Gorgeous 1 Bedroom Condo Marco Island, FL steps to beautiful beach and JWMarriott Hotel & Spa Resort. Best section of Marco beach where you can parasail, rent watercrafts, watch dolphins. Sunsets are breathtaking!! This unit is located on the 3rd Floor (stairs and elevator access) with laundry facilities on the same floor. The condo is fully equipped and consists of 1 bedroom with brand new 55 inch smart tv (1 TV in Family Room and 1 in Bedroom), new service provider Wi-Fi, pull-out sofa bed, 1 full bathroom with kitchen(both updated with Granite countertops), dining and living room areas. The ground floor area of the condo facility includes a tennis court, swimming pool and BBQ Gas Grill to enjoy at your leisure. Condo and grounds are meticulously maintained. GREAT LOCATION , walk to restaurants, beach, shopping and trendy little movie theatre. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. Everything you need for the beach is located in the front closet (towels, beach cart, cooler, umbrella, chairs!!). This unit is nicely setup for couples!!! Great area to cycle, walk and run!!!

The condo was very clean, the entire building very well cared for and safely secured. It was quiet as well. It is right across from easy beach access but it is a little more of a walk than we realized. If they had bathrooms on the beach it would have been perfect. The beaches here are the deepest we’ve ever been to in Florida. Very nice, probably our favorite. The condo has a beach wagon so you can carry everything you’d need. They have chairs and a cooler for you to use which was very nice. Even ice packs in the freezer to use which was awesome. The pool was nice and heated. The grounds immaculate. Flowers beautiful. Elevator quick and laundry right around the corner with card readers for payment which was great. There was a grill for public use. We played tennis - bring your pickle balls, there are pickle ball paddles in the closet too. Condo was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The balcony was very nice with comfortable seating. Couch was nice and comfortable. Lighting is a little dim. We will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio out front. It was great to have a wagon with chairs, umbrella etc for an easy walk to the beach (right across the street). Looking forward to staying again!!

Very comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants etc.The listing states ocean and beach views however you do have to walk a few hundred yards to see the beach and ocean. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely do it again.

Bill's condo was perfect for my short business trip to Marco island. The event I was attending was at the JW Marriott, easily walkable right across the street. The apartment is clean and spacious with a nice pool and tennis court in the complex as well.

We loved our stay at Bill’s apartment. We were attending an event at the JW Marriott and this place is just a short 5 min walk and extremely accessible. The place itself is homely and comfortable and 5* clean. It’s also well equipped with pretty much everything you could need to self cater should you wish to. Also lots of beach equipment which we didn’t have time to make use of. It’s right across the street from the public access point to the stunning pure white sandy beach. Make sure you enter and exit at the same point as there are hardly any exit points if you are to walk/venture further down the beach as we found out. It really is a gorgeous beach. Bill was also a fantastic host, everything was made very clear and easy for check in and check out and Bill was on hand to answer a couple of questions we had during our stay which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you!

I can’t say enough about the condo, grounds and surrounding beach community. We enjoyed the beach right across the street, and were able to walk to several bars and restaurants in the evenings. From booking to check in & throughout the end my stay, the experience here was terrific. The furnishings were clean, cozy and comfy. The owner was available to guide me & answer any questions which helped to make my vacation, relaxing and enjoyable. I did not want to leave & I can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Bill!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 6 days. It is quiet, cozy, and clean. Appreciated all of the needs and wants for the beach in the closet. The short walk to the beach is perfect parking area was close and great. Bill checked in with us and that was a nice gesture. Would recommend this property and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bill’s property. The location can’t be beat. We walked across the street to the beach every day. The beach chairs/umbrellas etc were a huge bonus! We walked to dinner most nights. Communication with Bill was almost instant. Highly recommend!

Unit was not ready in terms of maintenance when we arrived. There had been no walk through to prevent issues. When contacting the host was attempted, he indicated he was "driving in the backroads" and admitted to not having "great coverage." The television was broken (on a great sports weekend) and the owner relied on us as guests and five neighbors (who were terrific) to trouble shoot and fix the issue. It took until the following day in the afternoon to get everything rectified. We lost essentially two days of a one week vacation dealing with an issue that wasn't ours and believe it is the host's responsibility to ensure things are in working order prior to guest arrival. The owner had no interest in accepting any responsibility for the fiasco.

In Marco, location is key. With limited beach access and parking, if you’re not on the beach or near a beach access, you are walking a distance to get there. I think it’s fair to say that this condo has the best off-beach location in Marco. It is centrally located with a beach access right across the street. There’s a beach bar close by. Amenities are great. It has a lovely pool and tennis court. All necessary beach equipment is provided. The condo is spacious and lovely. The host is very responsive to all questions. It’s a great deal for the money. We would stay here again.

My husband and I have been traveling to Marco for over 25 years. This condo was in a perfect location for beach access and included everything we needed. If you are somebody who is concerned about stairs this place also had a convenient elevator. Easy keyless entry access as well. Our stay was perfect. Communication with the manager was spot on. Although we had everything we needed so we did not need to communicate very much. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Can't beat this properties phenomenal location. Directly across the street from public beach access and all the accessories needed for a day at the beach. We loved the walk ability to top local restaurants and how pedestrian/bike friendly Marco Island is. Definitely would recommend this property for those wanting to be near the ocean and restaurants. Bill is a wonderful and communicative property owner. He assured us (and we can verify) there was no impact to the property from Hurricane Ian. This is true. Our only complaint which is mild in nature is that there's some elements that could use some tlc in the property. A new showerhead (the current one is just okay but not the best pressure), a little pealing paint a top the mirror in the bathroom, and the beach cart (to conventiently haul your stuff to the beach) is definitely well used but again, you can't beat this place for it's location. Would stay again and again, the three above items are quite minor. What this should tell you is how great this place is. People want to stay here and really these couple items just need a refresher. Would definitely recommend this place.

This property was in a great location on the island. We have visited many times and Marco never disappoints. Even after Ian the island was beautiful. This location is in the middle of everything with a beautiful pool. We were nervous about coming because of the destruction Ian caused but the property owner was in constant contact with me and assured me things would be fine and they were. The only thing was the internet but the entire island was without. We just visited the library and did the work we needed and enjoyed the rest of our stay!
