Puiki, istorinė, įspūdinga, nepakartojama.

Istorinėje vietoje, nuostabi aura ir vieta nukelia į kitus laikus, puikus kambarys su biblija ant stalo ir kryžiumi virš durų staktos, neįkainuojama patirtis, paslaugus personalas, skani vakarienė restorane. Nepusrčiavome, dėl to negalime vertinti.

Patiko viskas, tik vonios kambaryje nebuvo plaukų džiovintuvo, dušo želės ir šampūno, bet turėjome savo.

Rendkívül jó hely, csak ajánlani tudom! Mi mindenképp visszamegyünk máskor is!

Rendkívüli élmény egy középkori városban, műemlékek között megszállni. Gyönyörű mind az épített, mind a természeti környezet, ami körülveszi a helyet, a személyzet kedvessége pedig tovább emeli a hely értékét!

Interesting

The place itself is very interesting. The silence, old buildings and church around. It’s like living in an art gallery / museum. :) The building is old but everything is very well maintained and very clean. Parking spot for the car. Staff spoke in English fluently.

Although the rooms were very clean but there was a half empty “Metaxa” bottle behind the door in our room from earlier guests 😀

A beautiful hotel in a historic town with an awesome castle!

I came to see the castle, but I did not realize there was a walled in Cathedral! This hotel is on the grounds of the cathedral. I am currently traveling the world and I’ve never stayed in a place like this. Very unique. Eddie was awesome and he had one of my favorite Beers at the bar. Alena was intriguing as well. I think she may have been in charge. I wish I could’ve spent more time talking to her.

I wish I could’ve spent more time there. The facility was booked up for the following night. My Slovak wasn’t even tested as everybody spoke English. 😏

Nice to see inside and out, friendly staff, but the place is in need of much improvement to be good

What a beautiful place and location to see, inside and out... Being close to the highway, this was only a short detour to spend one night. Prices are (relatively) low. And the staff was super nice.

The food was not so good... even if there were at least vegetarian options. The breakfast was a bit better, though not much. The very warm room had two very separate beds, that were uncomfortable and unpleasant. There were not enough sockets to use. The shower could do with some updating. And the whole room had a just negative and heavy energy.

Exceptional

amazing old building in the heart of Spis Capitula. its cosy hotel run by a really nice family, furnished with old furniture, which were soooooo comfy! there are amazing pilgrimage spots in the area.

the location is VERY quiet, which is not surprising for a pilgrimage place. for me it was great place for contemplation. but its not everyones cup of tea i guess. judge for yourself.

Charm and complete comfort.

Our suite had two huge rooms full of antique furniture and coupled with the heritage building it created a wonderful atmosphere. While at the same time the rooms were immensely comfortable, quite, modern amenities, soft bed, blinds and a very stable temperature.

It is a bit isolated but the fabulous restaurant makes up for that.

Superb

The location is perfect, inside of an historic site with a view to the spis castle. The atmosphere is very unique and magical. The stuff was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed having a drink at penzion's restaurant at the evening. The place offers a private parking for free which is very convenient.

The wifi wasn't working inside the rooms.

Great for historic feel

The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Feels like you stays in a small castle of your own.

While we were staying the parking was far because of constructions in the area.

Exceptional

Wonderful location. Especially the garden is very nice. We stayed for 1 night during our bike trip in Slovakia, but wished we could stay longer. The personel was helpful to answer our questions. The restaurant and breakfast was very good.

It would have been a great stay, but...

Beautiful place, stylishly arranged in a historical building in the UNESCO site of Spisska Kapitula.

Squeaky beds, thin walls (and a guy snoring next door). Plus the shower was broken in our bathroom and despite our intervention, the staff failed to repair it during our whole stay (2 nights, heatwave). I cannot understand the explanation "we did not want to enter your room during your absence", especially that I gave a clear permission to do so.

The place is very beautiful as a whole, mostly for peeps who like history buildings, because you will be in one. Amazing food in restaurant also does the job of making you feel good. I loved it there and surely want to return some day.

Truly enjoyable stay! The whole place has a historical feeling, the room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the patio where the guests can enjoy dinner/breakfast is just amazing! The staff is very nice too. There is also private parking space available
