About this cottage rental

Adorable cottage with beach decor, equipped with all of the needs for a very comfortable and delightful vacation. St Joe Bay is within walking distance and the beach is a short 7 mile drive. All beaches in Gulf County are pet friendly. Wonderful restaurants and shopping in Port Saint Joe, Apalachicola, Mexico Beach and Panama City Beach! Loads to do and see! Explore the history of The Forgotten Coast and bathe in the sun and blue ocean water. It's such an adorable and relaxing atmosphere! Chaise lounges that you can use at the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, toaster, coffee maker, tea pot, dishes, pots and pans to cook inside if desired or gas grill outdoors, full size fridge, (you can shop at the local seafood market and Piggly Wiggly for groceries if desired), paper goods, dish and hand soaps supplied, TV for DVD use and an array of books to read while visiting. All the comforts of home. All you need to bring is your toiletries, flip flops, sunglasses and swimwear, (maybe a few outfits).
Sleeps 4 comfortably or 2 adults and 3 children possibly depending on ages. Makes two Queens when you pull out couch.

Great place to stay with our 2 Labs while checking out the entire area. Close enough to downtown and the bay. Our dogs loved running in the shallow water in the bay as well as shopping downtown. Would recommend to anyone looking for a laid back vibe.

We enjoyed our stay. My main concern is cleanliness and this property was very clean. The only issue we had was it was dark when we arrived and finding the lane to the cottage. That was no big deal and we are already planning a trip back and bringing friends to stay in the other cottages.

My wife and I were in Port St. Joe for a wedding. Although we didn't spend a whole lot of time at the cottage, it was the perfect quiet place to get some rest after the festivities. I definitely recommend.

Nice place. Clean. Outside area is flexible space to make your own. Robin is wonderful and kind. Too far from town center to walk and see the shops. Very difficult to find in the dark so arrive during daylight hours. Not a fan of back ally parking but the place is quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay off the beaten path. Very quiet neighborhood, yet close to shopping, restaurants, marina, and short drive to great beaches. Kathy and Mike are always very accommodating and great hosts!

Great place - adoravble cabin. Very clean and peaceful setting. The only negative was large dog at beginning of alley that barked and lunged at vehicle.Fence is bent where dog lunges and dog was also tethered. This is out of property owner’s control.

The cottage is pretty small and took some getting used to even with only 2 of us… can’t imagine trying to have 4 people staying here. Had some difficulty with the air conditioning/heating but the owner was quick to respond and the problem was fixed. The place was not really a good place to cook but we made do

We had some trouble finding the driveway but overall our stay with our good friends was perfect! Being there were 2 cabins and the firepit between made it great for us. We cooked meals together and ate by the firepit! We had a wonderful time!!

Kathy and Mike thought of everything one would need to feel at home in their wonderful cottage. Extra blankets and pillows, extra towels (bath, beach, and kitchen), plenty of coffee and creamers, beach chairs - everything! And the beach chairs got plenty of use as the beaches were amazing. We went to Salinas, Dr. Julian G Bruce State Park on St George’s, William J Rish Park, and our favorite - TH Stone Memorial St Joseph Peninsula State Park on San Blas. We had a perfect visit!

A cute little cottage, perfect for my husband, me , and our dog, Roscoe. We loved being in Port St Joe… close to the beach, bay, restaurants, golf, and Pickleball. Not set up for any major cooking, but we were able to make breakfast and sandwiches to pack for the beach. Other than that… this cabin has everything you need for a short getaway! We enjoyed the outdoor patio and fire pit and met some great folks staying in one of the other cottages.

The property was very well kept House was clean!! And smelled clean. But the pull out couch (futon) was horrible! It was very hard and uncomfortable to sit on let alone sleep on. And an Oven would have been a plus!!

This property was neat and clean. Charming decor. The bed was very comfortable. Nice property had common patio area with plenty of seating,fire pit .Lovely plants and trees.Well lit with Edison lights.Close to downtown St.Joe and not too far from Cape San Blas and Appalachicola.

Me and my wife visited port st. Joe on a whim and enjoyed our stay. The cottage was more then we could have asked for and was located just right for going to the beach for the day and shopping downtown. We will be back again soon!!

I brought my mom for her 86th birthday and my 4 year old granddaughter came with us. This is the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. I would recommend to anyone and will be coming back with my husband. This was a great experience, communication with owner was excellent! Thank you for sharing your adorable cottage!

We had a great experience with this quaint and clean little cottage. The hosts, Kathy and Mike were awesome to work with. They made sure our stay was comfortable. The location was perfect for us. We used this cottage as our base while we traveled around the beautiful natural and historic area. We realized we don't need material things such as huge homes, material things to be happy and joyful. The cottage was a pleasant retreat. We stayed for three weeks. In that time, we made long-lasting friends with our cottage neighbors. We are so grateful for Kathy and Mike. The cottage was perfect for two adults and our pet, Rudy. Port St Joe is a diamond in the rough. The people are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely return in the near future. Our time here at the cottage and PSJ was beyond our expectations. The only disappointment is that our stay had to come to an end. Thank you to PSJ, Kathy and Mike, and Robin.
