Lovely apartment, great location within Bellagio, only a short walk into town and to other beauty spots. Great accessibility, parking space and a securely gated. Very picturesque surroundings. Would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay in this wonderful apartment was far too short, we hope to return very soon. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples! From the time I began looking for a place to stay through our checkout, the process has been smooth and communication was excellent. Matteo handled our check in and made sure we knew where everything was located. The apartment was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.
The location was the best! We had a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. The walk to the town was a mere 5 minutes (use the back gate). And we did have a parking space!

We had a fantastic stay in Bellagio! Our stay could not have been better. The view was to die for. We spent time on the balcony sipping coffee and just soaking in the view. The apartment was spacious and well appointed and had everything we would need to cook(we didn’t but it compares favourably to places we have stayed elsewhere.) The bedrooms were cool and quiet and we slept well.
It was just a short walk to the town center where there was shopping and restaurants. We took the ferry from Bellagio and explored the area. We would definitely stay here again if we return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Another relaxing stay at Ca' Maria. Exactly as pictured, view to die for, perfect for two couples. Carlo even arranged an early check-in for us, as our flight from U.S. arrived 7:30 a.m. in Milan, and we were tired! Highly recommend.

Four of us (two couples) traveled to Bellagio from the USA. Carlo and Carla provided excellent communication and services beyond our expectations. They provided us helpful information that helped us navigate the travel from Malpensa Airport to Bellagio. The apartment is perfect for two couples. Each couple has a private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with anything you may need. The views of Lake Como are breathtaking. A short walk to the center of town and access to the ferries, restaurants and shopping, a grocery store is just a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful when selecting fresh meats and cheeses. The restaurants in Bellagio were EXCELLENT (Carlo’s recommendations). We sailed with Bellagio Sailing (owned by Carlo). Carlo was our skipper. He took us to the Northern part of Lake Como. It was absolutely amazing. Carlo supplied us with delicious local wines/Prosecco/Beer/Non-alcoholic beverages. Cristina was our check-in manager and available during our entire stay. One of the deck chairs broke on our arrival day. Within a hour we had a new chair delivered to our door. We absolutely plan to return. It was truly a magical vacation and one we will never forget. We truly enjoyed staying in this place. It was 4 of us and we were very comfortable. The view of Lake Como, from the balcony, was excellent. It is very close to center of town to go to eat or catch the ferry to other lake towns.
Carla and Christina were exceptional in accommodating us as we had to deal with cancelled/modified flights from the USA. Highly recommend it!

We have traveled for many years and specifically most of Italy. This was our first time in the northern lake region. It was MAGICAL! This property has every comfort necessary and an AMAZING balcony view of the lake. Our introduction to the property was great, restaurant recommendations helpful and the location was tucked nicely away from the busy city center. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy and linens clean and soft.
This home is located behind a gate and is very secure. As parking is an issue in town we walked each day to and from town. Get ready to get your 10K steps in. One night we called it quits and had a taxi ferry us home from La Punta restaurant. Best money I ever spent.
This property was beautiful and we enjoyed our time in Bellagio. Ferries were easy to navigate and the town center and side streets well worth the amount of steps.

This was a cute and modernized apartment with a great view of the lake from the little terrace.
Be warned however that it is quite a hike from the ferry dock and the restaurants of Lower Bellagio. We’re senior citizens and the walk up all the steps was very tiring. Probably fine for younger, more energetic people!

This property was fantastic! The owner was very responsive and helpful in planning our time in Bellagio. The apartment had everything we needed and the view is just amazing. It is about a 15 minute walk to the center of Bellagio and you can go left or right when you leave the apartment which was good to go different ways depending on where you are going. I would highly recommend the apartment!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this apartment. We were met by Cristina who was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Great sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen for what we needed. We spent many hours on the balcony soaking up the view. It is just a short stroll into the centre of the city. We also organised a 2 hour sailing experience with Bellagio Sailing which is a must do. From start to finish this was a very memorable stay for us. Carlo is a very pleasant and responsive host and I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

An overall exceptional experience with excellent communication with Carlo and the property manager throughout the process. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and the outdoor terrace offered a spectacular view of Lake Como. Bellagio is charming and offers awesome dining and shopping experiences. Wish we could have stayed longer!
We also highly recommend a boat trip with Carlo's Bellagio Sailing company. We sailed on 41' Stai Serena with boat captain Michele. He is a skilled sailor with a very pleasant and warm personality. It was a wonderful and relaxing way to see Lake Como.

