Nice room, but not much more than that.

This property is in a great location, the rooms was decent sized for Italy, but there was not much storage place for clothes and belongings, especially for being two people.

Not sure where to start there. First of all, this is not a hotel and while advertised as a bed and breakfast, there is no breakfast This place like a hotel room in a building that is currently being renovated. There is no front desk to speak of, just a desk outside the rooms, and no staff, other than someone occasionally at that desk, who at the end of the day wasn't super helpful. There are no hotel amenities here at this place, but the room did get cleaned. If you are looking for a nice hotel with amenities and hotels services, move past this place.

A very memorable place. Unique.

Excellent position near the famous Old Bridge of Florence. A historic building which maintains its important features and the roof top views from the ancient Tower in the top. High ceilings throughout.

I would have liked more help with the luggage.

Disappointing

The location

The main door on the floor work just with key, and not with the code. We had to leave our suitcases behind the desk while no one from the staff was there. The parking cost us 30€ and we thought it is free.

great room in wonderful location

excellent location . wonderful room and very good staff support via WhatsApp.

didn’t realise the balcony was shared however still a great view. the coffee machine was handy first thing but to leave just one coffee pod each was a little tight .

Exceptional

The location is incredible - the room was a good size with a comfy bed and a great shower. The shutters and double glazing help keep out the sunlight and any noise m, there is central heating if you visit in winter and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We felt it was excellent value for money.

Nothing to complain about. We would mention if you’re claustrophobic and need to use a lift rather than the stairs this may require a stiff drink before you go up to the rooms.

Wonderful view and location in an old-school stay

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location and view were worth the price.

The facility is quite limited and the elevator is old, but the old elevator actually gave us a special taste and experience after all.

Building entrance Leaky Shower Sheets had to be changed on arrival 1 capsule of coffee for 2 people for 2 days

Great spot in the city! Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Bathroom needs some shelves to be functional.

Location cannot be beat!

The only thing I would change is the bathroom. There is ZERO counter space. You literally have to balance your tooth brush on a 1 inch edging of the modern sink if you want to put anything down. Zero spots to set a make up or toiletry bag. Highly recommend that they add a shelf or something that could be used to set bathroom items. It was very frustrating to have to go back and forth from the room to grab items to get ready.

Excellent location, kind staff let me store my luggage after I had checked out. This reduced stress and gave me time to shop without worry while waiting for my train Honestly I loved this place so much and have nothing bad to say . Definately 10/10. Thank you for making my first solo trip so easy and stress-free.

The floor is a bit cool In the am , I recommend bringing slippers inside.

Incredible location in the heart of historic Florence, within walking distance of the train station

The location is absolutely unbelievable - you are in the centre of the historic district in a safe, comfortable apartment. The staff were wonderful, the apartment was clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed. We will stay here again in the future 100%!

What a location!

Super nice staff, also a super nice and large room. But the best thing is the location, it is simply perfect! The hotel is located in the right in the city centre, and its a very short walk to all the must sees. We will definitely come back!

Internet does not really work well, which was not a problem for us. But this might be something to improve in the future!
