Sehr entspannt,und das Personal Superklasse

Das Frühstück war lecker,die Angestellten sehr zuvorkommend und die Dachterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein .Sellten solchen Service bekommen.Da können wenige 5 Sterne Hotels mithalten

Die Managerin,nach 5 mal Aufforderung wurde endlich mal der Kühlschrank auf der Terrasse aufgefüllt.War natürlich am Tag der Abreise. Entscheidend aber ist wie die Managerin mit den Mitarbeitern umgeht.Absolut unprofessionell

Okay for an overnight stay.

Location was convenient as we were only staying overnight to get a boat to Bohol the following day.

We stayed off site in the additional building which was effectively a house with two separate rooms upstairs. Building and rooms were aged and in need of a clean and freshening up. There was a large cockroach in our room also.

Despite the house not reflecting the photographs and description, the team was great and so helpful!

The team was so kind and helpful! They made a mistake when we reserved the room and gave us the wrong one. They fixed it and used their own motorbikes to get us there (so it was a little adventure when we got there!). They also made sure to book us a taxi (tricycle) ride to the Whale Shark Watching area for 4:30 AM. We got there on time and saw the sharks (which was a great experience!). The driver stayed with us the whole time, made sure we got the tickets, were in the right lines, got us a GoPro, and kept coordinating with the people there to make sure we got in the water on time, had all the equipment, and have a great time. He took us there and got us back to the inn as well. The breakfast was also good! Eggs and sausages with coffee and the kitchen team (waitresses and cook were adorable!). So despite the amenities lows, the stay was cozy and fun because of the team!

There are two locations (one official inn and one external house where we were sent to). It wasn't clear when booking the house so we got to the official address and they gave us the wrong room. We had to tell them that it wasn't the one booked and they fixed it and sent us to the external house. The toilets were not comfortable at all. The water pressure was too low and slow to refill. The hot water was not active, and the sink was also slow to opperate. The overall house was not reflective of the description and the photos.

Jedine poloha a raňajky boli dobré.

Po našom príchode izby nepripravené, že oni ani o nás nevedia, že Booking im nezaslal peniaze, pričom sme to mali vopred všetko tri týždne vopred vyplatené!!! zamestnankyne miesto toho aby chystali izby, našli sme ich sedieť s mobilmi v ruke. Napokon sme dostali izby na prízemí v úbohom stave s nefungujúcou klimatizáciou, nefunkčnou sprchou a inými nedostatkami. Nič čo bolo opisované na Bookingu tam nebolo. Po slušnej reklamácii u recepčnej sme neuspeli, že nemajú voľné izby a oni nas nečakali. Žiadali sme hned hovoriť s majiteľkou a po tom telefonáte boli hneď voľné izby na poschodí a samozrejme aj s ofučanou recepčnou, ktorá nás do konca pobytu ignorovala , nehovoriac ako hodila kľúčmi, co som jej dala pri výmene izieb! Upratovane počas 4. dní nebolo ani raz !

Good spot to explore oslob and catch the ferry!

Neat place to stay, Oslob is small! Our room was good, nothing fancy. They do a great breakfast included!

Luna has the perfect spot as it is in the heart of Oslob. The facilities were spotless. The location is perfect. The rooms were tidy & clean. Theres parking spots right up front. And even with their affordable price, it comes with breakfast.

Great stay!

Staff were very kind. We checked out, our boat was rescheduled and they let us have our room back until 12pm. Supported with good price for tours. Room was comfortable.

Bathroom is very small, shower is right on top of toilet and drain is at the other side. Impossible to use the shower without getting the whole bathroom covered in water.

Great place to stay.

Everything was fantastic, good cooking facilities and great breakfast each morning plus a very competitive priced scooter rental. Having a hot shower was also very cool.

One of the ladies working there comes across as very rude and doesn't really know what's going on. The rest of them were brilliant though which made up for it.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . You can find food stores and 7/11 near there. It was a walking distance to other restaurants as well. The staff was accommodating, too. Kudos to Kuya Loloy for taking me back and forth to my two destinations: Tumalog Falls and Sumilon. It definitely exceeded my expectations because it was my first solo trip, and I had a great experience. It was actually my second time staying in this hotel and they never failed to amaze me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and people I know.

The staff was nice and provided instant support.

The room didn’t really look like on the pictures. The bathroom then was not satisfactory, had the impression that it has no been cleaned for a while and the faucet seemed to be falling off soon. Furthermore, in less than 24h there was no water (faucet & shower). But staff strived to solve the problem as fast as possible which was positive.

The AC worked well and the wifi was really fast. We liked having the living room area/kitchen area/common spaces to relax in, but there was no AC in the common spaces so it could get pretty hot. The location of the extension was about 5 minutes walk from the main Luna Oslob Travellers Inn. It was a close walk to find mini marts and some food in the area. The beds were comfortable and towels were provided.

There was only 2 shared bathrooms (one was outside the building) for 4 or 5 rooms of people. When a big party came through, it became a long wait for the restrooms and they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper so it was constantly out. The next door neighbour also keeps roosters that are extremely loud, they would crow all day and all night so it was pretty annoying.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable for 10 days. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Oslob.

communication through bookings and management is a bit chaotic and frustrating as but positive communication has a lot of benefits and positive communication builds stronger connections among team members.

Good stay and helpful staff

close to the main road with 7 eleven and restaurants. the staff were so helpful with sorting out our whale shark experience and also a trip to sumilion island. They also booked our boat to Bohol for us aswell so was very helpful.

Very noisy with dogs outside that bark all night long but that’s not really the hotels fault. If you are on the top floor where the kitchen/eating area is, it gets noisy around 7am with people having breakfast etc so if you want a lay in then you can’t.

The facilities are clean. The room is decent and clean and the bed is comfortable. The room is not very spacious but we were able to manage. The bathroom is okay. We stayed for just one night

They have tried to bring us to the extension building of the hostel, after hours of talking we checked in at 4 pm, no toilets paper or savon, the shower wasn’t that great either.

Location and staff who assisted us to book for our whale view.

we arrived at pass 2pm and check in time at 3pm they have asked us to wait on point 3pm😩 even if there are rooms are set to give in they said that the owner has point out of 3pm check in😫 they should be a little flexible cause some of your guest travel from far, they should fixed the toilet room 2 rusty door knob, toilet flush, sink. No visible reception there are guest waiting for more than 15 mins and keep in pressing the button to call their attention. Took some of the photos door knob toilet specially.

accomodating staff they organised motorcycle tour for us you can also rent motorbikes which was really handy

the shower 🚿 is pressure is not good could have been better if “timba and tabo” provided the shower host need to be replace
