Fantastic holiday & would love to return. Only a few small changes would make it better.

The main was the location - quiet, relaxing but walking distance to Agios Nikolaos. The views and the staff were great. It was clean & comfort

We loved our stay. The food was good, but could benefit from providing more variety of food including local Greek cuisine. The complementary shower room for departure date was good to have but would benefit from a simple upgrade (decor, cleaning etc)

Truly the expectation was high so it was the disappointment in certain small things that could easy be avoided.

Close to town and to a very nice friendly restaurant. Not the one recommended by the property. The buffet selection was great.

Reception staff not as friendly and clearly there was a language barrier (listening to some guest requests other than mine).

Nice quiet place to stay in a beautiful region

The location is simply superb! It is in a quiet place with marvellous view, 10 minutes away from a small town Agios Nikolaos with all needed attractions and the ferry to Santorini and other cities! Not far there is a sandy beach Almyros (simply great!) and in front of the hotel there is a pebble and rocky beach Παραλία Γαργαδόρος - the slippers are must! The restaurant was great. Nice and diverse meals. The staff was friendly, multilingual and met us in the restaurant every day. The manager would show us the way to the table and help with anything we had in mind. I wanted specifically to compliment the manager's work here as the restaurant seemed to be working like a clock when he's around.

The reception staff sometimes were disoriented. For example, put one room number on the records and gave us keys from another. Sometimes trivial questions required several hours to resolve and we ended up suggestisting the solutions ourselves (changing excursions that we bought from them/fixing mismatches on the menus which we're charged for). We hoped that for this size of the hotel, they could have more restaurants or activities on site. There are two bars - one at pool (works till 5pm) and another one at sea (works from 5pm), why not to have them work at the same time? Some on-cite attractions like tennis, big and small amphitheaters are abandoned.

Great getaway for couples

Pools with lots of space for everyone, close to the center of the local beaches and the local town. Great buffet for all meals.

Fabulous hotel, spacious rooms, lovely setting. spotlessly clean, 2 lovely pools and very welcoming staff . food was exceptional

The animation/entertainment team are far too loud, it really spoils the ambiance of what could be a peaceful resort. The music, announcements and shouting can be heard everywhere. it’s such a shame

Nice all in resort-type hotel

Great value! We only stayed one night here visiting from Chania but it was great for what we needed and the facilities seemed great if you are staying longer. Beautiful sea view from the balcony- lovely pools, excellent breakfast. The staff are professional and very friendly. Nice location- lovely beach at the front and a 15 minute walk to the lake. Quiet as we visited at the end of the season. The room had everything we expected. Coffee, water, soap, towels etc.

I booked for 3 adults and the booking said it was 3 single beds+sofa bed. It was actually one double bed + sofa bed. We were only there for one night to visit agios nikolaos and arrived late so we didn't complain but it should be clear that the beds aren't separate. Also, only 2 mugs and 2 glasses provided even though the booking was for 3, so perhaps an admin error. The lock on the bathroom door was broken and the shower is handheld (no hook on wall)

100% Happy with this one ! Definitely would reccommend !

At work i spend like 9 months travelling mostly across the europe so i can really tell the diferrence as breakfast is one of major factors to assest the hotel. In this particular on in 1-10 scale i would give 7 which is really high position. Breakfast every day the same (all hotels - same issue) but it was rich, service was really nice, dinning room clean and cleaned by service constantly. "The base" breakfast is Englisch style but its ok as there are plenty of other choice. There is a person who makes fresh pancaces as well as freshly squeezed orange juice (2eur extra), also lovelly greek yougurth, cheese, olive oil for salad and so on. Definitely would recomend !

The best choice for price, it took me 3 days of checking all the hotels across Creet but im 100% happy that i've chosed this one. Internet is working well, everyday room service, reception 24hrs, private big parking lot ... actually very nice place to stay !!!

nice hotel a bit outside of the business of the center

really great location a little bit outside of the city center. full property looks quite nice. very friendly staff in the restaurant. great big pillows. nice rooms.

breakfast buffet could have more variety across days. the gym was not clean at all (only after asking to clean it 4 days into our stay it was done). some of the reception staff was not very forthcoming. the animation activities at the pool were very loud.

Generous accommodation, good breakfast and location (20 minutes walk to town) and easy parking.

No WiFi in Room 158 despite 3 calls to the reception.

Good choice for a family of three for a night

Great staff, nice location, good selection of choices for breakfast, free parking onsite, outstanding views of the sea and mountains behind it.

The room was close to a outdoor bar, there was singing a bit late in the night that one could hear.

Exceptional

The hotel looks unusual. The view from a balcony is just great - sea and mountains. The food is great, different types of salads, meat: chiken, turkey, pork, veal and fish, fruit, desserts, ice cream. 2 large pools and nice beach is right outside the hotel. A lot of parking slots.

Almost all of the guests are French. It means that animation is on French and staff (except reception) talk on French. And they try to speak with you on French. It's not a negative, I love France! It's just a feature which is better to know before, because it might be unexpected.

The breakfast was amazing. A lot of options to choose from. The free parking is a very convenient option. The view from a balcony to orange and tangerine garden is great. Helpful staff.

When we arrived we got a room with a strong unpleasant smell of chlorine or some other cleaning element. Besides that the internet in the room did not work at all. We asked for changing the room. The receptionist helped us and did find a room where everything was ok. Thanks to her! During our stay almost every day the evening loud party for french guests took place in a hotel restaurant. It's not a big deal but it could be little bit less noisy.

The food was average. Any kind of sea food was not eatable. Do not miss understand I live on crete and that was the worst in 10 years.

If you are not french do not go to this hotel. Even animation team were not speaking english.

Would be happy to stay at the hotel one more time

The hotel has the perfect location near the beaches. It is not so far from the center of Agios Nikolaus, it takes 10-15 minutes to get there on foot, so it was a perfect exercise for us after the day of laying on the beach. The food was soooo good at the restaurant with some changes in the evenings (for example, greek day, french day, fish day, etc..). The view from our room was absolutely fantastic that made me wake up before the sunset and do my morning yoga with the swimming in the sea thereafter.

The animation was only in French, it can be a little inconvenient during the water aerobics, where all people speak French as well as the animation and you understand nothing :(