I lovely modern two bedroom apartment with an exquisite view of Lake Como. We enjoyed eating dinner on the terrace overlooking the magnificent lake. It is a 20 minute walk into the town of Bellaggio; be prepared for
an uphill climb back to the apartment. The apartment feels very secure and we enjoyed a comfortable stay here. It is an excellent spot for exploring Bellaggio and the neighboring towns.

Properly great. Location great. Comfortable beds, fantastic view, kitchen amenities perfect. Owner and representatives went out of their way. I had an ankle injury before my trip. The team who assisted from check in to travel from the pier to our sailing day with Bellagio sailing all considered how to help me best. I would totally stay here again. Had a great sailing day. Thank you Carlo, Carla, Andrea, Michael, and Christina. We had a wonderful trip.

Our family of 3 adults stayed for 3 nights and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. There is free parking on site and a small balcony which gets the morning sun. The apartment has a washer/dryer, drip coffee maker and toaster which was not necessarily standard in other apartments we stayed in. There are 3 keys required to get into the gated yard and apartment which are a bit of a challenge and could be improved with color coding. Bellagio is beautiful! If you are driving be aware that the mountain road is narrow and windy. The owner was very responsive and I do recommend staying at this apartment!

My husband and I were beyond happy with our experience staying at Carlo’s apartment. The location was perfect and view of the mountains and lake Como from the balcony were amazing. We were also impressed by the host; he was super helpful and friendly throughout the entire process and was easy to get in contact with. I definitely recommend it for anyone staying in Bellagio.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfortable and the city center was only a fifteen minute walk from the apartment. Lots of options for dining and activities. My favorite was sitting on the porch enjoying lunch/sandwiches from the local market and a bottle of Prosecco the host provided for lunch.

We were two couples staying at the property and found it to be adequately spacious and well appointed, with a lovely view of the lake. It is walking distance to the ferry/town, as well as to a wonderful local market with a great deli and fish department. We prepared breakfasts as well as a full dinner for ourselves and found everything we needed to prepare our meals. The owner and contact person were both very helpful and responsive every step of the way. All in all, we found this property to be a great home base from which to explore the Lake Como area. Highly recommend!

The manager had good contract with us before we got there. We had issues driving in and Marzia waited in the cold and rain for us.
The apartment was excellent and as advertised on all levels with one exception - the bathrooms are small. I would say they are standard for European accommodation, but everything else in this property is way above normal size and quality.
I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The property was wonderful. Very clean and well appointed. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the lower part of Bellagio. Decent stroll but not too bad. Apartment was quiet and behind gates and had a dedicated parking spot if you rent a car as we did. There is a wonderful view from the balcony and we put that to good use with dinners and drinks while watching the lights of the towns across the lake. I would absolutely consider this property if I were to visit Bellagio again.

We ended a 1 month trip with 4 nites in Bellagio. Excellent location gave us plenty of options to ferry to other towns, walk around Bellagio or play on the lake. Carlo and Marzia made check in and any communication a breeze . The East view from the apartment was spectacular and the kitchen was well out- fitted. We had great meals in and lots to choose from in town. All walking distances albeit an uphill walk home. Parking space was key. Loved everything. Thank you Carlo and Marzia!!

We found the location to be ideal. It was no more than a 10 minute walk into the village of Belliago and the ferry terminals. Everything was as described in the listing, there are 2 supermarkets a short walk away. Plenty of great places to have lunch or dinner. I am looking forward to returning next fall and will book this listing again.

This place is fabulous! The location is amazing and the views are incredible (we sat and watched a lightning storm over Lake Como from the balcony!!). Carlo is a wonderful host. The apartment has everything you need and there are tons of restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. I do recommend a car! I can’t imagine arriving from the ferry with luggage (etc). We rented a car and the on-site parking was great. We also hired Carlo for a boat tour around the lake. It was a huge highlight of our trip and I recommend it!

Beautiful, spacious apartment on the outside of town.
We loved this apartment. Air conditioning is a must during the summer and the units in the bedrooms worked well and were sufficient. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has a washer and dryer (combined in one machine) which is rare around here. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. We loved our boat tour with Carlo in his speedboat! There was a scheduling conflict which was a bit of a stress but Carla and Carlo worked hard to arrange a new time for us and gave us a discount to compensate for the mistake. The proximity to the little village where their boat harbor is and to Bellagio town is good. A bit of a hilly walk which we liked except in the heat. Overall, we would recommend this property!

It's all about the view!
Hard to stop gazing at the amazing vista of lake and mountains. Pretty easy walk into town, and places nearby for pizza and dinner. One suggestion: a brochure of some type listing sights in Bellagio and maybe a street map. Only complaint was the terrible lighting in the bathrooms.
