Très bien à renouveler

Copieux et variés. Par contre, il faut arriver assez tôt pour éviter l’attente d’approvisionnement notamment les viennoiseries.

Voor dit hotel en de keten Bilderberg.. verblijf krap voldoende, ligging echter perfect voor citytrip

De ligging

In bepaalde gedeelten van het hotel was geen lift, en 1 van ons kan moeilijker trappen lopen, en eigenlijk is het ontbreken ervan niet meer van deze tijd, ook het douchen in bad vonden wij ook niet van deze tijd! Wij hadden het gevoel, dat we in het “oude” gedeelte zaten van het hotel, meer in de “kelder “. Dit hotel, tenminste wat wij ervan gezien hebben, is nodig aan een opknapbeurt toe! Het doet gedateerd aan! Wij hadden wat hogere verwachtingen van de hotelketen Bilderberg ( 4 sterren) Ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden bij mijn vrienden/familie. Het krijgt dan ook geen cijfer. Ook het verfwerk en de sponningen van de ramen, zagen er niet uit, ook enkel glas.

Buono peccato per gli extra costi esagerati

Ottima posizione. Ottima colazione. Camera spaziosa anche se non modernissima.

Extra costi molto alti per acqua, parcheggio e soprattutto per la presenza del cane, accettato ma con un costo di 35€.

Matig verblijf.

Niet mogelijk om met de kleine hondjes naar ontbijt te gaan ook niet buiten! Ook zeer duur om de hondjes mee te kunnen nemen. 35 euro per nacht per dier is heel veel geld. Duurder als een hondenhotel met veel minder mogelijkheden. We betaalden 140 euro enkel voor 2 kleine hondjes!

Not worth the price.

The location and staff were nice

Price was too steep for the quality. My room looked nice but the paint was coming loose in some spots. There were some long black hairs on the desk and chair like it hadn’t been cleaned and the entrance from the parking smelled like pee. Overall feels like a hotel that has lost it’s glory. Probably was an amazing stay 10 or so years ago but nowadays it feels dated and can really use some updates.

Excellent - very nice hotel in a great location

Very comfortable and spacious room, with good bathroom facilities. Absolutely fantastic view from the windows. Also offered upgrade packages that felt affordable. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. Well located for visiting various museums and the food market, and especially the library.

De kamers zijn erg ruim maar de hygiëne was toch iets minder (plekken op tapijt, pluk haren in de wc bij aankomst) ‘s nachts was het zeer rumoerig (wel de eerste keer dat ik dit voor heb in dit hotel.)

the room had a lot of humidity and infiltration. the room was very cold, and the heating was not good. You can't increase it because there is a program in the device. the service is terrible, my room phone didn't work, I asked reception twice to check. no one went. impossible to communicate with room service. racist employees at reception. I do not recommend and will not return to this hotel. 🤯

Você não pode aumentá-lo porque existe um programa no dispositivo. o serviço é péssimo, o telefone do meu quarto não funcionou, pedi duas vezes na recepção para verificar. ninguém foi. impossível se comunicar com o serviço de quarto. funcionários racistas na recepção. Não recomendo e não voltarei a este hotel. 🤯🤬

Handy for the Metro

Good central-ish location, right next to nearest metro (Eendrachtsplein, use Museumpark exit). Clean, modern room. (Mine was in an older wing but standard was up to date.) Friendly and efficient reception staff.

Shower screen was off its rail but still functioned. Housekeeping had removed some personal items from the bathroom shelf during my stay. Low value but still an inconvenience. Reported to reception on departure but no offer of compensation received (even a replacement bottle of water would have been appreciated!)

Clean and close to train station.

I have to go up several stairs to reach my room after taking the elevator. It was very difficult to take my luggage up there!

Good location to enjoy Rotterdam - walking distance to the Kunsthall, restaurants and shopping

Very comfortable facilities, ample breakfast, relaxig bar area with fireplace

Exceptional

Staff was very nice and really helpful. Amazing view over the city from executive room. Restaurant was great, gym and saunas as well. Hotel is in the city center, right next to a metro station, providing quick access to any place via public transport. Top notch experience!

Smart TV would be a nice upgrade to the room. We had a challenge to setup TV to display content from USB stick or smartphone (YouTube and local video files).

They put us on an old building and the elevator was small and a lot of stairs and we were hava about 8 luggage even they have a new building with elevator. And the smells of the rooms bad, and we gave them clothes for the laundry before we go in 2 days And they said we forgot about them

The overall experience was excellent.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb.

The rooms did not have much of a view as they were on the ground floor. Lot of TV channels were not available, although they show up in the menu of the TV channels. Due to the unavailability of the BBC One, we missed the Wimbledon final.
