About this apartment rental
The newly renovated apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet, authentic and green residential area. You can expect a modern furnished and spacious apartment with 75 square meters and thus plenty of space for up to 5 people.
The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and each has its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with a fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. This forms the center and is an excellent meeting point for everyone. One of the two sofas in the living room with a lying area of 70x200 cm can be used as a fifth bed. An additional topper with a height of 5 cm is available for more comfort. Smoking in the apartment and bringing pets is not permitted.
Location:
The nearest tram station (M1) is about a minute away from the apartment. In just a few minutes, you can change to the popular Prenzlauer Berg with Mauerpark and Hackescher Markt near Berlin's Museum Island. The diverse nature of Brandenburg can be discovered out of town in a few minutes by car.

The apartment is very spacious, everything is according to the description, the location and neighborhood is very good. The host even provided us with the grill on our request.

We had a lovely time in Stephan and Nathalies apartment. It has everything one could wish for, and it's clean, silent and tastefully decorated. Its location is perfect as well, near a good supermarket, restaurants and the M1 that takes you to the centre of Berlin. When we return to Berlin we will definitely try and stay in Pankow Holiday home again!

We came for a one month stay to visit the Christmas markets and Berlin. We took an Uber from the airport. The apartment was very clean, on the 1st floor and well stocked. We cooked daily breakfast and some meals, kitchen had all we needed, and as a cook, this is important to us. The beds were very comfortable and there were 2 bathrooms, very convenient for 2 couples. Plenty of living space in a quiet neighborhood with 3 grocery stores in 8 minute walking distance. The tram which connected to buses and trains was a 6 minute walk that provided access to everything we needed and visited in Berlin and surrounding areas. We walked to local Christmas market at a palace. Restaurants are in walking distance. Our host recommended Athos and it was an outstanding local greek cuisine with huge portions and friendly staff. Our host communication was outstanding during the entire process and provided a binder with all the necessary information for visits, restaurants, shops and more. The fastest internet we have ever had at a VRBO. Even with a month, Berlin has so much to offer, we will be returning and highly recommend this VRBO to family and friends. Thank you Stephan for providing us an excellent apartment location to fulfill our every expectation for our vacation. See you next time!

Immaculate, attractive and modern home. Airy and bright. Quiet. Split bedrooms for privacy. Lots of small extras like coffee and sanitary pads and a bit of laundry detergent. Bring your own bath soap and shampoo. Hosts present and super responsive.
We would stay here again EXCEPT that earlier reviews mentioning 20 mins as transit time were not what we experienced. Using public transportation (which was good and reliable) we found our daily commute to center Berlin to take 45-50 mins. This wouldn’t keep us from staying again but it does mean that tourists are unlikely to come and go; plan on not returning until end of day. Grocery and a few restaurants 4 mins by foot.
Restaurant Friedrich tasty but extraordinarily slow (30 mins until first drink order, addl 50 mins til meal); bc of this we would not return. There’s another place diagonal from Fredrick’s that’s an excellent option. Grocery is good; NOTE: closed sundays.

Roomy, cozy and very clean apartment in a nice quiet suburb of downtown Berlin.... about a 15 to 20 minute Uber or taxi ride to most of the Berlin attractions. There is a bus stop nearby but we were always running late and needed to take Ubers and taxis! The house has a few amenities which you will want to have the host Stephan explain... such as the oven that does double duty as a microwave and the same for the washing machine which also acts as a dryer. Multi-tasking appliances! The kitchen is well stocked with coffee and cooking utensils. There are also plenty of towels available and laundry detergent. Nearby is a very good restaurant about 5 blocks away called Fredrich's which serves amazing traditional German food as well a a grocery store that has a great selection of food and snacks. Additionally, there is a bar directly across the street if you crave a good German beer. The host Stephan lives in the apartment next door and is readily available to help answer any questions you may have. Thanks Stephan!

Quiet neighbourhood, just a 20 minute tram ride to downtown Berlin. We appreciated the local grocery store and restaurants nearby. The two bedroom 2 bathroom layout provided privacy for each couple and the common space and terrace provided lots of room and comfort.

Great place to stay. Nicely laid out for 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Owners were extremely nice and very helpful when we asked about transportation into the city and places to eat . Parking was great, right on the street in front of building. Convenient to public transportation. They had a map of the area on the wall and many pamphlets on things in the area which proved to be very useful. If I was in the area, I would stay there again.

All of the superlative reviews of Stefan’s place are well deserved. The place was clean and accurately portrayed on the VRBO site. The place is quite north of central Berlin, but it was a welcoming place to settle in the late evening.

