Perfect location, warm welcome and very comfortable apartment

I was greeted so warmly and given a map and some tips on the historical city centre of Porto. The apartment was spotless, well designed and very roomy. Loved the shower, and big window. The kitchen had everything I could possibly need. Could walk everywhere very easily

It was quite noisy in the day time with building work and noise from the other apartments and stair well but wasn’t too bad considering you are in such a central location

Super clean apartment equipped with all you can need. Very quiet even though it's in the heart of the city. Friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back :0

Towel racks would be useful in the bathroom. Also some hangers in the hall on the wall - for jackets etc.

Ottimo soggiorno a Porto

Cordialità e super professionalità dii Barbara che ci ha accompagnato fin da prima dell'inizio con informazioni puntuali e poi durante il soggiorno. L'appartamento è in pieno centro a tre passi dalla cattedrale e dalla metropolitana. Tutto super pulito e sicuro, l'appartamento (Cha05) era al primo piano, ampio bagno e stanza.

Excellent location, spacious and clean!

The apartment was a great size with lots of space. Perfect location to all the sites and close to the train station. It was super easy to access the building and everything was very clean. The staff were super friendly and really appreciated the overview of the city and tips of where to go. It was so helpful! Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family

The property was so spacious and clean, and had such a beautiful view!

The property was in an amazing location in that it was only a 5 minute walk to the centre of the city, however, the actual street it was on was a little bit scary at night being female as there were lots of homeless men standing around.

Fabulous apartment, wonderful staff.

Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of Porto. It’s so clean and perfect and had a lovely little balcony to sit out on. It was my husband’s birthday and Barbara had left a lovely little note wishing him a happy birthday and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge. She was so kind and warm and helpful. Our stay was literally perfect and we will most definitely be back. Thank you.

Really compact apartament! Kitchen corner + tiny sofa + double bed + bathroom on nearly 28sq.m. Great central location: close to Duero river and beautiful Luis I bridge, couple local bakeries to go around for a morning coffee and pastry, as well as evening dinner. You can always decide if go straight central or turn aside in less crowded part of the city. Kitchen equiped to stay for longer (plates, cuttlery, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine etc) Great contact with hosting staff (thank you) , nice welcoming bottle of water. Really nice people in touch with you.

I was terrified about the backstreet where windows were heading (addicts hotspot), so unpleasant to open windows because of disturbing noises and urine smell... no chance to sleep calmly with windows open. Unfortunately I cannot say I would book again if I were knew I would stay in the same room with the same view. Sorry

No lift to apartments on higher floors..might be a problem for some travellers but very typical in Porto . Turned out fine for us

Barbara was so nice and helpful. It was nice having the office just across the street. And she gave us lots of good recommendations. Really enjoyed some of the restaurants she recommended. The room was very comfortable and was able to make nice breakfasts in the morning, which was great! We were very conveniently located. Able to pretty much walk everywhere we wanted to go.

The only complaint would be no elevator since we were on the 3rd floor. But we managed, and it was good exercise!

A cosy apartment in the center of all city attractions

Perfect location close to the center of the town and to all attractions. Spacy and clean room. Friendly and responsive host. Silent room despite of the window opens to the touristic street. Highly recommended to those who like to live close to all sightseeings.

Proximity to Station and Cathedral and many sights and facilities. Every convenience in the accommodation except some tissues would have been helpful Breakfast was enough for lunch as well.

Excellent, good value for money

The apartment was super cozy and pretty quiet. The location is great, it takes few minutes to reach Ponte Luis I or Ribeira. Barbara from the reception was super helpful with her tips and very kind person.

Good location, very clean and thought out apartments with everything you need for living there. Hosts are super friendly.

Floors could be cold, get your warm socks or slippers. But that's applicable to almost any apartment in Portugal

Spacious , quiet, great location , clean, staff really helpful everything was perfect

Our only issue was I thought when I booked we were on the ground floor we were on the 3rd no lift and very heavy cases ! Also thought we had booked double bed and it was 2 twins together

Brilliant stay for a solo traveller

Check In was easy, Bárbara at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She gave me so many recommendations and I did the majority of them. Without her recommendations I would have not done as much, so thank you Bárbara! The room was very comfortable - perfect for a solo traveller - and the location was great.
