Beautiful, clean spacious room with full beach view and access.
As it’s not an overly touristy area there was only a few restaurants but the ones that were near were great and the hotel food was lovely.

The view is amazing, the rooms are very clean and spacious, WiFi was everywhere in the hotel available, the guys were at the reception were friendly and also helped me a lot to find a shop where I could buy heets for IQOS.
The wooden sunbeds at the beach are partially broken as well the plastic sunbeds on the lawn. At breakfast it would be nice to get the tea or coffee before the food (just saying, without fingerpointing ;)).

Beautiful view. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. It was a great location as it was a quite part of the beach 10 minutes from mirrisa then also a 10 mintue walk to the busier strip. It was nice to stay at the beach where there were not as many people.

They were very helpful booking whale watching and the food was good.
It was way too loud. Between the dogs and the extremely loud doors always slamming, I got very little sleep.

We got a free upgrade to a bigger room, the view was lovely. The location of the property was great, just at the beach. The rooms were clean.
They didnt have fuel for a generator, we had power cuts were we sat in the dark for hours. You could see some rooms had light, ours didnt. We had a breakfast buffet included in our stay- but the staff said they didnt have enough people in the hotel so they werent going to have buffet for breakfast, so they just served us a plate of fruits, eggs and toast with coffee. For the money we paid for this hotel- we should have had a breakfast buffet. Also, we asked if they had a particular wine - they said they had a bottle but would only open it if another bottle (completely different type of wine) gets over, otherwise they wont open it. They kept giving us the bill even before we finished our drink or food. Also the dining area- had way to many flies to be able to eat food in peace.

Nothing really
Very poor breakfast, no internet, no water pressure for shower, loud voices from upper room where was family with children, no way to sleep before upper neigbours. Room is big but even no chair to sit. Just empty space.

The photos of the partial sea view room and the pool are out of date.

Quiet area with empty beach
Very nice pool and spacious room
There was a bit of construction made in the cafe, bacause of which you cannot enjoy time near the pool fully (but seems like it will be done soon)

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable.
I believe the rooms were overpriced as well as the meals. I was expecting a good service from the staff and I was very disappointed with the staff at the reception. I asked them to organise a taxi to go to Marriott hotel, but they couldn’t do it. One guy asked me to wait for 15 minutes and the other said no taxis. Conflicting answers.

The room was nice and clean. The bed had a proper blanket and the shower was very nice too. Easy beach access and friendly staff who helped us arrange a transfer back to Colombo.
The breakfast was disappointing and the wifi was quite weak at times.

only the Beach front location.
the overall facilities were not satisfactory. The front desk were not Co operative. the Breakfast was worst had in my experience of travel. They charged an exorbitant sum of 40k LKR for one night stay and the least they could do was provide a decent meal!!! worst ppl they didn’t even apologise when I complained.

I liked the food and the views from the hotel.
For me the customer service was the biggest issue here. I mean as a female solo traveller it was too much how pushy they were all the time almost following in the main lobby and in hotel restaurant trying to sell something. It got to even that point that the hotel manager asked me "why I havent whatsupped to him". That feels so pressuring and make me feel unease. They should study more western culture what is the difference between proactive customer service and what is harrashment almost.

Very nice, luxurious and clean.

Nice hotel close to amazing surfing spots. The beach is much better than in most places at Weligama (if u r not surfing)
Too touristic place (lots of people, noise etc.)

The view was beautiful
We spent more time out the hotel, so not much to review on facilities, but the pool looked good.
We struggled in this hotel with language barrier
Check in was also very awkward, they wanted us to pay before hand and give our Passports.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, again trying to communicate was difficult. They don't have a breakfast menu to look at so they ask you everything. And everyone gets confused.
Fruit juice, cereals and yoghurt to be on serving tables to we can access to it ourselves
They didn't know what honey was. I kept getting maple syrup
Didn't get asked how our stay was when checking out
Also the bed made such a noise when sitting or turning over