Located in the northern neighborhood of Pankow, our stay in this quiet residential neighborhood was an overall excellent experience. Though not centrally located to major sites, the direct tram (M1) is just a couple blocks away. There is also a large REWE super market a five minute walk from the unit location, as well as several eateries. Excellent communication with our hosts. Great place for a small group or family. Two thumbs up!

What a wonderful place to stay - great location and beautiful interior! Close to public transportation, restaurants, etc! Fully equipped kitchen and living area. The patio was a great place to enjoy in the early morning or evening. We would stay there again. Stephan - our Host was friendly and helpful!!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben eine super Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Bettwäsche Handtücher alles vorhanden. Auch zum Wechseln der Wäsche war etwas vorhanden. Es war super das wir auch die Waschmaschine ohne einen extra Aufpreis nutzen konnten. Super viele Flyer wenn man noch nicht wusste was man alles in Berlin unternehmen möchte. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Auch mit dem Fahrrad hat alles super geklappt. Danke

Traumhafte Wohnung in Pankow
Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt und nach dem Sightseeing die Terrasse genossen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir noch einmal Berlin besuchen würden.

Mega schönes Appartement
Wir kommen wieder. Unser Mädelswochenende in Berlin hätte nicht besser sein können. Perfekte, wunderschöne Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern. Sehr bequeme Betten, alles super ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sogar Pflaster haben wir in der Schublade gefunden, für wundgelaufene Füße. Unser Gastgeber Stefan ist super nett und hat alles ausführlich erklärt. Wirklich alles top.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Wir haben ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende in der Wohnung verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Für 4 Erwachsene ist die Aufteilung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ideal, da jedes Paar sozusagen sein eigenes Reich hat. Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung zu finden war zu keiner Tageszeit ein Problem.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden selber gerne einmal wiederkommen.

Wir kommen wieder!
Wir wurden super herzlich von Stefan empfangen und konnten am Freitag flexibel anreisen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man gelangt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr schnell von A nach B und kann das Auto stehen lassen.
Gönnt euch eine Auszeit und mietet euch bei Stefan ein.

Für Familien in Berlin genau richtig!
Die Fewo von Stephan und Nathalie war für unseren Urlaub in Berlin genau das Richtige. Sie liegt im Stadtteil Pankow in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in die Stadt sind in 5 min zu erreichen. Ein großer Rewe ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Modern und gemütlich. Einen anstrengenden Tag in der City kann man hier, gerade auch mit Kindern, gut ausklingen lassen. Leider war es zu kalt, um auch die schöne Terrasse zu nutzen. Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Stephan hatte noch gute Tipps, wie man schön in die Innenstadt kommt. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder, denn es hat uns mega gut gefallen.

Het contact voor het boeken verliep goed en duidelijk. Ontvangst was vriendelijk en goed. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Berlijn is een schitterende stad met vriendelijke inwoners. Onvoorstelbaar wat daar is bereikt na de val van de muur.

Tolles Ambiente in schöner Lage
Wir waren mit unserer Tochter und ihrer Freundin eine Woche in Berlin. Die Wohnung war wie gebaut dafür: 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt Stress, wer gerade ins Bad darf.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet.
Die Lage: Außer für eine Fahrt nach Außerhalb haben wir in der ganzen Woche kein Auto benötigt, Überall kommt man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut hin.
Alles in allem: Jederzeit wieder!

Super Ferienwohnung!
Bei der Ankunft war der Stellplatz an der Straße, genau vor der Terrasse frei. Stefan hat schon auf uns gewartet und uns alles gezeigt. Wohnung war genau so, wie in den Online-Bildern ersichtlich und sehr sauber. Ein paar Hundert Meter die Straße runter ist u.a. ein REWE, der von 7 Uhr bis 23:30 offen hat (außer So.). Links die Straße vor gehts zur Tramstation für die Linie M1, die tagsüber im 15min. Takt ins Zentrum fährt. Man kann aber auch schon vorher an der U+S Pankow Station in die S- und U-Bahnen wechseln. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und die zwei Bäder haben sich bei zwei Töchtern gut bewährt. Die Sofas und die Betten sind super bequem. Alles in Allem ein toller Ausgangspunkt für einen wunderbaren Berlin-Urlaub. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Brückentag in Berlin
Wir können nur das bestätigen, was hier bereits an positivem Feedback gegeben wurde.
Angefangen bei der super freundlichen Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit den Vermietern und dem sehr warmherzigen Empfang und Übergabe der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen - selten habe ich eine so gut ausgestattete FeWo erlebt. Sie ist wirklich mit viel Liebe bis ins Detail renoviert und dekoriert worden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet - inklusive «echtem» Backofen mit Mikrowellen-Funktion (wusste bis dato gar nicht, dass es sowas überhaupt gibt. Beide Bäder sind sehr modern und schön gefliest.
Vor Ort lässt es sich prima parken - es gibt keine Parkraumbewirtschaftung. Supermärkte bzw. Haltestellen sind fussläufig in 10 Min. zu erreichen. Die Tram fährt im 10 Min. Rhythmus in die Stadt, der Hackescher Markt ist ca. 30 min entfernt.
Leider konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters die Terrasse und den Grill nicht nutzen – an einem schönen Sommerabend kann man hier sicherlich bei Steak/Wein den Tag in Berlin ausklingen lassen. Und da wir das noch nicht ausprobieren konnten, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder ;-)

