Ein Haus mit Ambiente, toll um Delft zu erkunden.

Ein tolles Hotel mit einem tollen Ambiente. Sehr gute Lage um Delft fußläufig zu erkunden. Ein toller Frühstücksraum.

prijs kwaliteit niet ok

ligging

voor deze prijs is het geven van een absoluut schuldgevoel dat je de kamer gekuist wilt zien niet aan de orde 1 tertablikje water dat je dan voor nacht 2 kan hervullen????? is de 2e nacht dan goedkoper? de service en prijs is dus niet evenredig. je moet een uur zeggen voor ontbijt. half 9 aub, nee dat gaat niet doe maar 8 en dan 10 minuten moeten wachten omdat het ontbijt nog niet klaar was.... ook voor deze prijs een rare situatie. delft is een hele fijne stad

We thought the hotel was gorgeous and comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful. The parking lot was very convenient. We loved the bed and found it to be very comfortable

We will stay there next time we’re visiting our relatives in Delft.

Bathroom lights were nice and bright. The bedroom lights too dim for us even when we followed instructions to keep pressing after switching on. I would also have liked hooks to accommodate a full length coat in the bedroom. I had to hang my raincoat in the bathroom with the dressing gowns. But it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast was fine except for the coffee machine which was rubbish to be honest. The bar later provided us with really nice coffee. But there were plenty of juices etc so we were happy enough.

Beste Wahl in Delft

Zentrale Lage direkt an der Gracht fussläufig zum Zentrum, Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, sehr geschmackvoll renoviert in historischem Gebäude, geräumige Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick, überragender Service vom durchgängig freundlichen Team, gerne wieder!

Nothing!! If I really have to pick on something, the scrambled eggs for breakfast were a bit dry and spongy, and the coffees could be served not by those machines, but maybe I’m asking for too much.

Centraal gelegen, ruime ondergrondse parking op enkele minuten afstand, authentiek historisch kader dat verbluffend is gerenoveerd, ruime badkamer, uitstekend bed en goede kussens, minisafe op de kamer, attent personeel...

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in einm sehr schönen Ambiente.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage optimal, da sehr zentral. Das Ambiente ist sensationell. Sehr interessant, wie altes Gemäuer mit Modere verbunden wurden. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Die Raumtempereatur in dem Zimmer war uns zu kalt. Das Fenster war undicht (Zugluft). Eine Leuchte am Bett war defekt; wurde gemeldet.

Het ontbijt was uitstekend: knapperige broodjes en voldoende mogelijkheden.

Wegens melkintolerantie had ik graag sojayoghurt gezien... Maar ik begrijp dat niet aan alle wensen kan voldaan worden.

Sleep in the middle of history.

Beautiful historical architecture and location. Excellent breakfast. Awesome staff.

Een mega aanrader, super gaaf hotel midden in het centrum. Nooit twijfelen!

De prosecco bij inchecken, de inrichting van het hotel. Prachtig! Het ontbijt was ook top! Heerlijke bedden en super vriendelijk personeel. Echt helemaal fantastisch!

Geweldige locatie en mooi hotel

Inchecken omslachtig en langdurig ondanks mail contact vantevoren. Bar sluit voor 23u en geen minibar op de kamer, dus niet te drinken.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast

Well situated in the historic city centra of Delft. Close to most of historic land marks, musea, cafés, and restaurants.

In our room the window could not be opened. It would be good to know this on beforehand.

O hotel é belíssimo, assim como o quarto e banheiro, que além de lindos, são enormes. Toma-se café da manhã em um ambiente muito agradável. A localização é boa, dá para ir à pé ao centro antigo, e é bem pertinho da estação de trem.

Staff poderia ser mais atencioso.

So glad we stayed at Hotel Arsenaal - Delft

Breakfast was presented well and had more offerings than expected. Lounge area was very welcoming and comfortable. The story about the building's history was quite interesting and explained much of its unique architecture. Property was convenient for walking distances to all major attractions in the city. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Better description of distance from nearby train station on website ( although we arrived by taxi from another city).

Breakfast is poor and less than normal level if you want any thing the like waffles for my children they asked me to pay extra while ( breakfast was included in hotel rate)..they have charged me extra money for my kid 11 years per night .

Loved this place and all the people who worked there!

Easily one of the most unique and beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The bed was very comfortable as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Historic location beautifully redesigned top notch hotel

Breakfast was terrific. The breads and croissants were fresh, the cheese and fruit were delicious and the made-to-order eggs and bacon was so good. We also liked the juice bar and the coffee machine. The wait staff was so kind and helpful.

We liked everything and have nothing to complain about.

This hotel was a stunning sanctuary to slow down in a beautiful, classy and restful space.

Beautiful architecture and decorating, very relaxed atmosphere, lots of natural light. Staff were helpful and friendly. Added special touches to my breakfast box. Coffee machine in my room was great. Bar is open until 11h00 and this was a very pleasant and comfortable space for business meetings. The hotel was quite full, but it never felt crowded and staff were very attentive.

Coat brush and hairdryer bag in my room were covered with old fluff. It could be great if you can rent a bike straight from the hotel. Elevator is incredibly slow.
