Demasiado caros / falta mantenimiento

La ubicación y la terraza.

Se pidieron unas sábanas y nunca las trajeron. La nevera es muy pequeña y llena de hielo. En el baño una repisa rota. No se podía colgar nada en la terraza, sólo en las zonas comunes. Sólo se podía abrir una ventana. El resto cerradas con llave. La puerta de la entrada a los apartamentos, no tiene manilla y hay que cerrarla con llave por dentro. En caso de emergencia, no se puede salir. No hay extintores, ni salidas de emergencia marcadas. Precio muy elevado para la falta de mantenimiento de los apartamentos.

The studio was very central, however on the main street with all pubs and traffic going on all day/night long. There was barely any isolation thus it was very noisy constantly. Difficult to get any sleep/rest at night. The studio had very basic kitchen, no stove for cooking properly. Also very unpleasant smell was coming from the underneath the sink. The tabel was also not stable and shaking. The laundry room was also very dirty.

Very NOISY! I couldn't rest for a minute.

The bar opposite is terribly noisy, with very loud music and constant shouting at night. The noise from the street is completely absorbed as if there were no walls. A louder car will wake you up, if you manage to fall asleep at all. When it's finally quieter at 2am, you wake up to the noise of the other apartment's guests, as if you were in the same room with them. The night guest was a big cockroach in the apartment. During the day, the noise of flexing and drilling made it impossible to hear my own thoughts.

Studio was ok.

The entrance to the studio was like an abandoned building site., I wouldn't like anyone to visit if my home looked like that. Our linen and towels were only changed after a week and only when I had to message you. Photo on your site was very deceptive.

Highly recommended!

The studio exceeded my expectations. A lot of apartments in Tenerife are old, not well equipped, but this one was perfect. Good location, clean apartment and friendly hosts. Highly recommended.

As it's studio, there is not a lot of space in the room, but it's fine if you come back just to sleep.

Good

Host was there waiting for us, she was very helpful and informative. Lovely room with every available to you. Close to bars and the beach - terrace in our room had sun all day and lovely view of the sea.

Unfortunately the "adult" bar over the road kicks out about 5am and can be very noisy for the next couple of hours.

Fantastic apartment, balcony and location. Lots going on.

quite a lot of rubbish piled up next door downstairs to the front of property.

An acceptable apartment in a good location but wouldn't stay again due to the excessive noise.

A studio apartment finished to a good standard giving a reasonable level of comfort. The location is good

Access is a little awkward through a locked gate and up a steep stairs, the amount of road noise from traffic and people is very disturbing particularly at night.

Very very noisy property not soundproofed as advertised & items, facilities etc that were meant to be in or near the apartment were not. Booking.com have not been at all helpful even though proof given to them via pictures. We could only stayed 1 night then moved to another property as our holiday would've been totally ruined had we stayed.... You could hear the people in the next apartment talking clearly you also new there toilet habits you could everything from passing urine to there bowels moving & them showering truly shocking for them and us because if we could hear them they obviously heard us!!! Broken step on entry to property with a motorcycle shop hire next door and entrance to property was blocked by motorcycle parked over enterance and had to squeeze in and out I sent pictures of this. Ibrox bar next to property very noisy football bar but not the bars fault apartments were an old shopping centre that has been very cheaply converted to a low standard! You couldn't even have a shower boiler/geezo was very small in the toilet so very little hot/warm water and it had a plastic pipe coming from it dripping water into shower from it. Facilties definately not as advertised!!
