not soundproof, no air conditioning whatsoever so it got hot really fast, the bed was torn up and the touch control doesn’t really turn off so it still emits light

Disappointing

As it was my first time staying in a sleep and go capsule I did not know capsules are allocated to guests prior their arrival and I was trying to check-in in one of the vacant ones, with no success. Contacted them and the staff were quick in responding via email and very helpful, offering all the information needed. The location is perfect.

Cleanliness was a total let down. Very disappointed when I entered and saw the bed sheet was not changed after the previous guest, the material was creased, you could tell straight away someone else slept on it before. I also found an orange ear plug, on the bed. I was too tired after a 24h journey and another flight to catch in the morning so I decided to stay and sleep for 4 hours. Unacceptable, especially now during the pandemic.

Clean, easy to check in.

It was very noisy! They need to put a sign outside if the pods to remind people to be quiet in this area. Throughout the night, there were people talking and watching videos outside the pods.

The cabin wasn't too small in my opinion and there was good air circulation, it was easy to open and next to the check in points.

The bed was very uncomfortable, there were no sheets, no blankets, I was cold all night. It was also very noisy till after midnight and in the morning, fortunately I had ear plugs. I was able to sleep, but definitely not to rest myself and I would expect more comfort for the money I've spent.

No pillow...

It can save you when you are in a situation where you need to stay in airport until the next day and you can chill out.

Convenient if you're a heavy sleeper

Size was good, very convenient. Perfect for what I needed.

There was a lot of noise, which I can sleep through but would be hard for most. No covers or anything on the bed, bring a blanket, towel or sleeping bag.

Soundproof my ass

Convenient

Not soundproof, no blankets, no pillow. Bad location of the airport. Very loud and busy. You hear every conversation and every luggage rolling at all hours of the night. Not a pleasant experience.

Perfect for a few hours kip

Located right inside the terminal next door to toilets and a vending machine, for a very early flight the next it’s ideal when you don’t want to break the bank with the on-site hotel

Nothing. Awful.

Too basic for the price. And too noisy. If you pay for that, at least should be in a more quite place without external noise. Too noisy outside the whole night with people talking and shooting (it is located on the entrance of the bathrooms and besides the vending machines)

Cold and noisy

It was clean and easy to access.

It was so cold inside! There was air conditioning without any type of regulation and the cold air was blowing all night, it even got a cold after that night. Also, there is no sheets or even a pillow, and it is not mentioned at any part of the description (for this price that is the price of normal hotel there should be at least normal sheets). Other thing, absolutely no sound isolation! It is close to the bathrooms so all night i could hear the rumours like the fan when drying hands. Also all night i was hearing other people talking, cleaning sound etc. I would not reccomend it to anyone ever.

Disappointing

Location. Nothing more .

Way too overpriced. So uncomfortable like sleeping on the floor. No real pillows so extremely neck breaking. Much too noisy, so sleep impossible. Not sound proof. Never again.

Location (2 mins walk from check in desks)

The strongest point of the capsule is also it's weakest: the location. If the MXP capsule would do same as in Bergamo Airport, to put them inside a quite separate room, it would do us all a favoure. The location is wall-in-wall with a public toilet as well as benches outside which makes it a hotstop for noice. Italians are also perhaps not the must quite ones.. The roof couldn't be opened and nobody came to fix it. Service is not the best. THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO FIND THE CAPSULES. BAD SERVICE.
