Geweldig aardige gastheer die je een welkom gevoel gaf!

Gezellige, schone kamer met fijn bed en heerlijk terras! Het ontbijt was zeer goed verzorgd door Paolo. Paulo genoot ervan om ons op de hoogte te brengen van goede restaurants en attracties in de omgeving! Een geintje hier en daar maakte de ochtend erg gezellig! Dank Paolo!

Paulo N was exceptionally friendly and helpful in guiding our trip in Bologna. The place was simple but well appointed and quiet.

super, sehr gerne wieder und wird auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen

Das sehr leckere Frühstück konnten wir auf dem Balkon genießen. Ansonsten ist der Aufenthaltsraum und Frühstücksraum sehr geräumig und wohnlich eingerichtet ( wenn's regnet oder zu kalt ist) . Das Zimmer mit separater Dusche perfekt. Da das Haus in einer Seitenstraße liegt sehr ruhig zum Schlafen. Was will man mehr. Mit dem Bus ist man in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum ( sehr günstig vor allem wenn man sich eine 10er karte kauft.) , oder man läuft zu Fuß was auch sehr interessant ist aufgrund der vielen Läden entlang der Straße bis in's Zentrum. Man macht ja Urlaub.

Idealny na dobę w Bolonii

Bardzo dobry kontakt, pokój i taras mega duże, śniadanie smaczne, kawa przepyszna, polecam! Lokalizacja może ciut daleko od centrum Bolonii ale za to tuż obok jest bardzo dobra pizzeria. Na telewizorze mamy Netflixa, więc gdy pogoda nie sprzyja można sobie coś obejrzeć ;)

Bardzo fajny nocleg jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. Pokój czysty i zadbany, wygodne łóżko i klimatyzacja. My mieliśmy pokój z tarasem co dodatkowo daje fajny efekt. Jedzonko bardzo dobre, zadowalający wybór produktów na śniadanie. Wlasciciel bardzo miły, kontaktowy, mówi świetnie po angielsku. Bardzo miła atmosfera pobytu. Zdecydowanie polecam! Blisko noclegu przystanek autobusowy z którego można dojechać do dworca.

Reccomend visting Bologne

It's a 30 minute walk to the Bologne old town, but the rooms where spacious and clean, the breakfasts where perfectly equipped, very autentic and delicious. The hosts where very nice and helpful.

Good choice

We appreciated that we had the chance to check in very late and it was no problem and no additional cost. The ownwr is veey kind and gave us all the necessary information in time. Nice terrace, clean bedroom and bathroom Ktchen area very cozy and the owner peepared a very nice breakfast. Only suggesgion iwould be to the owner to add some vegetables beside all those tasy things. 😊

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring that all our needs were met. One of the highlights for us was the self-check-in option, which we found convenient and hassle-free. It allowed us the flexibility to arrive at our own pace without feeling rushed or dependent on specific timings. The property itself was immaculate and we were pleased to find that the apartment provided all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for the duration of our trip. Additionally, the breakfast served was satisfactory, providing us with enough to start our day. The real treat, however, was the shaded terrace perfectly suited for enjoying our breakfast.

Beautiful B&B love to come back

The room was beautiful, furnished with much love and eye for detail. Beds were comfy and the room had everything needed for a short or longer stay. Breakfast was plenty and nicely arranged on a balcony.

A little gem

A lovely place to stay, very secure and comfortable. Paolo was very helpful and prepared a delicious breakfast. We were very happy with our accommodation in Bologna.

Good location to get into the old town, unfortunate timing when we went with the flash flooding so the neighbourhood wasn’t good for walking. Bedroom was great and comfortable, good size and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and nice place to stay.

The B&B is in a nice neighbourhood and is well connected to the railwaystation as well as the city center. Our room was perfect and sweet. The hosts were just great. We can only recommend it.
