客房空間超大！離南港車站步行10分鐘內

離南港車站很近，附近有ubike 租借站，可以輕鬆到附近的超商和餐廳，飯店客房很大又舒適、浴缸也很大、紓解旅途一天的疲勞！大廳有備品自己拿取、也有泡麵販賣機！整體滿意！

整體服務及住宿品質很優，我也很推崇環保意識這點很棒，唯早餐菜色可以再多點樣式會更好喔！

房間的舒適度很棒，空間寬廠，週邊環境安境離高鐵站很近，人員服務很親切是蠻推薦的旅店

餐廳餐點是美中不足之處，建議可以多點樣式會更好

Would have been a wonderful experience except for the lift experience and the staff handling my feedback.

Clean, spacious, functional and modern rooms.

The hotel lift has no sensor and when opened for too long will shut. The lift doors shut on me and bruised my arm. I feedbacked to the reception on 18th August to a gentleman who sounded indifferent with no apology offered. This is potentially dangerous to the young and old. A notice needs to be put up to warn others to hold the lift at all times for going in and coming out.

The carpet in the room looks rather dirty. Waiting time for the lift is a bit long.

The hotel is clean. Some of the staff are friendly however not for some others. The bed is very big and comfortable.

There is no soaps, shampoos or toiletries in the room. You need to get from the lobby! The packaging of the soaps n shampoos are so difficult to tear! For the price we paid for the hotel's room and the hotel is out of center, it is not value for money!

spacey, big beds, good shower place.

I just didnt like the way they deduct money (price of one night) from my debit card in advance as a deposit without warning when it says pay at the property and then still charge me full price on site at the counter. They said the deposit money which is like $200+ will be refunded but untill weeks now no refund had been made. A scam.

NO GYM.... no other fecility for any activity .. Just stay and sleep . If they can arrange a minimum Gym fecilities at leats the guest can enguage

Idiotic staffs at reception and at its restaurant Nothing just couldn't get done right.

All windows in room were blocked by white film. No single windows could be opened including the one in bathroom. Was living in a prison cell without any view. Air conditioning regulator didn't work either with temperature adjustment and fan control so there wasn't any air movement. Requested an extra blank key card for electricity powering but additional 300 dollars was needed as a bond. No problem. However house keeper kept confiscated it daily without any notice so had to return to reception each time to obtain a new blank new card daily. No idea what hell was going on with these people mind.

the rooms are spacious and the staff super friendly. the location is good if you need to be in Nangang.

The breakfast could be improved and so could the gym room.

Great hotel, very helpful staff, good location, clean, comfortable room

Exceptional if you can get it on a discount. Conveniently close to Nangang MRT and high-speed rail. Stayed 5 nights, staff was incredibly helpful. Room was nice and cleaned daily, and can be made as cool as I like. Lots of lights you can turn on and off individually. Bed was comfortable. Washroom was nice, with a smart toilet, and it had all the essential stuff. And a tub if one wished to use. I also used on-site self-service laundry, was convenient for me.

A bit weird that even with the door closed, you could still see inside the washroom through the side. It was convenient to have the same wifi network for the entire building but it did get randomly disconnected a few times when I was in the room.

Location is very convenient for business trip. The room is very comfortable for tired people.

WiFi is not stable and commonly disconnection. It not good for work. There is a construction site near the hotel, where gangsters gather, it is a bit dangerous for girls to walk there in the night.

Superb

The room itself is very comfortable and it had a nice TV and bathroom. The bathroom had an enclosed shower and a bathtub which is very nice. The AC worked very well and cooled down the room relatively quickly. The location is very close to the Nangang MRT/HSR station.

Though the location was convenient, there was not much else around there besides construction.
