Wonderful place to escape for a few days.

Perfect location, close to shops and trams. Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and clean.

Couples weekend away from home

Welcoming and inviting place, customer service was absolutely devine. Bed was comfortable, facilities were expeceptional.

The bathroom didn't have a fan, the lights were too dim. With the TV had to keep signing onto your device. Had a buzzing sound in the room. No robes when the website stated there was.

Good location, comfy beds, service could do with a boost though.

Location good for docklands area. beds were comfy and great size. Room was good & spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful most of the time. Breakfast room service was good. View from the room was nice.

Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. We were put in an accessible room which the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable especially with 2 young kids. TV connection wasn’t working properly. Not really good ‘sound proof’ rooms lots of noise going on. Evacuation of the hotel occurred but staff were still casually checking guests in/out, no one provided any information at all when we reached reception, no guidance as what to do etc. dinner room service was cold and small portions. heater/aircon stopped working during the night at some point and the fridge stopped running as well. Parking is really difficult.

Great Location

Very good location for restaurants.

Parking charge ($32) was not as advertised on Booking.com. ($16). The staff honoured the lower fee on presentation of the Booking.com information.

Extremely dissatisfied with the overall service of this location.

The location

- parking is not clear enough, this needs to be worded as off site parking available I was charged $36 overnight not $18. This turned me off the service immediately upon arrival. - Bathrooms were awful, the water damage in the roof is off putting and should Be rectified. The rotting on the doors and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom. - breakfast, I am so extremely disappointed to have paid $35pp for this breakfast. The offerings were limited and not cooked well at all. The staff need a lesson in service, scrapping plates so loud at tables like they are in their own house, they were walking and cutting off guests when servicing the room with no clear leadership on the floor. Very dissatisfied in the overall experience.

Different vibe but enjoyable

Close to trams and the buzz of the harbour.

Didn’t like the view this time. Previously we had a city and harbour view so was expecting that. Instead we looked at a car park and industrial area.

Overall it was still a great stay, and the staff were very friendly.

The comfort of the bed and room. The breakfast was lovely, great start to the day and weekend. The price for the buffet breakfast was worthwhile.

The air-con was on all night, couldn't control it. There was no fans in the bathroom. The room felt claustrophobic no windows or balcony.

Really good and perfect for families

It’s great if you have a family(kids) because they have the interconnected rooms and they have bath tubs if you little ones who have to use a bath

They didn’t vacuum our rooms at all for the three days and we had little ones who made a mess.

There was no parking inside the building and they provide parking in the shopping centre so I have to go to and park car there at night

Would not recommend this place as a 4 star place

Location was okay right near the free tram service

No parking on-site, incorrect information given when checking in almost got a parking fine because I followed hotel instructions. Service was extremely slow - for all matters.

Very modern and comfortable

Staff were very friendly and helpful after we were stranded in Melb from a cancelled flight. Rooms were very modern. Good restaurant and food. Nice quiet bar and also friendly service. Great value for money.

Bath was slippery and forset was sticking out way to far, I can see people slipping and injuring themselves. Otherwise hotel was wonderful.

who not stay here again

not much

the staff as I felt discriminated against as I was not of orientate of the staff or other guest. we were only given our room keys and told the lift was around the corner. when we were checking out a staff member was explaining to another guest about breakfast, the restaurant and other hotel services, then explained what other shops and services were in the area. none of this was explained to us on arrival? I would never stay at this hotel again as the way we were treated was absolutely unacceptable.
