If you find another option, I would recommend staying away of this place.

The location was ok. other than that - everything else was awful.

This is probably the worst place I have ever booked. For three days of staying there was no option to use the shower, because on the first day the water flooded the entire living room, causing damage to my luggage. There was only one small old towel given to use, so there was nothing really with which we could absorb the water, just to wait for them to absorb into the wood floor and dry. Additionally, there were small annoying things: the lamp in the living room didn't work, the couch was stained, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the stairway had heavy smell of cigarettes. For all these things - nothing was taken care of by the owner, who said that she is out of town... The communication with the her was very problematic, to say the least, and they didn't agree to speak over the phone, just to use text messages - which made everything more complicated and slow. When we complained to Booking, she kept insisting that everything is ok, blaming us for not cooperating with her. She never sent anyone to try to fix the shower, so we tried to clean the drain ourselves but it didn't work. I spent my entire staying in the city by trying to communicating with her and with booking, so I can at least take a shower. After several complains to Booking, the owner agreed to compensate for half of the cost, which was not enough for three days without an option to take a shower.

Znovu bych se zde již kvůli hluku neubytovala.

Čisté, moderní. Bezkontaktní ubytovaní.

Hned pod bytem je bar/kavárna, kde se hlasitě vyhrávala do 22 hodin hudba. Bylo to opravdu hodně hlasité, i přes zavřená okna.

Horible smell and lack of cleanes. Otherwise nice.

In general, it is a nice small apartment perfect for a night's stay. However, the negatives overshadow any positive thing there is.

The bathroom smell is horrible. To the extent, you avoid drinking water to minimise your visits to the toilet. Thankfully, it had doors that were kept shut. I am not even exaggerating. Cleanes. The bathroom had a used soap bar with hair on it left. The dishwasher had used cutlery in it, other cutlery and dishes needed a rewash as it was sticky. All the surfaces in the kitchen had marks from cleaning left.

Perfect!

A few minutes walk across the park to the city centre. Bigger and brighter than it looks in the picture. A well-designed apartment with attention to detail. There are plenty of cooking utensils, so it is also recommended for those who like cooking. Walter, the owner, is responsive and helpful. No problem!

Great option available on a short notice

Everything, it was a lovely, compact little apartment perfect for 2 people. You'll meet with Walter when you arrive, he'll give you the keys and instructions and that's it.

Usual apartment good foa a city break

Position close to old town. Public parking close to location. Large room, clean. All you need in the kitchen area. Quiet area.

The bed was positioned on a pedestal with some narrow stairs to climb in. Might be fun for young couples, less for us.

First of all I want to thank for the attitude to the guests - clean, neat, everything like coming home - kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, comfortable and well thought out in detail, comfortable bed mattress pillows, clean bathroom, good coffee, good tea, dishes, towels. Convenient location, close to transport interchange, from the bus station - 10 minutes on foot, not a hurried step.

We were very satisfied, for sure we will use this apartment next time!

The apartment was perfect, everything was included, and what we need for a couple of days of intensive sightseeing. Walter was very helpful during our time in Brno. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was very clean and had everything included, and the bathroom was also clean. Additionally, we used Netflix and YouTube, which were added to the Smart TV.

One thing we noticed - one small wardrobe for clothes will be perfect. :)

Perfect Apartment

The Apartment is nice, cosy and very clean. It is located close to the centrum, but quiet and relaxed. Everything was perfect and we would definitely come again to this place.

Superb

Really calm, cozy and good organized place. One just crosses street and gets center of Brno. Generally just 10 minutes walk to other attractions in any directions. We have been warmly welcomed by owner who brought us keys to apartment.

The flat was impecably clean and comfy, kitchen is fully equipped, even coffee was provided. The bed shields had a nice smell.:) The apartment is in a good location, one can get into center in ten minutes. Owners are super kind and helpful: our train had a major problem and stopped in Breclav (45 min. car ride from Brno) and the owner came with his car to fetch us and took us to Brno.

The owner had come to meet us, he was very friendly. He recommended places to visit and popular bars. Five minutes away from the city centre. There is parking place at the backyard which was free.