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles super funktioniert. Die Ferienwohnung ist noch besser, wie beschrieben und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ruhig und verkehrsgünstig. Bessere Vermieter kann es kaum geben, vielen Dank nochmals für die schöne Zeit.

Tolle Unterkunft
Unser verlängertes Wochenende führte uns nach Berlin und in diese toll eingerichtete FEWO. Hier fehlte es an nichts. Alles war sauber und sehr schön hergerichtet. Hier besticht die Aufteilung der Wohnräume. Das Zentrum bildet die Wohnküche. Hier hat sich alles abgespielt. Bei schönem Wetter kann man toll draußen sitzen und nette Gespräche führen. Tolle Wohngegend. Da fährt man auch gerne ein wenig länger ins Zentrum.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, alles eher luxuriös und stylisch gehalten, liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen netten Details - eine willkommene Abwechslung zu den vielen 0815-FeWos, die hier angeboten werden. Die Vermieter, eine junge Familie wohnt in unmittelbarer Nähe, hat uns wärmstens empfangen und war stets für Fragen erreichbar und überaus zuvorkommend. Respekt und Danke dafür!
Es gibt auch eine kleine Terrasse, direkt im Anschluss an die den offenen Koch- und Essbereich, auf der man frühstücken kann, oder abends noch mit Wein und Karten zusammen den nächsten Tag planen kann.
Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Tür, wir haben in 20-50 Meter Entfernung immer was gefunden, eine echte Rarität in Berlin.
Fussläufig gibt es Bäcker, Einkaufsgelegenheiten (Rewe, Netto etc.) und die Haltestelle der M1 (etwa 30 Minuten ins Zentrum, Tageskarte kostet keine 9 E pro Person und kann flexibel über die BVG-App gekauft werden).
Die Wohnung in einem reinen Wohnhaus ist angenehm ruhig und wird auch an den wärmeren Tagen nicht unangenehm warm.
Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer (jeweils mit Dusche) eignen sich gut für Freunde/Pärchen oder wie in unserem Fall für Eltern & Teenager.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Wahl dieser Ferienwohnung und werde diese für meinen nächsten Besuch in Berlin auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten ein wirklich tolles verlängertes Wochenende zu viert in eurer Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm, da man in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße wohnt und trotzdem die Tram, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht. Mit der Tram haben wir eine gute halbe Stunde nach Berlin Mitte gebraucht.
In der Ferienwohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Neben zwei schönen Bade- und Schlafzimmern, hat uns auch der Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit der Küche gut gefallen. Uns fehlte es an nichts und es war alles tip top sauber. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und auf einem sehr moderneren Standard.
Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war wunderbar.
Wenn wir das nächste mal in einer Gruppe nach Berlin reisen wird es auf jeden Fall wieder die gleiche Unterkunft.

Un séjour très agréable
UN appartement conforme à l'annonce, très propre, très bien équipé à quelques pas de la ligne de TRAM M1 et des commerces. Il est parfait pour la famille. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous . L'accueil était parfait et les propriétaires disponibles si besoin.
Berlin , ses musées , monuments et rues : magnifique . Nous recommandons vivement !

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Besonders toll ist, dass die Wohnung über 2 Bäder mit jeweils einer Dusche verfügt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Fewo zum Wohlfühlen
Die Fewo entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Mit viel Liebe und Details eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. In der direkten Umgebung (fußläufig) könnte es ein paar mehr Kneipen, etc. geben. Vielleicht waren wir auch nicht neugierig genug. Es ist eine ruhige, angenehme Wohngegend, die Anbindung zum Zentrum Pankow und zum Zentrum Berlin ist super.
Der Kontakt zu unseren Vermietern war jederzeit schnell, freundlich, entspannt, herzlich.

Eine der schönsten Fewos seit je
Die Fewo, die wir zum Glück hier fanden, ist eine der tollsten, die wir je hatten!
Sie ist neu, sehr sauber, mit viel Liebe zum Detail (und mit Geschmack!) eingerichtet!
Es ist aber auch an alles gedacht! Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und der Vermieter ist sehr nett.
Für uns war auch die Lage perfekt, da wir genau in diese Ecke Berlins wollten. Aber auch für normale Berlinbesucher ist die Wohnung durch sehr gute Anbindung sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
