Great spot for a relaxed luxury stay.

Great location, comfortable, clean and welcoming.

Great wine list, but needs a little more categorising under more recognisable grape varieties. Laundry charges are extremely high, and high plastic use on return - every item in its own plastic bag!

房間乾淨，浴室空間適中，地點方便。

晚上十點以後還是會聽到街頭藝人表演的歌聲，若有帶小小孩的人要考量這點。飯店配合的停車場在對面艾美的地下室，若行李較多者會很不方便。

就在信義商圈內，逛街，吃飯，或是去捷運站都很方便，住的是101景觀房，夜晚窗外的景色蠻漂亮的

ㄧ走進六樓的櫃台，有著淡淡高雅的，陳設在lobby的藝術品很別緻。

房間的浴缸比ㄧ般尺寸浴缸小，可能是空間的問題，房間的沙發也偏小

場所は賑やかな所ですが、ホテルは落ち着いた雰囲気で良かったです。

モダンなホテルでアート作品が色々とあり、お洒落なホテルでした。窓側にデスクがある為、朝は明るくお化粧もしやすかったです。スタッフの方はいつも笑顔で丁寧な対応、快適でした。

ホテルの公式Webサイトには、デラックスキングルームのアメニティは「イギリス高級フレグランスブランド-ハイランド＆ウィットルバス用品」とありましたが、ノンブランドの石鹸ひとつのみ。シャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェルはシャワーブースに備え付けられており、日本のビジネスホテルのようで残念でした。せっかく5つ星ホテルに泊まっているので、アメニティも楽しみのひとつなので改善を望みます。

This is my third time this year to stay in Humble House, and I continue to recommend it to all.

Location was perfect. The bar was quite good. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating.

The reception area was too warm and the air conditioning was not good. There was no lotion provided for the entire duration of the stay. Hand soap was not replenished on the last night of my stay. The water heating for the tea was not working.

Location is excellent, with shopping, cinema, and plenty of dining options, Its only 10 minutes walk to 101 Tower. Room is sizable, with a large bathroom and well maintained despite aging, with a nice open view.

Getting more expensive than before while the hotel is no long a brand new facilitiy. May be due to short of staff, it took half an hour to deliver the luggage to the room which is way below the general standard. Also it took over a week after we checked out for the hotel to release the guarantee amount on my credit card, which is rather inconvenient.

couldn’t have asked for more - would return next time in Taipei!

Very conveniently located right across from the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store. the receptionist spoke perfect Japanese and English. Clean and spacious room and bathroom even with ToTo washlette!

There was a strange noise from the ceiling - but this was fixed as soon as I spoke to the staff and while I was out for a dinner.

One month later, they still have not refunded my deposit and lie about it

The hotel's methods in terms of payment are questionable to say the least. They charge a $10,000 deposit on top of the room rate of 8,000. 1 month after my stay, the refund of the deposit is still not effective, and upon contacting them, the hotel refuses to cooperate and provided information that does not make any sense, saying that the deposit has been cancelled but that I will not see it on my statement. For anyone who has basic understanding of a bank statement, this is impossible, and as a matter of fact I am seeing the 2 debits on my statement but no refund whatsoever. I suggest you never let them anywhere near your credit card
