The host was very helpful and also very flexible with the arrival time. It is worth choosing the full day jeep tour, which can be combined with camel riding. The tour also involves rock climbing, dress accordingly. We had a fantastic experience, with authentic Bedouin music playing during the jeep ride, which we really enjoyed. Lunch was prepared by the Bedouins in the middle of the desert and we had a rest here. While enjoying the sunset, the Bedouins offered us locally made tea. After sunset we returned to the tents and had a delicious dinner. Finally, we enjoyed Bedouin tea while looking for shooting stars.

I loved to be surrounded with beautiful landscape of wadi rum
I didn't like the fact I was there only 2 night. I should stay longer.

My experience at the campsite was a dream. Mohammed gave us the experience, we dreamed of. Firstly, entering Jordan from Israel we were stressed about going how it was going to be. Mohammed arranged everything for us. Including a travel agent to help with our visas, drivers and tours. The camp itself was extremely, clean and welcoming. He told us multiple times to make the campsite feel like home and it was our home. The food prepared was delicious. He gave us multiple blankets and told us to let us know if we needed more and our rooms were cleaned in the morning. He took us on an amazing star gazing tour with a fire, and we took photos of the stars. I saw over 20 shooting stars. You could feel how passionate Mohammad was about us enjoying our experience. He was telling us all about the culture and desert and you could feel his passion. There was unlimited bedouin tea for us. I would recommend this campsite to everyone I know and to choose Mohammed for your Bedouin adventure.

Excellent place to experience the beauty of Wadi Rum. Booked the tent two days in advance not really knowing what to expect. But Mohammed send us text with all the necessary information. The tour was amazing and the camp is basic, but that is why it was also so good. In the evening we were treated with the local food made in the dessert (best chicken I have had in a while). There was a cosy campfire with live music played by one of the guides while we were sitting under the most beautiful night sky you'll ever witness.

The tour was brilliant, we stopped at some amazing places and had plenty of time to wander about and drink tea. The camp was clean with good bathroom facilities. There was a tent to sit in and drink tea round a fire. It was a great experience.

location is just stunning. few places in the world with this view as you open the door of your tent. it’s exceptional value for money.
having travelled as a couple, my partner did feel there were a lot of just men around as the only other tourist was one female in another party. I think if the host party considered having the presence of another host female in the camp then it would be more comforting for female tourists. however there maybe cultural reasons I’m not familiar with wrt local women staying in the camps.

Loved the communual bedouin tent with big fire for warm cosy evening with Mohammed & other guests. Endless cups of Arabic tea. Good buffet dinner (extra cost) & breakfast (included), good quantity. Rooms were surprisingly warm & cosy during cold desert nights! Toilet block & showers very clean, plentiful hot water for showers. Staff all very kind & helpful & Mohammed speaks good English. Meet & greet from Wadi Rum village. Host contacted me in advance to arrange pick-up so no hanging around. Would defo return to this camp - very well located with wonderful wadi Rum views. we did an all day jeep tour which was great fun, felt like an explorer! Thank you Mohammed.
Smoking in communial tent.

Great tour, good guide, beautiful location of the camp. Amazing New Year's eve dinner, amazing hospitality. Confortable tent, surprisingly warm once in bed.
Nothing. Electricity is solar based and it was a cloudy day so it ran out early but it was fine.
Remember to bring cash to pay.

The area in the desert was amazing (it was so worth it to get up early for the sunrise), Mohammed and his family will always be available for you and if you are curious enough they will share lot of stories about the life in Wadi Rum. It was a unique experience that I highly recommend it!
Food was great and will discover a lot about the life in the desert.
Tents are big enough and you will even have water, electricity and WiFi if you really need it.

I didn’t know there would be no bed linens

The remoteness and the authenticity of the camp. It was clean and offered us much solitude and much needed silence. The night sky is brilliant. The food was simple but tasty and Mr. Mohammed our host was charming and very helpful along with the other assistants. Would definitely stay there again.
Nothing really. All good.

The food was very good
the jeep tour was too short as were the stages.
some guests screamed and drank for the whole evening, spoiling the desert atmosphere.

Everything from start to finish. From the moment that I made the booking,my host Mohammed went out of his way to make sure that my stay at the camp & my jeep tour were a totally memorable & amazing experience. He even arranged a taxi to get me from Aqaba (& he made sure that it wasn't overpriced, unlike other quotes I'd had)& drove me to get the bus to Petra once I'd stayed overnight at the camp. The desert camp is in a stunning setting & is warm, clean & very comfortable (with onsite shower & toilet facilities).Make sure to have breakfast & dinner there as the food is superb.A fabulous experience with a great host.
I've had to write 'average' for my WiFi review, but that's just because of my phone! Mohammed actually got one of the Bedouins living at the camp,to drive me a few 100metres into the desert so that I could get WiFi..Unbelievably kind of him & very much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble to make sure that his guests had a great time.
There was nothing to not like !
