很滿意，性價比高，距離鹿特丹中央車站幾分鐘路程，逛街和中國城都是幾分鐘路程，提供免費茶和咖啡等服務，櫃檯也很親切，這次臨時增加一位朋友入住，也很貼心的安排，聯絡屋主都很快回覆，最開心的是安排的樓層剛好就在洗衣房樓層，免費的洗烘，真的太開心了

交通方便，房間寬敞，洗衣免費，房內廚房設施餐具完整，櫃檯大廳舒適還提供免費咖啡和茶，而且茶種類多又高級，客廳和房間都有一台電視。

浴室沒有掛鉤或者吊毛巾的橫桿，這點不是很方便

Estancia en familia maravillosa, como en Casa !

Apartamento precioso, súper bien equipado y muy limpio !

La ducha estaba atascada en la habitación 401, una pena porque éramos 4 y con el primero ya se empezó a salir el agua. Espero puedan solucionarlo ! Gracias.

We had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel staff was very kind. The bed mat was very comfortable.

What was disappointing was that there was no bath. It would have been even better if there was a system to dry bath towels.

Friendly and clean, but expensive

It was clean and basic, but very quiet and the location for me is great as everything is accessible like a cinema, supermarket

I wish they had better dinning facilities, but it is a serviced apartment, I thought the price hike was to high for a basic apartment costing over 1000 euros for 3 nights, much higher than previous weeks.

Poor communication in the case of an emergency

The room was lovely and spacious.

The poor communications from the staff during an alarm going off, staff let themselves into our room with no warning and no apology or explanation during the middle of the night. When we called down to reception, another guest answered the phone!

Great One Bedroom Suite in Excellent Location

Loved the location. Opposite Central Station so you can easily get around by train, metro and tram. The suite was very comfortable, good seating in living area, comfortable bed and pillows. Well equipped kitchen and dining table for two.

The coffee machine in suite was horrible to use. The ‘free’ coffee machine in lobby was out of order (for many different reasons during our stay) and there is nothing open early in the area. The staff varied from very helpful to actually giving us wrong directions. At the very least, they should be able to point you in the proper direction to walk to different sites.

Lacking some useful utensils like a wooden spoon and serving spoon. Burn marks on kitchen floor from previous guest and the coffee machine did not work in the room sadly and just leaked.

The dining chairs were disgusting and stained. They were changed for two odd chairs. The fan in the bathroom did not work and there was mold in the bathroom. The toaster was thick with grease

Excellent stay. Very enjoyable.

This is probably the best location ever. It's at the very heart of the city, with a supermarket nearby and a laughably close metro/train station. Room was clean, comfortable and cozy with a great view. Bed was super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and made our stay even better. I had a problem with my card, and the staff helped me find a suitable payment plan that I was comfortable with. Kitchen was fully stocked. Very cool! After being in Rotterdam for two weeks, with each visit to any place, we really appreciated how close everything was to the hotel.

We booked a room with a single bed but got two beds. Which was a bit upsetting, but we decided to stay with two beds. Our room didn't have enough tools to clean up after ourselves, so we had to use bags we found elsewhere.

Still nice option close to central train station in spite of some secondary flaws

We liked fully equipped kitchen that has necessary utensils and appliances (incl. clean fridge), good Wi-Fi connection and free laundry self-service. Room and bed linen were generally clean, no bad smell. Everything is functional. The property is literally 2 min. afoot from Centraal train station. Noise level from trains and trams is uqite low with closed windows. Otherwise could be an issue for light sleepers. Grocery stores, restaurants, cinemas are within 5-10 min. walking. Perfumed public areas, fancy elevator request system :)

Bulky hard pillows (including the spare ones). Sofa was sort of uncomfy for seating: shallow and slightly tilted outwards. A bit "tired" bath towels. In details room and facilities could be cleaner: from stove and oven, which still look good, to dust on curtains, walls and air conditioner outlet grid. Rather dim ceiling lighting.

An excellent hotel, highly recommended

For a one night only trip to Rotterdam, I chose Premier Suites partly for its location. Being right across the Central Station, ment that I was able to travel to the AMS airport within half an hour, really great. The check-in was smooth and friendly. I booked a standard "One Bedroom Apartment" and was pleasantly surprised by the spacey room, almost rooms, you could say. The bed was super comfortable, pillows too, but some may find them too voluminous and sturdy maybe. Excellent shower with good water pressure. Good lights, were you can create a more dim atmosphere for later in the night.

Actually I can't think of anything that I didn't like about my stay at this hotel. It is not the cheapest option around, I think, but definitely value for money. Hope they keep up the excellent work!
