The staff were very welcoming, and offered extravagant hospitality! I had forgot my charger adapter and they supplied me with one which was kind.
The location of the area is very convient and local taxis pass by which facilitates transport. Everything is also a walking distance of 20-25mins which is handy if you like to walk.
I loved my stay and would recommend to anybody!

Great location, very friendly helpful staff. The bedroom design was beautiful and the addition of the shutters to block out light/noise is a great touch. Great artwork inside the hotel. Breakfast was nice and service always efficient.
A little hard to find if arriving at night. The air con took a while to cool the room.

They provided us with a large room and with the best view, the rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the shower. Yousaf night staff was very welcoming and professional at all times. He understood our needs and was not difficult at all. Considering he was new, he was doing really well. He went above and beyond to help us especially when my mum fell ill one of the days. He was very quick when we asked him for his service. He also made sure we were safe when we were ordering taxis and translated well to the taxi drivers. Yousaf also gave us two key cards for myself and mother.
Alaui did not like the fact that Yousaf gave us two key cards and removed one from our room without asking us. Alui day staff was very difficult to talk to and was not approachable. Alaui would discuss his personal life too much with us and also seemed very fed up when we would ask for his service. He would become very angry when we asked him a simple question for example regarding the key cards being removed from our room. Alaui was helpful but at the same time very difficult, he would create fuss for no reason. He needs to also learn to give guests their personal space when they are having breakfast or in the pool. Alaui tried to charge us extra for things, luckily I checked and question the charges. Everything else was perfect and so was the rest of the staff. However Alaui was difficult.

The room was exceptional and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was supposed to start at 8:00a.m., however tables were rarely even prepared at that time. There seemed to be only one person making and serving the breakfast so if we weren't the first guest to arrive at breakfast we waited at least 45 minutes to get any food, which was very inconvenient as we travelled with small baby and a toddler.

Breakfast was good.Location too far from Medina if it is hot and you like to walk. Room is spacious (Presidential Suite).
Air cannot cope with high temperatures. Staff pleasant but often nowhere to be seen.

The location is great.
Only a 15 mins walk to the old square and right next to the new town.
Most of the key places were within walking distance.
Also the place was really quiet.
One of the windows in our room was broken and wouldn't shut.
The WiFI in the room was a bit dodgy.
The showers need upgrading

The staff were exceptional - professional, friendly, kind, helpful.
The room was great - large room, large comfy bed, large door windows facing the sun.
The main issue were minor but worth mentioning:
The storage safe was broken
Only one card key was given to me and my wife so we couldn't separate going out.
The TV didn't have any English channels (that I could find)
On the second night, I found a cockroach near the bathroom, I called up the staff to kill it and they did without a problem. I understand also that its not necessary the hotels fault as Marrakesh's climate and infrastructure means even five star hotels are likely to experience these bugs, but these are the only issues I faced in my stay - which I thoroughly enjoyed regardless.

The location is good. It is nicely furnished and decorated. Mix of modern and classic styles... Nice. Staff was very attentive and they prepared breakfast for us at 4 30 since we had to catch a plane. Bed was huge and room was modern and very comfortable.
Sewer smell. All night. All around the room. Really disgusting. For almost 120 euro, they gave us a big, beautiful room but on the ground floor, next to the main entrance. Could not be more noisy. Traffic, other guests arriving... A mess.

The Palais D’hotes Darsor was in a good location in Marrakech it’s an easy walk to the Medina and restaurants and far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. The rooms are very big and modern although the soft furnishing and carpet were very tired.Breakfast was included in our booking which was very nice. The hotel has a nice outdoor area and pool which is lovely after a hot day sightseeing. There is a roof top where you can go for a drink although it was not open during our stay but were able to take some pictures from.
The day manager smoking whist working and talking to you smoking when you were eating your breakfast.😬

The staff. Fatima upgraded my suit and was extremely helpful in reserving what ever we needed.
She also cooked a fresh breakfast every day.
I also appreciate Mr Jamal the owner of the building who took us to Mosque for the Friday prayer in his super car
Mr Khalid tha assistant manager looked after us in very nice way
The towels can be better

Staff are very polite (Karim and Abdul). Room was clean, pool was open til late. There is no restaurant at the hotel. However, there is menu and staff will get it served to the room. Location is not far from centre. Its walking distance and at the same time, not close to busy street.
Will stay here if we go there again!

Breakfast was very nice. We are vegetarian and they did their best.
Both main reception staff were excellent. I can only remember name of Abdul.
Rooms were cleaned nicely everyday. Thanks to all the staff. Was sad on leaving last day. Will visit again.
Wish we can have taxi affiliated with hotel of reasonable rates.
Reasonable priced drinks and snacks will be nice to have at pool side.
