Perfect location in Delft

Delft

Good space, clean studio apartment, good speed of WiFi, close to the shops and restaurants, communication with landlord, easy check-in process (just code to get the key), well equipped kitchen in the studio (so you can prepare the meals), quiet location, flexible check-in time.

Lack of private car park (Public car park is located opposite. However, it does not provide comfort of private car park, especially when most of the luggage stays in the car overnight. Public car park is getting expensive, when you want to use the car several times a day - fresh charge starts every time you come back to the car park).

Very nice apartment, spacious, in the city center, clean and comfy

The apartment is very spacious and has all the commodities needed to spend some days in Delft. The process of check-in was very easy, they provided a code for a lockbox and also a video to be able to find the apartment easily. The apartment was cleaned very well by Lidiia, thanks!

It was strange for us to be on the ground level and have big windows you need to keep open to have natural light, and everybody in the street can look inside. But that is a cultural thing we are not used to. Also, when turning the lights on, it was a little bit dark.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in very convenient location

Had a the ground floor unit, which has little privacy from views from the road. Some frosting on the windows wouldn't go amiss, such that the curtains can remain open and the apartment is lighter inside

Nice apartment with kitchen

Nice space, with two double beds and a sofa. Full kitchen too, and dishwasher. Location is still in the city centre, though at the south side of it.

Climate control was hard to set, that is, setting it was no problem but it took pretty long to get it a bit cooler (it was set too warm for me).

Good night rest, for a place to fully enjoy Delft for a few days.

Comfortable room, close to city centre. Low noise at night. Good beds. Delft city centre within walking distance. Would come here again, next time I am in Delft for a few days.

Very comfortable stay at Delft. No complaints at all!!!

It had all the facilities one might need. Very clean n organised… spacious, bright, tastefully decorated, spacious kitchen area, working area, 2 big queen size beds n enough storage space. spacious bathroom n good quantity of toiletries. Location also great n next to a popular shopping area n very near to the cozy canal streets of delft, as well as the TU Delft area.

no elevator. narrow staircase. construction work in the neighborhood.

Located 7 min. Walk from train station

Avoid this place! All contact is by pay pal, what's app etc. want $ up front & then you have to try to reach them to get something done. We had no hot water for 2 days and when they finally responded they told us to go to the utility room and reset the system ourselves. All instructions in Dutch. A booklet in many languages would allow people to work with unfamiliar systems. Extremely poor lighting in place. Don't expect a fully equipped kitchen. Should be 6 of everything but many glasses are down to 2 or 3. Big chips out of plates remaining. Balcony unusable for any purpose. Frosted glass 6 feet high means no view. Some construction debris from next door litters it. Mold/moss growing around perimeter. View from window is of entry to parking garage across the street, busy bus station, and major thoroughfare. Along with the construction next door this makes for quite a noisy spot with the windows open. Luckily the windows closed blocks that out but it could be hell on a hot summer day. Mould in the shower enclosure. Any statement that this is luxurious is fraudulent misrepresentation. On our final evening, the general manager, Mr. Kwok, arrived with a small token by way of apology for our lack of hot water and seemed surprised at the state of the kitchen supplies after he reset the system. The next morning the first person into the shower got halfway done before the water turned cold for the second half of their shower. Nobody else tried to shower and we did not call Mr. kwok again. We had learned enough about their systems, supplies, and management style!!! We left.

Very good

Very nice and spacious apartment, kitchen with oven and induction. Walking distance from city centre, supermarket around the corner. Balcony could fit all three of us. Inside was clean. Overall very nice, also happy with two real double beds. Staff was very nice and responded within two hours to my messages.

Though the inside was obviously cleaned, the balcony wasn't.

Serious dissapointment as we were only able to stay for one night in Delft!

The personal support on getting into the property was ok and friendly, although the request to make cash payment upon arrival was brought up - this in addition to several emails with a Paypal request for payment! This was rather strange as my credit card was charged days ago with the full amount!

The flat was advertised as a "penthouse" with a balcony in historic Delft - turned out to be ground floor apartment (studio) without any balcony or access to the roof, actually the whole building did not seem to have any penthouse (two-story) and it was certainly not part of the historic Delft!!
