Mobilat, utilat foarte bine și original, foarte curat, liniște, bine conectat de zona de interes ,Calea Florești, centru.

No second chance

Nothing to be honest, it was my first time and the last.

Not that clean, plus some weird smell in the entire room, i was coughing, the AC filter i think was dirty bcs the air was so full of dust

Maybe i'm picky but there were a few things missing

It was close to my work place and was easy to find, easy to access, no stairs to climb.

The apartment did have a working tv but not a single channel was working, the wifi was almost unusable, after relocating a wifi repeater i found i could manage to get a somewhat usable transfer speed, and the kitchenette was very poorly equiped. No pan for example for my usual eggs, amd the room had some old dust here and there. Parking space was a hit and miss.. depends on what time of the day you try to park. Its free.

Very affordable, very close to a lot of facilities.

The bathroom could be a bit more maintened. Don't misunderstand it was spotless, I am referring more to the state of the furniture that were present.

cheap but could be better with a bit of tlc

good value had what i needed for a short stay

poor location,bad maintenance, ie loose dining chair leg loose , all wall light shades missing,shower head holder broken , kitchen cabinet doors loose , towels thin and old , 20minute bus ride to centre , blinds in bedroom broken on left side , stated garden veiw on description??see photo from front door

There are a few small changes needed, like the shower head support, the glass of the shower,etc. However it's pretty nice.

This is my second stay here and it was excellent. I intend to come here again.

Great value for money. Modern and clean. All necessary utilities, like clean towels, hair dryer,... were present. Very nice hosts. I have sat here before and loved it. I will definitely book this again.

Honestly, everything was exceptional. However, here and there were some things that could be more efficient but everything was very manageable. Please mind your head under the staircase. The shower-head support and the bathroom's tap direction need some fixing.
