Ajánlom annak, aki egy kicsit több pénzért, többet is vár egy szállodától.

Szép helyen, hangulatos épület. Nagyon kellemes, tágas wellness. A rövid idő tartam miatt a gyógyvíz hatásosságáról nem tudok beszámolni, de sok jót hallottam róla. A kifogásommal együtt is bátran ajánlom a szállodát.

Csak egy gondolat, hogy a fontosságát hangsúlyozzam. A medencékhez vezető út nagyon körülményes (kb. a legbonyolultabb, az általunk meglátogatott szállodák közül), az épület sajátosságai miatt. Mi csak a harmadik napon voltunk biztosak benne, hogy mikor merre kell menni, melyik útvonal a szerencsésebb. A legfontosabb és olcsó, egyszerű megoldás lenne szerintem, nyilakkal és bárki számára érthető piktogramokkal jelezni az útvonalat.

Nice place, with good facilities and friendly staff

Staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and keen to please. Nice cafe with tasty snack. Nice looking building and surroundings. Large, most comfortable beds ever and great blanket. Gym is very well equipped.

Breakfast is not quite the choice and quality you'd expect for the price. Lady at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant checking for a very long time whether we are on the list or not.... really annoying, then directing us to a table that was not prepared, did not get prepared after us waiting for a while, so we had to go back and ask for cutlery and the rest. Very little place for cars at the parking in front of the hotel

A relaxing retreat.

We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the Palace. The grounds are nice and enjoyed walking the paths to other gardens, little shops, and cafes, etc. I had high hopes for this as I booked online prior to our trip. I will say that there was another spa we randomly went to on our trip prior to our stay here, which contributed to comparing, as the Palace was significantly more expense than the other. Overall though, it was lovely and would maybe stay again, or come just to use the facilities. The staff was kind and helpful and it was easy to book spa appointments the day of.

It was a bit difficult to find at least from the directions provided by google maps. You have to turn while on the bridge which is kind of hidden and you're not really expecting - which I was not understanding. After a few trips back and forth on the bridge we finally figured it out.

Unclear road remarks to parking nearby the hotel. Again driven via main entrance and stopped a beat far (road was blocked at he park road). Hotel does not provide clear scheme how to drive from the bridge entrance to SPA ICELAND

Luxury historical place for relax

Central location of thermal island in Piestany, historically the best 5* hotel there. Everything in stylish, you dive in rich 20th Century (before First World War times). IRMA wellness and spa center works perfect, very comfortable thermal pools - indoor and outdoor. Absolutely fantastic kitchen in restaurant - from breakfast to dinner!

Sound isolation of rooms and corridors is 100 years old)

Even though near sad smile I wrote this story of treatment failure, stay at the hotel was pleasant.

Rooms are very spacious, with a high ceiling and a lot of space around the bed and in the bathroom. There is a nice balcony with a nice view on the both sides of the hotel. Restaurant service is high standard. Pools area is nice and clean with a relaxing atmosphere.

There is a poor service in the spa area where all the treatments are. I got one treatment. When I went inside there were no one from personnel. I was wandering around without any help or directions. After 20 minutes I just went away without a treatment. If may sound that I did not manage to find spa reception, but it is not the case. I went back to spa reception and said that there are no one at the mud pool or mirror pool. And they said, that probably employee had left. I was disappointed. It was the main reason to come to this hotel, but organization is relatively poor.

Great stay! Dogs allowed! :)

Perfect Service! I had to postpone my stay twice. First I did it via the booking app. The second time I could not do it via the booking app anymore, so I had to send a message. They answered and postponed it again without any complications!!! :) Besides that, we were allowed to bring our dog. Personell from the receptionist, service at breakfast and dinner + wellness staff were all friendly and very professional!!!

The wellness area is wonderful and the location is super good. Reception is very welcoming.

Pleasant stay, surroundings need an update

Lovely spacious room with a large balcony. Plenty of facilities such as two pools, jacuzzi, infrared sauna, steam room etc … Dinning area has a lot of character and love views at the park.

Some part of the property are dated. Corridor from the spa leading all the way to the spa. Not a spa like feel. The surrounding area of the park isn’t maintained well, the ponds and small fountains are very old rusty and including walking paths.
