Struttura incantevole nel centro della Medina. Camere spaziose e ben curate. Staff gentile e sempre a disposizione. Colazione super e finalmente servita al tavolo non al buffet
4.7
Staff is extremely kind. Mahmood welcomed me with his big smile and took care of everything.
Breakfast was good.
I found the room a bit expensive. It was nice but nothing wow.
In terms of location, the Riad is well hidden. Luckily there is google map :)

We wanted to stay one more night in Marrakech after a wedding, so chose this Riad as we loved the aesthetic of the black suite. The path to it is a little complicated, you very much have to study a map, but we engaged a local with a hand cart to take our luggage and he got us there easily which meant we were able to get our bearings. We were greeted in a friendly manner and given tea and biscuits. We booked in for a couple's hammam and massage as the cost felt reasonable and we really wanted some relaxation. The hammam with Nadia was excellent, we felt so clean afterwards! The massages were also very good and we felt very refreshed after a busy few days. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast upstairs on the roof was a lovely experience and the food excellent. We were able to leave our bags for the day after check out and they arranged an airport transfer for us too which was much appreciated.
It wasn't really a problem, but they didn't tell us in advance that our massages after the hammam would be in our room, meaning we hadn't prepared it for people to come into before we left it. We might have tidied up/put things away more if we had known (but not suggesting at all we couldn't trust them), it just felt a little invasive.

Two Riad joined together, one more traditional than the other. We stayed in the ‘newer’ more modern side with a stunning room full of Moroccan influence and modern minimalism. Big bed, large bath tub, open fire and large bathroom. Stunning. A small Hammam is superb as was the massage - both inexpensive. Dinner was superb and traditional. Breakfast was served on the roof and superb. Very close to Medina too. Highly recommended

The path begins on a very busy corner, you enter a street that looks like the entrance to a market, in the middle of the street there is a detour to the labyrinth of hidden riads that leads to the delight of finding yourself in a quiet place with very beautiful decoration, To top off the stay at this Riad, all the staff are truly friendly and very courteous, you feel at home, the breakfast is perfect, each day has its variations, but always delicious and well served.

Such a beautiful place . As soon as we entered the riad door heaven opened …such a beautiful grand historic spice merchant house restored and kept in modern style. Our suite exceed our expectations. Especially quality of the bed linen / pillows . Hammam
and massage highly recommend. Breakfast on the terrace so nice too . Can’t wait for our return.

Ambre Epices Medina Riad is a beautiful and cosy hotel in the centre of Medina. It is very well located and by foot it is possible to explore the energetic and exotic landscapes of the markets (Souks). The facilities are outstanding, modern, while preserving the traditional design of Morochian architecture. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They have helped me a lot with every situation. The food is top-level either at breakfast or lunch/dinner. I would highly recommend a stay in Ambre Epices Medina.
Nothing at all...
The taxis and transfers cannot park right in front of the hotel due to the fact that it is located in a dense, small street area. Due to that fact, it is essential to contact the hotel in advance and a staff member will walk you to the hotel. I strongly advise you to install offline google maps in order to avoid using internet data in order to fully take advantage of the beautiful Marrakech!

The staff - special mention to Kamal, Karim and Abdurahim - were amazing. They were very courteous, helpful and looked after our every need. The Riad is beautiful and cosy and easily accessible from the main road. Breakfast was good and varied. The rooms were well furnished and cosy.
Slight improvement on the quality of dishes at dinner.

The location was excellent. The place was super clean and the service fabulous. The staff gave us a nice welcome and took some time to explain us how to get around the Medina! Would definitely recommend it! We were surprised to find out that the Riad has opened a location in Tulum, Mexico.

Very beautiful hotel, nice terrasses.
We had dinner at the hotel one night, highly recommended.
Our room was very noisy from seven pm. to 23 pm, because other guest were having dinner og swimming in the pool just outside our room. The room was quiet at night.
4.7
great location and in local style, immersed in local culture. wonderful staff and received perfect welcome and hospitality
4.7
Stuff was very friendly, breakfast was good and massage was very good.
Unfortunately, when you try to reach Riad, you have to pass labyrinth full of dangerous, suspicious people. we didn't feel safe at all. Last night we run out of hot water in bathroom.

Ambre Epices is an outstanding Riad and I would 100% stay again.
Ahead of our arrival I received a comprehensive message with lots of details. They asked if I wanted an airport pick up for €25 which I was happy to do as we arrived late at night and Morocco has a closed currency so I was already wondering how I would locate an ATM to pay for a taxi. The pick up was very easy and the cost added onto our room. They offered to cook us dinner on arrival which was 3 courses for €25pp which we were really happy with as we arrived late, and we pre ordered. The food was ready as soon as we arrived and was amazing. The portions were HUGE and so tasty, didn't find a better chicken pastilla for the rest of the holiday!
We also pre booked some massages which were great - they sent the costs ahead of time so you can factor it into your trip.
The included breakfast was amazing! It was different pastries/cake every day along with bread, juice, tea and eggs. There was loads of it and kept us going until 4pm!!
The room was gorgeous, cleaned every day, bed made, new towels etc. Really wonderful bedrooms and quiet area.
The location is perfect. It is just next to the Souks so easy access to the madness but far enough away for some peace and quiet at night. The riad is down some alleys which are full of riads and are well lit and felt safe. The location is near a lot of restaurants, Souks, food shops and a taxi rank, so ideal!
Finally the staff - oh wow. Every staff member couldn't do enough for you. They are all so friendly and hard working. Komal especially made us feel so welcome, went through all the local sights on a map for us, made recommendations and answered all our questions.
I couldn't fault out stay at all. The riad had a beautiful roof top and smaller inside spaces with sofas and a fire for colder months. It was modern but also has the classic Moroccan charms. I'll be going back!!
There was nothing I didn't like

this Riad is absolutely beautiful but we were a bit disappointed with our bedroom I suppose we should have mentioned it when booking as our bedroom was on the roof top which means climbing up stairs so when you are 60+ it’s not the ideal also the bedroom only had a bath in the middle of the room which again 60+ is not great ! apart from that the hosts the staff the food the location and the Riad itself is absolutely amazing ! a very welcoming place and very relaxing too
4.7
EVERYTHING! A gorgeous centrally located riad! Very quiet, and the staff and their hospitality is top notch!
4.7
The staff were so helpful. They were really knowledgeable about the area, things you should do and booked anything we wanted to do. They also recommended fabulous restaurants. The Riad itself was beautiful.
