A beautiful B&B close to the centre of Ravello

Very convenient location, clean and spacious room with balcony and lovely view. The property has a remarkable garden which provides fresh produce for the excellent breakfast. Carlo and his family are delightful hosts.

Super nette Gastgeber und alles war perfekt. Zum Frühstück gab es eine Auswahl an eigenen Erzeugnissen, was uns super gefallen hat. Es ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming property in Ravello, and I couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in a world of authenticity and warm hospitality that made my stay truly memorable. One of the standout features of this stay was the genuine feeling of being a part of the local family. The property has a rich history and a compelling story behind it, which adds a unique layer of charm to your visit. This personal touch made my stay feel like more than just accommodation; it felt like a genuine connection to the heart of Ravello. The mornings were a true highlight, thanks to the delightful breakfasts prepared with love. The use of fresh, local products from the garden added a burst of flavor to each meal. I can't recommend the orange jam enough—it's a must-try! Additionally, being able to savor the family wine made right on the property, from grapes grown in their own vineyard, was a delightful experience that added to the overall authenticity of my stay. The host was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Their assistance with my luggage, although not strictly necessary, was a kind gesture that exemplified their commitment to guest comfort. Communication with the host was consistently excellent and polite, ensuring that every need or query was addressed promptly. In summary, my stay at this local family property in Ravello was an absolute delight. Thoroughly enjoyable stay in Ravello at Rosa e Valentino, now one of my favourite ever places to visit, stunning beauty

Amazing views from the room balcony, breakfast outside again with amazing views, the continental breakfast itself, lots of choice of fresh mostly home grown produce. owner and family made us feel very welcome. Spotlessly clean. location just off main square.

this was the most AMAZING find of our holiday. beautiful location, attentive family for hosts. Very central to the town square and therefore most of the shops and restaurants. The gardens are beautiful and tended to with much love. I wish we could have stayed there longer. Thank you Nonno, Carlo and Anna Maria xxxx

The perfect getaway.

The property is situated in the heart of Ravello and is surrounded by natural landscapes. Until you reach the location, its like you are walking through the paths of a beautiful garden, which is cultivated by the family owning the property. This place is so serene that just by looking or staying on the terrace/balcony, relaxation just flows through your body. It is too important not to mention the Owner of this property, Carlo, gentle, helpful and so kind and you can feel that this place is truly their gem.

You cant complain here. Its too beautiful not to like.

A special location and a warm and welcoming family who care about what they do

This is a modern B&B in a traditional home. Carlo, his mother and grandfather have created a really charming home with a stunning garden and view. The breakfast Carlo prepares is great, full of produce from the garden. The terrace is welcoming, the beds are comfortable and the Wifi is good. All in all, we cannot fault this B&B. Ravello is smart and charming, a total gem. It was so much better than being on the coast with the crowds.

Absolutely nothing to do with the B&B but currently you have to pretty much drive to and from Ravello - and indeed every day if you want to go somewhere. The road was damaged in a tragic bus accident earlier in 2023 and wasn't fixed when we stayed there. This meant that the regular buses could not run, leaving a very infrequent minibus service which was invariably full. We used it one day and literally only just managed to get home on the last bus. Drive, be prepared to spend a lot on taxis or check out if the SITA Sud busses are running again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short trip to Ravello and would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting!

The property was in a great central location in Ravello and only a short distance from the main square, with easy access to restaurants and shops. We loved our balcony which overlooked the mountains and farmland. Our host was extremely welcoming and friendly throughout our stay and provided a fantastic continental breakfast, which included home-made jam and tomatoes!

This trip was for our daughters wedding and staying at this property just topped off a perfect visit to Ravello.

the property was very clean, spacious and in an excellent location. The setting was idyllic with a beautiful terrace and garden for breakfast which was also first class.. The host Carlo and his lovely family made our stay perfect. Carlo in particular is an absolute gentleman and excellent host.

There was nothing to not like about this gorgeous property if we were to return to Ravello we would definitely stay here.

Best location for privacy and beauty in Ravello

Small private B&B, working farm with beautiful gardens. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace , surrounded by all the plants. Nice room with a really sweet private porch out back.

It suited us for family gathering we attended.

The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Some of the items were produced by the owners which is a nice touch. Carlo and his family were welcoming and helpful.

this B&B is charming, host was very nice but not for people who have trouble walking

it is on top of a working farm and you really felt inside everyday Italy

It was below the town. many many steps to climb. Coming home in dark was tricky because I am 77 and halfway down there is no banister to hold onto

Exceptional

This place is really spectacular if you value peace and quietness, fresh and tasty breakfast (partially made from their own homegrown tomatoes, olives and homemade salami) on a terrace with an amazing view over the valley. And of course really kind people as hosts. Carlo and his family have really put a lot of effort into making this place what it is - a gem in the heart of magical town of Ravello. It's also really cool that they share the story and history of this place with their guests. Makes you feel really welcome.

Smelly drain situation made our stay unpleasant

The view from our room is nice. I’m used to sleep on hard bed so the bed is comfortable for me. Most of the dishes they prepared for breakfast are homemade.

Bad smell from the drain the bathroom all the time during our stay and we told the owner of the property about it and he just simply told us to let the water running a bit. We took a shower but it didn’t work so we had to sleep in a really smelly room and nobody showed up to solve the problem. Be aware that you have to walk a lot of stairs to reach the place with your luggages.

Carlo and his family were there for anything we needed like transportation.

Breakfast was fresh baked croissants, bread, fresh jellies and jams, fresh fruit , yogurt, juice, meat, cheese, tomato salad, cereal and coffee/tea.

There are a lot of steps, 53 to be exact! The view of surrounding countryside is spectacular though.

Exceptional stay!

Beautiful property with amazing views! The location was perfect too - easy to reach and only 3 min walk from the town centre. The host is very friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast - it was mainly homemade products and ingredients grown in their garden! Villa Rosa e Valentino made our stay in Ravello perfect, would love to come back! 😊
