Cher pour les prestations offertes

L’emplacement pas trop loin du centre historique 2-3 km et la possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans une rue proche.

Cher pour les prestations. Lit vétuste qui grince lorsqu’on s’assoit dessus, très sombre, une seule lampe de chevet, lumière principale de la sdb liée à la ventilation qui faisait un bruit sourd continu et lumière au dessus du lavabo défectueuse. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, pas sur le jardin. Aucune possibilité de faire du café malgré une cuisine, par contre bouilloire dans la chambre et sachet de thé.

Host was so friendly, room was big and really clean, in good condition

Location is quite bad, min 35 mins to get yo the city center, 10 mins walking to the tram. Neighborhood is kind of shady.

Very comfortable stay in a spacious, clean environment.

Very spacious room & bathroom. Beautifully decorated with a lot of storage. Comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean & with a lot of amenities. The owners were great! They responded quickly to any message that we sent & they’re checking if we felt comfortable. The property has a nice small backyard. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much & we definitely consider to stay there again when we’ll visit Florence.

The only thing that we would have liked it would have been if they offered breakfast even a small continental one, but besides that, everything was great.

Not meet expetations totally

I think room was nice and comfortable, good in size. All clean and tidy. Bathroom was nice as well. It is equipped with aircondition so that was crucial this warm July 2023. Near the house you can find very nice park and since apartment is on the edge of the city you can walk to the picturesque small villages that is Toscana for me.

I did not like kitchen in the B&B setting. It was not equipped at all. You could find there just microwave and very small fridge that is useless. So you are basically renting just room. Maybe I did not read description well, but I was suprised. Regarding location, I think it was long walk from the city center. It was very warm and we needed to come back from the city around noon and then go again in the evening. If you are using tram, it is 1.5eur per person in one direction. So we used 18 eur per day and 2 hours on this commute. If you would walk then it is 10km just to go to the center and back. Althouh walk in the evening is very nice and pleasant. You are passing some very nice and interesting restaurants and coffee shops.

Excellent, clean, convenient, and cool!

Nice owners, clean, spacious, convenient room on the ground floor. Stayed during summer heat wave and the in-room air conditioning saved us from expiring! Bath was clean & in great condition! Location is a 10-15 min tram or bus to Florence sights. Restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores all within 5 min walk. We will stay here again.

The bedsheets stank of body odour! I highly recommend a new laundry service!

Large room, clean, friendly and smooth contact with the owner. Nice extra is the garden in the back, away from city noises.

Great quiet location only 15 minutes from the center with a direct bus. Lovely owner who makes you feel right at home. Place is quiet, beautiful garden to hangout or have a coffee. Very happy with my stay and the welcome I received! Grazie!

A good place to stay, not far from the city center.

The location was great not too far from city center (29 mins by walking). The check in was smooth. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The toilet amenities were not all present, for example shower gel should have be provided.

Overall we are greatly satisfied with the accomodation, great room, clean bathroom and room, nice little garden to chill

Always clean and great location. Not far from city center, we got around by tram.

You had to wait few minutes for warm water to come through.

Had an amazing stay

Great location, about 10min walk from the tram station and then it was super easy and quick to get into the main city centre. Our host was very hospitable lending us their umbrella when it rained. Thank you!

Very good

We liked the good location next to the train station which was convenient with going to Cinque Terre. Also, the staff was nice, and the place had a lot of thoughtful touches. The bed is comfy.

The neighborhood mostly, but it's not really up to the host. In addition, the isolation of sounds is not that good since the room is within an apartment complex, which means you'll hear anyone coming in the complex.

very clean, great location, huge bright room with big bed.

this property was absolutely amazing! great location only 25/30 min walking distance to the center in a calm and charming neighborhood. The owner was extremely nice.

The room was big and spacious, very clean and the area was very quiet so it we had a very good sleep. The air-con works well. The owner is also super nice.

The wifi coverage was not great in the room.

Very good

The staff was friendly, but it's good to know some italian, otherwise communication might have been a problem. The room was big and comfortable. The location is ok, city center is a 1/2 hour walk.

There's a kitchen available to use, but not allowed to cook (only in microwave. Which is ok for a short stay, but it would be nice to have more utensils an basic stuff (plates, glasses) available to use.

The room was clean and big, the crew was nice. The AC worked well and we had free parking near by

The internet wasn't working very well.. , 30 minutes walk from the city, but buses were comfortable. They didn't know English very well and the room is facing the street so the you can hear cars drive by..

A nice and quiet place with a very friendly host.

The host is very friendly and helpful and the place has a beautiful shared garden with four cute turtles. The place is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood and parking was very easy to find.
