Lovely apartment, relaxing stay.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious, could easily accommodate a family of 5. Very close to shops, tavernas and the beach but at the same time quiet. Lovely mountain view from our balcony. ap

Lovely place

Lovely location with everything nearby. Enough crockery, pots and pans etc to prepare a simple meal. Plenty of space for our family of 5.

Would be helpful to have salt, pepper herbs and olive oil as one doesn't want to have to buy huge amounts for one weeks holiday.

Extremely disappointing - non-existent service

Big apartment. Two bedrooms. Big fridge with freezer compartment. Stove with 4 electric rings. Washing machine.

Very unfriendly, unhelpful and impersonal place. No welcome. No goodbye. Key in the door. Never saw the owners. There was an elderly Greek lady who spoke only Greek. No hospitality whatsoever. Owners claim 5 hours from the guests' time for cleaning. So annoying!!!! Very early checkout at 10 am!!! Check-in depends on their mood it appears. Name of the apartment is not the same as on booking.com. Small terrace in the blaring hot sun all day - except for the evening. No parasol to offer the guest some shade there. Dark and very noisy apartment on the ground floor. When you open windows or doors there is no privacy at all - not even in the toilet - as all the other guests are passing by on all sides. Old furniture. Not very clean. Hard mattresses. Other guests arrived with a booking in the evening and nobody was there to give them a key or help them even though they had informed the owners in time about their arrival time. So we helped in the end, which was not our job but the job of the host who did not care!!!

Apartment + location everything is very close to the sea. The apartment has everything for living.

The building is located near the entrance to the town + near the bridge on which all cars drive, it is very noisy at night. When it's a holiday in the city, get ready for the music to be blaring until 3 or 5 in the morning (that is, you won't get to sleep). There is a hotel nearby, there are a lot of young people who yell until 2 am ...... There is parking, but local Greeks live on the first floor and one has 2a cars and it takes up space very often and you will have to park further along the road and not near hotel .

Okay-ish apartment for asked price, the shower needs to be fixed

Reasonable price, Size of rooms, bottle of welcome wine in the fridge

As many already mentioned the shower is terrible. It is impossible to get a shower without flooding the floor. Then the water stays on the floor for hours. That is why the apartment smells of damp. After I mentioned this issue to the host she acted like she had heard this for the first time. The kitchen is not very well equipped and not particularly clean. Noise. The apartment is located near to the road on the way from ferry to the island. Usually this road is not very busy but it can be sometimes very loud. We had to close the window at nights to not be awaken by lorries and motorcycles. We were so fed up with the water in the shower so we decided and left the apartment a couple of days earlier. For first time in our holidays we had to change the apartment.

Superb

A very beautiful and clean apartment! It has everything you need. You can find the beach, restaurants and supermarkets just down the road (less then 5 minutes to walk), but it is still very quiet at night. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. She answered very quickly to my questions. I also got a bottle of local wine as a welcome present. Kefalonia is a very beautiful island and if you want to stay in Poros, i can only recommend to stay here.

Spacious apartment. Good location.

Musty smell / air everywhere. 8 hours after mopping still wet floor. Bad smell of furniture for sure because of moisture.

great host, great location

super host, met us with keys and showed us around. Explained local shops etc. Welcome wine and water gifts.Great location, so near everything.

After a week of rain prior to our arrival the ground floor flat suffered from damp. After our week of sun the issue was largely resolved though.

Ok quality/price ratio.

The apartment is well equipped and is ok for a family with children or for two couples. The beds are comfortable and the linen was clean. The overall apartment is ok for one week.

Very disturbing, mostly for children, alive spiders and their nets. Also, death mosquitoes on walls and ceiling give a sensation of carelessness that maybe isn't the case. However this was our sensation.

Good

value to money, peacefulness, communication was very good. Space is good. Amenities and kitchen all good.

the apartment is in the ground floor hence humid and some of the funiture is old thus producing smell of rotten wood. if you are taller than 190cm and wide shouldered, the bathroom might be a little claustrophobic.
