Ubicación y estilo
Que las cobijas olían a pipí y las almohadas y que no había agua caliente. Y que en la regadera se tapaba el agua. No era como en las fotos la habitación

Air conditioning work great, the decour of the rooms are great and the staff is very nice and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great since it is in the heart of the center , and all our activities were walking distance.
You have to first check in and then park your car, in the center it is a bit difficult. The bathtub in the room seemed old and had cigarrete burns ( even though it is forbiden to smoke in the rooms) They sell some chilled wine , cokes and candy , but that is just about it. I asked for ice to keep a bottle chilled but they do not have ice at the hotel.

Very helpful staff.

Great location and amiable staff. After nine months in Mexico we had accumulated a lot of luggage and they were very kind and moved us to a larger room in the first floor thus making it easier for us.
The room needed more light.

Set smack downtown Queretaro, close to everything. Modern look, quiet, helpful staff, well stocked kitchenette. Staff retrieved an item we forgot and we were able to get it back without any issues.
Jacuzzi tub jets were weak.

This property is one of my favorites when I visit Querétaro. It's only steps away from the most scenic areas of the walkable historic center and there are lots of great dining options available.
Their rooftop deck was out of service for a remodel.

Centrally located, spacious room
Outdated, broken terrace, Whirlpool was just poorly working. Hotel needs maintenance.

nothing works in the hotel. one day we were locked outside of the hotel. no one answered phone nor what’s up. :(
It was a very strange hotel. The room is super dark, there is no windows. the front desk is 1 meter away from my room. basically, nothing works in this hotel: starting with the safe box, then no hot water in the shower, then air condition then TV. On the top of everything, the front desk can not speak English at all, so nothing can be fixed. I really did not want to go back to my room during the evening.

Really Lovely little boutique hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are beautifully decorated with decorative lighting.
Within a short walk to the city centre where you'll find many restaurants and attractions.
Rooms are comfortable and each room has air-conditioning. The bathroom is small but has good water pressure in the shower.
Parking is available in a garage nearby but you will need a ticket to show at the entrance which you will get at reception.
In the display cabinets at reception there are interesting artifacts for purchase.
The rooms only have windows opening to the hallway which you cannot really open due to the noise from the street and guests coming and going.
No breakfast facilities available but there are ample opportunities within walking distance.

It's not really a boutique hotel. The room has no atmosphere. Too much light, cheap curtains.

Nice and centred property. easy to get around. it is very nice to have a jacuzzi so close to downtown in the room.
it lacks a couple of important things in the room in my opinion: a table for instance, a mini fridge would also be very convenient for a room that price. I guess I has potential to be a cute little boutique hotel but it is missing in small details (at least in my room upstairs). The courtin in room 7 is horrendous just by changing that you will renovate the room. my room was also very small compared to the pictures.

The construction, the service , the location.
I will probably add a little more light, specially to be able to work in the desk.
There is a lamp but probably a over head lamp would help a lot more.
And last but not least a mini fridge, 99 % of the hotel world wide above 2 stars had mini fridge. We couldn't have a soda, water cool or keep a slice of delicious cake the we purchase cool.

Nice hotel, right in the center, nice staff and the room was spacious and comfortable.
There was no wifi… as a foreigner it is necessary to have a wifi.
