Friendly, charming hotel in the middle of town

Lovely, friendly staff made me feel welcome and went the extra mile to help. The hotel is a charming family hotel right on the edge of the main square in Prato. Rooms were simple but comfortable.

Centrally located friendly hotel

Very close to Prato PS station and the major sights such as the Cathedral and Palazzo Pretorio, restaurantsand shopping street.. The hotel is well furnished, has a bar and lounge area, and staffed reception desk till late. The bed and sleeping temperature was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was adequate. There was nothing lacking.

There was a little traffic noise but it died down at night. I used silicone ear plugs and the traffic didn't disturb my sleep.

Pleasant stay at central Prato

Good room size, ok bed, great shower. Air conditioning worked fine. Very kind and helpful staff, one of them even indicated me a good running path. Location is probably the best in Prato.

The furniture and doors are a bit oldish. Would also prefer not to step on a textile carpet, a wooden laminate would feel more cozy.

An well run hotel in a perfect location for walking around the walled city centre.

A "no frills " hotel that has all the basics right. Efficient air conditioning, fridge, a safe , hair dryer, easy chair, desk etc. Good Location for walking to all the main sights, cafes, restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. I will be returning.

Only 1 thing - the shower cubicles are small.

Perfect for a short stay.

It's a family owned hotel, cozy, really nice and welcoming staff, decent breakfast, close to the railway station Porta al Seraglio and very close to the old center. Plenty of restaurants around and Chinatown within a walking distance.

It's a rather old building and the lighting needs to be controlled from the reception.

I’ve stayed here before and would happily stay again.

I stayed here happily 5 years ago and was equally happy staying here again. Friendly staff, a comfortable room, great location within Prato, and from Prato it’s easy to visit Florence and other towns in Tuscany. 200 metres to the train station. Plenty of excellent eating options. Excellent value for money.

Very good location with excellent facilities.

Chose not to have breakfast. Large lounge area downstairs with books on local area. Very helpful, friendly staff. Larger than average room - plenty of room for luggage. Good value.

Best Hotel in Prato. immaculate, centro & excellent value

I couldn’t resist booking for another evening. Superb location, a stones throw from the station and everything right in your doorstep. The hotel is extremely clean, rooms are so comfortable and immaculate. Very quiet rooms which is unusual for a central location. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Of all the hotels I have stayed during this Covid period, this one has felt the safest and cleanest. All health checks carried out and hand sanitizer everywhere. I could not speak more highly or recommend more this hotel. Again many thanks for making my stay PERFETTO
