinary and more pillows needed. The passageway light did not work.

In the heart of Prato

Location, staff, forniture, possibility of a later check out (at 12 am) and air conditioning.

The fact that there was no small fridge in the room: it would have been useful to keep water fresh since the day was very hot.

the location is exactly next to train station, in the old town, next to 2 beautiful squares. one of the cafes where the breakfast is give n is really great

the bathroom is not in the room. You get a key and need to go out from the room into a common area and then go to your bathroom. the chair is broken (not for sitting).

Passable

I liked the fact that the location is in the main centre and it is easliy accessible with most f the transports and busses available in the city. It was a clean and neat room , with toilet and independent heating. Overall, the house was decent and well look after. The staff was very welcoming , and overall reachable.

I will start with some minor issues: 1) the stairs leading to the main room were not in good condition , the space left from one wall to another was around 90/110 cm and it was occupied with tiles and cements used for ongoing working. Those who have big luggage could have troubles to move in. However this was only an occasional thing and I believe the issue must have been dealt. 2) the owner or the person incharge has provided a number on booking which was different from the one used to contact the guest of the premises. Knowing that it was a problem to some extent to reach the owner to change the timing of check in. However , once there was a first contact, further connections were easy and good. The main issue is with the room itself which as a room was good, but it was facing an internal yard , some neighbours have put some noisy fans you could hear through the window that are turned on all day and all night. During the day you may ignore the noise of the fans, even though they are quiet annoying as the noise is very strong. But during the night it is a nightmare to sleep, even with the closed windows you can hear the noise of the fans or I airventilators that are on. A practical solution I have adopted was to waer some earplugs which reduced the noise to some extent, however, withouth those earplugs , sleeping calmly would be a tough challenge.

Perfekt for a short stay and sightseeing trip

The location is perfect, 1 Minute to the Piazza Duomo. Parking not available, but 5 Minutes away a big parking where you pay only 1€ per night. Big room, everything clean and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast option in 2 coffee places (Cappuccino and croissant) very italian but ok.

Unfortunatelly the bed was very hard and I did not sleep for 2 nights. But there are some people who might like this.
