Location is close to many attractions. Beautiful view. Clean and well maintained. All staff are exceptional. I traveled

The staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, cared for and secured. Mam Marie is phenomenal!! She arranged transportation for me which made me feel I was their priority and I felt I was receiving VIP service every time. I was traveling alone and from day one Mam Marie, Charie, Cheva, Edith and the rest of the staff made me feel safe and comfortable 😊 definitely recommend down south to any solo travelers and all others who want a great experience 😄

Overall, it’s a lovely beautiful hotel by the seafront. Will definitely stay here again.

Sea view was beautiful and close to the whale shark venue. Hotel also arranged for us to go for the whale shark tour without having to wake up at 3 am to queue. Christine, the manager arranged for someone to queue for us. That was a big help as we did not have to wake up so early.

There was no hand towels in the room and no lift too.

Pretty affordable, but wasn’t the best place we stayed at

The location is great and you get a beautiful view. Staff very nice and friendly. Pretty affordable

The biggest issue for us was the size of the bed, a bit too small for a couple especially in this heat..also, the air con was extremely loud but at least was cooling off the room. The other thing we didn’t like was the restaurant - food not the greatest (the pizza is definitely frozen), long wait even if there’s no one else there.

First Class Value for Money

Great staff especially Ronnie the bar man / waiter who was very courteous and highly efficient. He is a real asset to this hotel ! The location of the hotel is right by the sea , beautiful bar and seating area for food. The rioom was very clean. Well done !

A negative experience

I found it small but quite pretty

we booked and prepaid two ocean front rooms and had booked all day activities with them for the following day . However, when we arrived around 8 pm from Cebu airport after 28 hours journey we were told that one of the prepaid rooms had been sold again. to another guest and I had to take a spare room of service personnel . they were obviously embarrassed and offered a discount on the activities which we did not accept . Initially I did not want to write a negative report but I think potential guests should be aware

Amazing value, friendly and helpful staff and good food!

Friendly staff who sorted everything for us in terms of trips out etc. Our driver was amazing and made us feel really safe. The food there was so good and really big portions. Thank you so much!

Staff was unhelpful and even though I arrived at the check in time, the room was not available.

Room was not available when I arrived. I had to wait for hours. They do not follow their booking policy.

Poor customer service and very rude. Wifi was also not working.

One of the best place to stay in Oslob.

Very accomosating staff, really. Organized a tour to Whale Shark watching, helped with all questions. When I left my laptop charger at the hotel, they delivered it to Moalboal for free on the same day I asked. Nice location, about 10 minutes by car from Whale Shark watching place. Nice view and scenery.

Everything was fine. But this place is good for 1-2 days staying to watch shark and waterfalls. I think there are no other interesting places or activities here, so you may get bored of staying here longer. Also there is rather shallow coast, may be uncomfortable for swimming and snorkeling. A little bit costly in my opinion.

1. the STAFF are magnificent and helpful & went beyond their call of duty 2. the STEAMED FISH & CLAMS were my favorite 3. the cappucino was the BEST in the Philippines 4. the VIEW was exceptional

The staffs were extremely nice and helpful as they went out of the way to assist us. The food over there is delicious and with the view of the ocean! Furthermore there’s a family restaurant that’s opposite the resort that’s really good too

10/10 - Amazing

I can not fault this Resort. It was amazing. The staff were super friendly and they helped with organising tours and transport wherever we wanted to go. Location was great, 15 minutes from Whale Sharks, 5 minutes from Monkey Viewing, and if you want to go to Moalboal the resort will organise a private car to take you there and back for the day. I even had the resort organise to pick me up from Cebu Airport as soon as we landed and brought to the resort in Oslob. I will without a doubt book this place again.
